Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present application will be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the application will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
An air conditioner indoor unit 200 and an air conditioner according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 19.
As shown in fig. 1, 10 to 19, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner indoor unit 200 including: the air outlet cavity 100 is provided with an air inlet end and an air outlet end opposite to the air inlet end, and the air passing area of the air outlet end is smaller than that of the air inlet end; a vortex ring generating part (not shown), the vortex ring generating part including: a plurality of blades 10; a bracket assembly 20, the blades 10 being mounted on the bracket assembly 20, the bracket assembly 20 defining an airflow channel capable of providing airflow therethrough, the plurality of blades 10 having a first position closing the airflow channel and a second position opening the airflow channel; and a driving part (not shown) capable of driving the blade 10 to switch between a first position and a second position; the vortex ring generating part is arranged on one side of the air inlet end far away from the air outlet end, and the driving part drives the blade 10 to switch between the first position and the second position so as to periodically drive air flow to blow out through the air outlet cavity 100.
The indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner provided by the invention comprises an air outlet cavity 100 and a vortex ring generating part, wherein the air passing area of the air outlet end of the air outlet cavity 100 is smaller than the air passing area of the air inlet end, the vortex ring generating part is arranged on one side of the air inlet end far away from the air outlet end, the vortex ring generating part comprises a plurality of blades 10, a bracket component 20 and a driving part, the blades 10 are arranged on the bracket component 20, the bracket component 20 defines an airflow channel capable of flowing air supply flow, the driving part drives the blades 10 to switch between a first position and a second position, so that the vortex ring generating part can periodically drive airflow to be blown out by the air outlet cavity 100, and because the air passing area of the air outlet end of the air outlet cavity 100 is smaller than the air passing area of the air inlet end, the air flowing through the vortex ring generating part is discharged through the air outlet end of the air outlet cavity 100 to form vortex ring airflow, the air supply range and the air supply distance of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner are effectively enlarged, and the air outlet end of the vortex ring airflow is discharged by the air outlet of the air conditioner, so that the air outlet direction of the air conditioner is realized, the air outlet of the air conditioner is changed between the first position and the second position, and the air outlet of the air conditioner is greatly consumed by the same user, and the user experience is greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the wind of the existing air conditioner is discharged in a fixed airflow mode, so that a user has airflow concentration and a sense of large wind force, and the wind is discharged from the wind outlet end of the wind outlet cavity 100 in a vortex ring airflow mode through the vortex ring generating part, so that the user experience can be enabled to be free from wind sense and blowing, the requirements of old people, children and patients on the wind outlet of the air conditioner can be met, the application range of products is further expanded, and the market competitiveness of the products is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 9, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that each blade 10 is provided with a rotation shaft 12, and each blade 10 is mounted on a bracket assembly 20 through the rotation shaft 12 and is rotatable about the rotation shaft 12 to open or close an air flow passage.
In this embodiment, each of the blades 10 is provided with a rotation shaft 12, the blades 10 are mounted on the bracket assembly 20 through the rotation shaft 12 and can rotate around the rotation shaft 12 to open or close the air flow passage, the characteristic that the blades 10 can rotate themselves is effectively combined, the rotation shaft 12 is fully utilized, the mounting part and the rotation part of the blades 10 are combined, the structure is simplified, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.
As shown in fig. 1,2, 4,5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the bracket assembly 20 preferably includes: the fixing disc 22, the fixing disc 22 is an annular structure provided with an inner ring 222 and an outer ring 224, the inner ring 222 is provided with first holes 2222 distributed in a circular shape, and the outer ring 224 is provided with second holes 2242 distributed in a circular shape; the blades 10 comprise inner blades 102 and outer blades 104 which are annularly distributed and sequentially arranged at intervals, and the inner blades 102 and the outer blades 104 can jointly cover an airflow channel; the inner blade 102 is provided with a first rotating shaft 122, the outer blade 104 is provided with a second rotating shaft 124, the inner blade 102 is connected with the first hole 2222 through the first rotating shaft 122, and the outer blade 104 is connected with the second hole 2242 through the second rotating shaft 124; the driving part drives the first and second rotating shafts 122 and 124 to move within the first and second holes 2222 and 2242, respectively, to rotate the vane 10 to open or close the air flow passage.
