Placing an electromagnet coil to be detected into a closed container; injecting clear water into the closed container, and enabling the clear water to submerge the electromagnet coil; sealing the closed container, and adjusting the initial pressure value of the pressure detection device; when the initial pressure value is at a set value, injecting compressed air into the closed container and timing, and stopping injecting the compressed air when the timing reaches the set value; after stopping injecting the compressed air, opening an exhaust valve to exhaust; after exhausting, taking out the electromagnet coil; and after drying the water mark on the surface of the electromagnetic coil, detecting the insulation resistance value and the leakage current value of the electromagnetic coil, and judging whether the insulation resistance value and the leakage current value meet the standard requirement according to the detection value. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electromagnet detection for hydraulic valves, in particular to a device and a method for detecting the waterproof performance of an electromagnet coil.
Background
The injection molding coil of the electromagnet achieves the protection of a copper wire winding by depending on the good filling and wrapping of injection molding materials, so the wrapping sealing performance of the injection molding coil directly determines the reliability and the service life of the electromagnet, the injection molding coil is detected and judged by adopting a Haidefus continuous immersion test method, the coil is immersed in water with the depth of 1 meter for 120 hours after being connected with a power supply with rated voltage, and the insulation resistance and the leakage current are detected to be in accordance with the standard value after the test. The method has the defects that the test period is long, the method is not suitable for normal flow production operation, only some types of test detection of sampling inspection can be carried out, and the electromagnet coils in the batch production process cannot be timely and effectively detected.

Preferably, the initial pressure value is between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa.
Preferably, the timer setting is 4-7 min.
Preferably, compressed air is used to blow dry the water traces on the surface of the electromagnetic coil.

The air inlet pipe 5 is communicated with the air injection valve 2 and used for providing compressed air into the accommodating cavity, and the pressure detection device is used for detecting air pressure in the accommodating cavity.

after the exhaust is finished, opening the closed container 1 and taking out the electromagnet coil 6;
and after drying the water mark on the surface of the electromagnetic coil 6, detecting the insulation resistance value and the leakage current value of the electromagnetic coil 6, and judging whether the insulation resistance value and the leakage current value meet the standard requirement according to the detection value.
The number of the electromagnet coils 6 to be detected put into the closed container 1 is 3-10.
The initial pressure value is between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa.
The setting value of timing is 4-7min, preferably, the setting value of timing is 5min, and the time can be properly adjusted according to the specific requirements of the experiment.
The water stain on the surface of the electromagnetic coil 6 is dried by using compressed air.
In the embodiment, the detection method can quickly judge the waterproof performance of the electromagnet coil, and can carry out first piece detection and process spot check in actual production operation, so that the quality reliability and stability of the injection molding coil are ensured.
To further explain the above detection method, the present embodiment takes the switching electromagnet Z15-18YC DT coil as an example as follows:
firstly, carrying out injection molding and encapsulation on a Z15-18YC DT coil according to an injection molding process;
further, 3-10 injection molding coils are taken and placed in a closed container;
further, injecting clear water into the closed container, and submerging the coil in water;
further, sealing a sealing cover and locking the sealing cover and the tank body;
further, adjusting the pressure value of an air pressure gauge to be 0.4-0.6 MPa;
further, setting the test time to be 5 minutes, and properly adjusting the time according to the specific requirements of the experiment;
further, the gas injection valve is opened to inject gas into the tank body, and timing is started at the same time;
further, after the timing time is up (after 5 minutes), closing the gas injection valve, simultaneously opening the exhaust valve, and exhausting gas in the tank body;
further, opening the closed cover of the tank body, and taking out the coil;
further, drying the surface water stain by using compressed air;
and further, immediately using an insulation withstand voltage instrument to detect whether the insulation resistance value and the leakage current value of the coil meet the standard requirements.

the air inlet pipe is communicated with the air injection valve and is used for providing compressed air into the accommodating cavity;
the pressure detection device is used for detecting the air pressure in the accommodating cavity.

after exhausting, opening the closed container, and taking out the electromagnet coil;
and after drying the water mark on the surface of the electromagnetic coil, detecting the insulation resistance value and the leakage current value of the electromagnetic coil, and judging whether the insulation resistance value and the leakage current value meet the standard requirement according to the detection value.
7. The method for detecting the waterproof performance of the electromagnet coil according to claim 6, wherein the number of the electromagnet coils to be detected placed in the closed container is 3-10.
8. The method for detecting the waterproof performance of the electromagnet coil according to claim 6, wherein the initial pressure value is set to 0.4 to 0.6 MPa.
9. The method for detecting the waterproof performance of the electromagnet coil according to claim 6, wherein the set value of the timing is 4-7 min.