In this embodiment, the bracket assembly 20 includes the fixed disk 22, the fixed disk 22 is an annular structure provided with an inner ring 222 and an outer ring 224, the inner ring 222 is provided with a first hole 2222 in circular distribution, the outer ring 224 is provided with a second hole 2242 in circular distribution, the plurality of blades 10 includes an inner blade 102 and an outer blade 104 in annular distribution and orderly arranged at intervals, the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 can jointly cover an airflow channel, the inner blade 102 is provided with a first rotating shaft 122, the outer blade 104 is provided with a second rotating shaft 124, the inner blade 102 is connected with the first hole 2222 through the first rotating shaft 122, the inner blade 102 is installed on the inner ring 222, the outer blade 104 is connected with the second hole 2242 through the second rotating shaft 124, the outer blade 104 is installed on the outer ring 224, the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 installed on the inner ring 224 form a fan-type structure, the first rotating shaft 122 and the second rotating shaft 124 are respectively driven in the first hole 2242 and the second rotating shaft 2242 through a driving part, the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 rotate in the first hole 2242 and the outer blade 104, the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 rotate, the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 form a good vortex-type structure and the vortex-like, the vortex-like structure is formed, the good output and the vortex-like output is formed, the good output cycle is ensured, the output cycle is increased, and the output cycle is ensured, and the output cycle is also is good, and the output is formed.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the driving part includes: a driving disk 24, the driving disk 24 is mounted on the inner ring 222, and a hole cover (not shown) corresponding to the first hole 2222 is provided on the driving disk 24 for limiting a movement track of the first rotation shaft 122 in the first hole 2222; a first link 324 provided on the drive plate 24; a second linkage 344 disposed on the outer ring 224; a driving member (not shown), the driving member operates to drive the first and second link members 324 and 344 to move such that the first and second rotation shafts 122 and 124 rotate such that the inner and outer blades 102 and 104 rotate, and the inner and/or outer blades 102 and 104 reciprocate along the axial direction of the fixed disk 22 to open or close the air flow passage.
In this embodiment, the driving portion includes a driving disc 24, a first linkage member 324 and a second linkage member 344, a hole cover corresponding to the first hole 2222 and used for limiting the movement track of the first rotating shaft 122 in the first hole 2222 is disposed on the driving disc 24, the first linkage member 324 is disposed on the driving disc 24, the second linkage member 344 is disposed on the outer ring 224, the driving member operates to drive the first linkage member 324 and the second linkage member 344 to move so that the first rotating shaft 122 and the second rotating shaft 124 rotate to rotate the inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104, and simultaneously, the driving member cooperates with the inner side blade 102 and/or the outer side blade 104 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the fixing disc 22 to open or close the airflow channel, so that the inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104 cooperate with each other to open or close the airflow channel in multiple manners can meet the requirements of different structures of the fixing disc 22 and different structures of the driving portion, and the application range is wide.
Further, in one aspect, the first rotating shaft 122 and the second rotating shaft 124 drive the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 to rotate, and simultaneously, the inner blade 102 is driven to reciprocate along the axial direction of the fixed disc 22 by cooperating with the rotation of the first rotating shaft 122 or the outer blade 104 is driven to reciprocate along the axial direction of the fixed disc 22 by the rotation of the second rotating shaft 124 to open or close the airflow channel; on the other hand, the first rotating shaft 122 drives the inner side blade 102 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the fixed disc 22 and rotate, and meanwhile, drives the outer side blade 104 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the fixed disc 22 and rotate to be matched with the second rotating shaft 124 to open or close the airflow channel, so that the inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104 rotate simultaneously and are matched with the inner side blade 102 and/or the outer side blade 104 to move a certain distance along the axial direction of the fixed disc 22 to jointly open or close the airflow channel, further, the inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104 move and rotate simultaneously, the problem that the inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104 cannot rotate due to interference is avoided, the inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104 can be effectively guaranteed to rotate sensitively and accurately, the airflow channel is sensitively and accurately opened or closed, the formation of vortex ring airflow is effectively guaranteed, and the satisfaction of use by a user is improved.
In the above-described aspect, preferably, the driving member includes: the first electromagnet 322 and the second electromagnet 342 are arranged on the driving disc 24 and are positioned on two sides of the center of the driving disc 24, and the first electromagnet 322 and the second electromagnet 342 are mutually exclusive to move so that the first linkage piece 324 moves towards the center of the driving disc 24 and the second linkage piece 344 moves away from the center of the driving disc 24.
In this embodiment, the driving member includes a first electromagnet 322 and a second electromagnet 342, which are disposed on the driving disc 24 and located at two sides of the center of the driving disc 24, and the first electromagnet 322 and the second electromagnet 342 move mutually to move the first linkage member 324 along the radial direction of the driving disc 24 toward the center of the driving disc 24, so that the first rotating shaft 122 of the inner blade 102 rotates in the first hole 2222 under the limitation of the hole cover, and further the inner blade 102 moves and rotates along the axial direction of the fixed disc 24, and at the same time, the second linkage member 344 moves along the radial direction of the driving disc 24 away from the center of the driving disc 24, so that the second rotating shaft 124 of the outer blade 104 rotates in the second hole 2242, and the outer blade 104 moves and rotates along the axial direction of the fixed disc 24, and the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 simultaneously move along the axial direction of the fixed disc 24 and rotate to open the airflow channel, so that the airflow flows through the outlet end of the air outlet cavity 100 in the form of a vortex ring airflow, thereby improving the user satisfaction. It will be appreciated that when the first electromagnet 322 and the second electromagnet 342 are moved to each other to move the first link 324 in the radial direction of the driving disk 24 away from the center of the driving disk 24 and simultaneously move the second link 344 in the radial direction of the driving disk 24 toward the center of the driving disk 24, the inner vane 102 and the outer vane 104 can be simultaneously rotated and moved in the axial direction of the fixed disk 24 to close the air flow passage.
The inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104 are driven to rotate and move along the axial direction of the fixed disc 24 to open or close the airflow channel by means of the first electromagnet 322, the second electromagnet 342, the first linkage member 324 and the second linkage member 344, the mutual exclusion and attraction characteristics of the electromagnets are fully utilized, the structure of the driving part is simplified, the inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104 can be guaranteed to rotate simultaneously, accurately and sensitively, the airflow channel is accurately and sensitively opened or closed, the formation of vortex ring airflow is promoted, and the reliability of products is improved.
It will be appreciated that the mutual displacement of the first electromagnet 322 and the second electromagnet 342 moves the first linkage member 324 and the second linkage member 344 and rotates the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104, and simultaneously, one of the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 may be moved along the axial direction of the fixed disk 24, which also ensures that the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 rotate simultaneously, accurately and sensitively, thereby opening or closing the airflow channel accurately and sensitively, promoting the formation of the vortex ring airflow, and improving the reliability of the product.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inner blade 102 is preferably a concave fan-shaped structure, the outer blade 104 is preferably a convex fan-shaped structure, and the rotating shaft 12 is disposed opposite to the center of the fan-shaped structure.
In this embodiment, the inner blade 102 is of a concave fan-shaped structure, the outer blade 104 is of a convex fan-shaped structure, and the rotating shaft 12 is disposed opposite to the center of the fan-shaped structure, so that the inner blade 102 mounted on the inner ring 222 and the outer blade 104 mounted on the outer ring 224 through the rotating shaft 12 can form a fan structure, and the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 can fully close the airflow channel when both are in the horizontal position, and can open the airflow channel when both the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 rotate. Further, the rotation angle of each blade 10 is 90 degrees, and the closed airflow channel is opened by rotating the blades 10 by 90 degrees, so that the wind can be ensured to have a larger flow area, the formation of vortex ring airflow is effectively promoted, the large output range and long output distance of the vortex ring airflow are ensured, and a good air outlet effect is ensured.
As shown in fig. 6 to 13, in one embodiment of the present invention, the bracket assembly 20 preferably includes: the fixed disk 22, the fixed disk 22 has an inner ring 222, the inner ring 222 is provided with first holes 2222 distributed in a circular shape, and the blades 10 are distributed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 222 in a ring shape; the rotating shaft 12 comprises a first rod 126 and a second rod 128, one end of the first rod 126 is connected with the blade 10, the other end of the first rod 126 is connected with the second rod 128, an included angle is formed between the first rod 126 and the second rod 128, and the first rod 126 penetrates through the first hole 2222; the driving part includes a driving disc 24, the driving disc 24 and the fixed disc 22 are coaxially arranged, the driving disc 24 can rotate relative to the fixed disc 22, a first limiting hole 242 corresponding to the first hole 2222 is arranged on the driving disc 24, the second rod 128 of the rotating shaft 12 is arranged through the first limiting hole 242, and the driving disc 24 can drive the second rod 128 and the first rod 126 to rotate around the axis of the first rod 126.
In this technical scheme, the bracket assembly 20 includes a fixed disc 22 having an inner ring 222, a first hole 2222 annularly distributed is provided on the inner ring 222, the blades 10 are annularly distributed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 222, the rotating shaft 12 includes a first rod 126 and a second rod 128, one end of the first rod 126 is connected with the blades 10, the other end of the first rod 126 is connected with the second rod 128, an included angle is formed between the first rod 126 and the second rod 128, the first rod 126 is arranged in the first hole 2222 in a penetrating manner, the driving disc 24 of the driving part is coaxially arranged with the fixed disc 22 and the driving disc 24 can rotate relative to the fixed disc 22, a first limiting hole 242 corresponding to the first hole 2222 is provided on the driving disc 24, the second rod 128 of the rotating shaft 12 is arranged in the first limiting hole 242 in a penetrating manner, so that the rotating driving disc 24 can drive the second rod 128 and the first rod 126 to rotate around the axis of the first rod 126, and further the blades 10 can open or close the airflow channel around the axis of the first rod 126, thus being beneficial to the formation of the vortex ring airflow, and further guaranteeing good wind outlet effect.
Further, the first rod 126 and the second rod 128 form an included angle, the first rod 126 is arranged in the first hole 2222 in a penetrating manner, the second rod 128 is arranged in the first limiting hole 242 in a penetrating manner, so that the rotation of each blade 10 is limited through the first hole 2222 and the first limiting hole 242, and then the airflow channel is opened or closed under the driving of the driving part, the characteristic that the blade 10 can rotate is effectively combined, the opening or closing of the airflow channel is realized through a simple structure, the popularization is easy, the cost is low, and the manufacturing cost of a product is effectively reduced.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the fixing plate 22 is provided with a groove structure 2224 having an arc shape; the drive disk 24 is provided with a boss structure 2244, and the boss structure 2244 is capable of reciprocating within the recess structure 2224.
In this embodiment, the groove structure 2224 is disposed on the fixed disk 22, the protrusion structure 2244 is disposed on the driving disk 24, and the driving disk 24 can reciprocate in the groove structure 2224 through the protrusion structure 2244, so that the driving disk 24 rotates to drive the second rod 128 and the first rod 126 to rotate around the axis of the first rod 126, and the rotation of the driving disk 24 is transmitted to the first rod 126 of the rotating shaft 12 through a simple structure, thereby effectively ensuring the accuracy and sensitivity of the rotation of the rotating shaft 12, and further improving the reliability of the product.
In one embodiment of the invention, the drive section preferably further comprises a motor, and the drive plate 24 is provided with a hole adapted to the output shaft of the motor (not shown).
In this embodiment, the driving part includes a motor, and the driving disc 24 is provided with a hole adapted to an output shaft of the motor, and the driving disc 24 is driven to rotate by the motor, so that the driving part has a simple structure and accurate transmission, and is beneficial to improving the reliability of products. Further, the motor is connected with the wind wheel of the air conditioner and drives the wind wheel to rotate, so that the vortex ring generating part and the wind wheel share one motor, the production cost of products is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the occupied space inside the vortex ring generating part can be reduced, the sufficient space circulation of air flow is facilitated, the formation of vortex ring air flow is facilitated, and good air outlet effect is ensured.
Further, the motor drives the driving disc 24 to rotate and the electromagnet (the first electromagnet 322, the second electromagnet 342) and the linkage piece (the first linkage piece 324, the second linkage piece 344) drive the inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104 to rotate and move along the axis direction of the driving disc 24 to open or close the airflow channel, so that the formation of the vortex ring airflow can be greatly promoted, the output range and the output distance of the vortex ring airflow can be increased, the good air outlet effect can be ensured, and the satisfaction degree of the user can be improved.
As shown in fig. 10, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the driving part includes: a link mechanism 36 connected to the drive plate 24; a motor (not shown) is coupled to the linkage 36 for driving the movement of the linkage 36 to rotate the drive disk 24.
In this embodiment, the driving part includes a link mechanism 36 connected with the driving disc 24, the motor is connected with the link mechanism 36, and the driving disc 24 is driven to rotate by connecting the link mechanism 36 with the motor, which is simple and easy to implement, and can ensure higher transmission precision, so that the air flow channel can be accurately and sensitively opened or closed, and the quality of the product is improved. It will be appreciated that the linkage mechanism 36 may be replaced by other mechanisms as desired. Further, the rotation speed of the motor can be controlled to enable the blades 10 to rotate at different frequencies, so that the airflow channels can be opened or closed at different frequencies, the output range and the output distance of the vortex ring airflow can be adjusted, personalized air outlet is realized, the requirements of different users are met, and the market competitiveness of products is improved.
Further, the motor drives the driving disc 24 to rotate and the electromagnet (the first electromagnet 322, the second electromagnet 342) and the linkage piece (the first linkage piece 324 and the second linkage piece 344) drive the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 to rotate, and the inner blade and/or the outer blade reciprocate along the axis direction of the fixed disc to open or close the airflow channel, so that the formation of the vortex ring airflow can be greatly promoted, the output range and the output distance of the vortex ring airflow can be increased, the good air outlet effect can be ensured, and the satisfaction degree of the user can be improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, the fixed disk 22 preferably further includes: a support 226 is disposed between the inner ring 222 and the outer ring 224 and connects the inner ring 222 and the outer ring 224.
In this embodiment, the fixing plate 22 further includes a supporting member 226, which is disposed between the inner ring 222 and the outer ring 224, and connects the inner ring 222 and the outer ring 224 through the supporting member 226, so as to avoid the inner ring 222 and the outer ring 224 from being stressed greatly and not coaxial or damaged during the rotation of the blade 10, effectively improving the reliability of the fixing plate 22, further ensuring good quality of the product, and improving the satisfaction degree of the user.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the method further includes: a housing (not shown), on which an air inlet (not shown) and an air outlet are provided; an air duct (not shown) disposed inside the housing, the air duct communicating the air inlet and the air outlet; the vortex ring generating part is detachably provided at an inner side or an outer side of the housing.
In this embodiment, the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner includes a housing, an air inlet and an air outlet are disposed on the housing, and an air duct is disposed inside the housing and is communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet, so that the vortex ring generating part is communicated with the air duct, and further the air flowing into the air duct from the air inlet is concentrated, fully and continuously discharged from the air outlet end of the air outlet cavity 100 through the vortex ring generating part to form a vortex ring airflow, so that the formation of the vortex ring airflow can be promoted, the output range of the vortex ring airflow is ensured to be large, the output distance is long, the good air outlet effect is ensured, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The vortex ring generating part is arranged inside or outside the shell in a detachable mode, so that the vortex ring generating part is convenient to install and detach, and meanwhile, maintenance, part replacement and the like of the vortex ring generating part are facilitated, the maintenance efficiency of a product is improved, and the satisfaction degree of user use is improved. Further, the vortex ring generating part is arranged inside and outside the shell, so that the requirements of different structures of the air conditioner can be met, and the application range is wide. Further, the vortex ring generating part may be integrated with the air conditioner.
Further, the fixing plate 22 further comprises an outer ring 224 arranged on the outer side of the inner ring 222, a mounting hole is formed in the outer ring 224, the outer ring 224 is mounted on the shell or the air duct through the mounting hole, the vortex ring generating part can be firmly mounted on the shell, and reliability of products is improved. Further, the outer ring 224 is provided with an ear seat, and the mounting hole is provided with a screw hole in the middle of the ear seat, and the vortex ring generating part is fixed on the shell through a screw, so that the vortex ring generating part can be firmly and reliably connected with the shell. It will be appreciated that the vortex ring outer ring 224 may be mounted to the housing by other arrangements as may be desired.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner including: the indoor unit 200 of an air conditioner according to any one of the above embodiments.
The air conditioner provided by the invention comprises the air conditioner indoor unit 200 according to any one of the technical schemes, so that the air conditioner indoor unit 200 has all the beneficial effects and is not described herein.

The driving disc 24 is disc-shaped, and the driving disc 24 is provided with first limiting holes 242 which correspond to the first holes 2222 on the fixed disc 22 in a circular sequence, and meanwhile, the rotating shaft 12 of the inner side blade 102 is limited, so that the rotating shaft 12 of the inner side blade 102 moves in the opening direction of the first limiting holes 242. The middle of the driving disk 24 is provided with a shaft hole which can be coaxially fixed with a wind wheel of the air conditioner. As shown in fig. 5, each of the inner blade 102 and the outer blade 104 is provided with a rotating shaft 12, the inner blade 102 is defined in a first hole 2222 of the inner ring 222 by the rotating shaft 12, the outer blade 104 is defined in a second hole 2242 of the outer ring 224 by the rotating shaft 12, and the rotating shaft 12 moves in the first hole 2222 and the second hole 2242 along the hole direction under the driving of the linkage piece, so as to realize the opening and closing of the vortex ring generating part. In a specific embodiment, the electromagnet system including the first electromagnet 322 and the second electromagnet 342 is energized, the first electromagnet 322 and the second electromagnet 342 repel each other away along the radius direction of the driving disc 24, and respectively drive the second linkage piece 344 to move outwards, so that the outer side blade 104 is opened, the first linkage piece 324 is driven to move inwards, the inner side blade 102 is opened, and all the inner side blade 102 and the outer side blade 104 are opened; upon de-energization, the electromagnet is reset, the first and second linkages 324 and 344 are reset, and the inside and outside blades 102 and 104 are all closed.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the power supply of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is powered on, the air outlet is opened, the motor drives the wind wheel to operate, the whole machine is started, the driving disc 24 is driven by the motor to rotate, the electromagnet system is started, the inner side blades 102 arranged on the inner ring 222 and the outer side blades 104 arranged on the outer ring 224 are all opened, namely, the vortex ring generating parts of the fan structure are all opened, the inner side blades 102 and the outer side blades 104 periodically open and close the airflow channels, so that the airflow enters from the air inlet of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, and after axial thrust is obtained through the wind wheel and the vortex ring generating parts of the fan structure, vortex ring airflow is formed through the air outlet cavity 100 and blown out from the air outlet, directional propagation of the air supply is realized, and the air supply range and the air supply distance of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner are effectively enlarged.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 12, the vortex ring generating portion includes a plurality of blades 10, the fixed disk 22 is an annular structure provided with an inner ring 222 and an outer ring 224, the inner ring 222 is provided with first holes 2222 distributed in a circular shape, the first holes 2222 are slotted holes, the slotted holes limit the inner shaft of the blades 10, a circle of groove structures 2244 are arranged on the circumference of the end surface of the inner ring 222, and a plurality of supports are arranged between the inner ring 222 and the outer ring 224; the outer ring 224 is provided with a plurality of ear seats, and a screw hole site is arranged in the middle of the outer ring and can be fixed on the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner; the outer ring 224 is provided with second holes 2242 which are circularly distributed and are used for fixing the outer shafts of the rotating shafts 12 of the blades 10, two ends of each rotating shaft 12 are respectively connected with the first holes 2222 and the second holes 2242 to mount each blade 10 on the fixed disc 22, the driving disc 24 is mounted on the inner ring 222 and connected with the driving part, the driving disc 24 is provided with first limiting holes 242 which correspond to the first holes 2222 and are used for limiting the inner shafts of the blades 10, the surface of the driving disc 24 is provided with cylindrical protruding structures 2244 and reciprocates in the groove structures 2224 of the fixed disc 22, and meanwhile, the surface of the driving disc 24 is provided with screw holes and is used for connecting the driving part which drives the driving disc 24 to rotate. The driving part drives the driving disc 24 to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 12 rotates under the limitation of the first hole 2222 and the first limiting hole 242, the blades 10 are switched between the first position and the second position to open or close the air flow channel, and the air flow is blown out from the air outlet cavity 100 in a pulse mode in a vortex ring air flow mode, so that the air supply range and the air supply distance of the indoor unit of the air conditioner are effectively enlarged, and the satisfaction degree of the use of users is improved.
As shown in fig. 9, the rotating shaft 12 of the vane 10 includes a first rod 126 and a second rod 128, one end of the first rod 126 of the rotating shaft 12 is defined in the first hole 2222 of the inner ring 222, the second rod 128 of the rotating shaft 12 is defined in the first limiting hole 242 of the driving disk 24 and rotates under the rotation of the driving disk 24, and the other end of the first rod 126 of the rotating shaft 12 is defined in the second hole 2242 of the outer ring 224; as shown in fig. 10, the link mechanism 36 drives the driving disc 24 to rotate, the driving disc 24 drives the first rod 126 and the second rod 128 in the first hole 2222 and the first limiting hole 242 to rotate along the axis of the first rod 126 in the process of rotating, so that the blade 10 rotates, the link mechanism 36 is connected and fixed with the driving disc 24 through a screw, and can also be directly fixed together, and the other end of the link mechanism 36 is connected with a motor; fig. 11 is a state where the blades 10 are fully opened, through which flowing air can pass; fig. 12 shows a state where the vane 10 is fully closed, and the flowing air cannot pass through.
In a specific embodiment, a power supply of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is electrified, an air outlet is opened, a motor drives a wind wheel to operate, the whole machine is started, a driving part starts to operate, and blades 10 finish opening and closing of an airflow channel within a certain time, so that airflow enters from an air inlet of the air conditioner, passes through the wind wheel and a vortex ring generating part, and forms vortex ring airflow after axial thrust is obtained, and the vortex ring airflow is blown out from the air outlet; the directional propagation of the air supply is realized, the air supply range and the air supply distance of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner are effectively enlarged, and the vortex ring generating part blows the air farther under the same air quantity, so that the energy consumption is reduced; meanwhile, cold/hot/wet air can be accurately sent to the designated position of the room to perform regional temperature control, and people moving back and forth in the room can be tracked and accompanied temperature adjustment is given.
As shown in fig. 14 to 19, the air conditioner has two air outlets, and one air outlet located below can be provided with an upper vortex generating part, and the installation mode can be connected in a screw, a buckle or other modes meeting the requirement.
