As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air supply apparatus 100 including a support body 10, a cross-flow wind wheel 20, a heat generating member 30, and a driving device 40. Specifically, the support body 10 defines an airflow passage 60 for passing an airflow, the cross-flow wind wheel 20 is rotatably disposed in the airflow passage 60, the heat generating member 30 includes a heat generating portion 31 capable of generating heat, the heat generating member 30 is mounted on the support body 10 and the heat generating portion 31 is disposed inside the cross-flow wind wheel 20, and the driving device 40 is in driving connection with the cross-flow wind wheel 20 to drive the cross-flow wind wheel 20 to rotate relative to the support body 10.
The air supply device 100 according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a support body 10, a cross-flow wind wheel 20 and a heat generating component 30, wherein the support body 10 defines an airflow channel 60 for airflow to flow through, the cross-flow wind wheel 20 is arranged in the airflow channel 60, a heat generating part 31 of the heat generating component 30 is arranged inside the cross-flow wind wheel 20, the cross-flow wind wheel 20 of the air supply device 100 can drive air to move in the airflow channel 60 when rotating, specifically, the cross-flow wind wheel 20 sucks air into the inside, heats the air by the heat generating part 31 and blows the air out of the cross-flow wind wheel 20, as the heat emitted by the heat generating part 31 can be transferred to the cross-flow wind wheel 20 by means of heat radiation and heat convection, the cross-flow wind wheel 20 itself becomes a secondary heat source, so that the air is heated when entering the cross-flow wind wheel 20 and blowing out the cross-flow wind wheel 20, and therefore, the air is heated three times when entering and exiting, the thermal efficiency can be remarkably improved. On the other hand, the heat generating portion 31 is disposed inside the cross flow wind wheel 20, so that the heat generating member 30 can avoid the air inlet and the air outlet of the air supply device 100, thereby significantly reducing the wind resistance, further increasing the air supply amount and the air supply distance of the air supply device 100, and improving the heat efficiency (when the heat generating member 30 operates) and the cooling efficiency (when the heat generating member does not operate).
In addition, the heating part 31 is arranged inside the cross flow wind wheel 20, and the heating part 31 can be far away from the shell of the air supply device 100, so that the temperature of the shell is reduced, the device can be prevented from burning people, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
Furthermore, the heat generating portion 31 is provided inside the cross flow wind wheel 20, and space can be saved, so that the external shape of the air supply apparatus 100 can be made smaller.
In addition, the heat generating part 31 is disposed inside the cross flow wind wheel 20, the distance from the housing of the air supply device is increased, the temperature of the outside is also reduced, and compared with the case where the heat generating component is disposed at the air outlet or at the air inlet, the thermal deformation degree of the external material can be significantly reduced, which enables the housing to be made of lower-priced plastic, thereby reducing the product cost.
The heat generating member 30 may or may not generate heat continuously, that is, the user may freely select whether to operate or not operate the heat generating member 30 according to actual needs. However, when the heat generating member 30 does not operate, the air blower 100 may be used as a cooling device such as a fan (for example, a tower fan), and in this case, the air volume is large, the wind speed is high, and the air blowing distance is long.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a distance L not less than D/70 is left between the heat generating portion 31 and the inner wall of the cross-flow wind wheel 20, where D is the diameter of the inner wall of the cross-flow wind wheel 20, and the distance L can ensure that the cross-flow wind wheel 20 can be heated without generating an excessive temperature, so as to ensure that the cross-flow wind wheel 20 does not cause thermal damage, thereby improving the service life of the cross-flow wind wheel 20.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the heat generating portion 31 is located at a position offset from the central axis of the cross flow wind wheel 20. When the cross flow wind wheel 20 rotates, it will drive a part of air to form a rotational motion, and the air forming the rotational motion will generate an acting force on the air entering the interior of the cross flow wind wheel 20, so that the moving direction of the air entering the interior of the cross flow wind wheel 20 is deflected to a certain extent, and further the airflow is more concentrated at the position deviated from the central axis of the cross flow wind wheel 20, therefore, the heating portion 31 is disposed at the position deviated from the central axis of the cross flow wind wheel 20, that is, the heating portion 31 works at the position where the airflow is more concentrated, and thus the air supply device 100 can have higher thermal efficiency.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a distance L between the heat generating portion 31 and an inner wall of the cross flow wind wheel 20 is greater than or equal to D/5, and a distance L' between the heat generating portion 31 and a central axis of the cross flow wind wheel 20 is greater than or equal to D/5. The distance L 'between the heat generating portion 31 and the central axis of the cross flow wind wheel 20 defines the degree of deviation of the heat generating portion 31 from the center of the cross flow wind wheel 20, the distance L between the heat generating portion 31 and the inner wall of the cross flow wind wheel 20 defines the degree of separation of the heat generating portion 31 from the cross flow wind wheel 20, the distance L and the distance L' jointly define an advantageous arrangement position of the heat generating portion 31, the airflow entering and exiting the cross flow wind wheel 20 is more concentrated at the position, and the heat generating portion 31 is arranged at the position, so that the heat efficiency of the air supply device 100 can be effectively improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the support body 10 includes two fixing portions (e.g., fixing plates, fixing blocks, etc.) 11, and a first flow guide portion 12 and a second flow guide portion 13 disposed between the two fixing portions 11, the first flow guide portion 12 and the second flow guide portion 13 defining the airflow channel 60, wherein an inner side surface of the first flow guide portion 12 is an arc-shaped flow guide surface. Wherein, the fixing portion 11 may provide a mounting position for the cross flow wind wheel 20 and the heat generating member 30, and the first flow guide portion 12 and the second flow guide portion 13 may guide the airflow passing through the airflow channel 60. In addition, the inner side surface of the first flow guiding part 12 is an arc-shaped flow guiding surface, and the arc-shaped flow guiding surface can effectively reduce the collision between the air flow and the flow guiding surface while guiding the air flow, so that the energy loss of the air flow is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second guide portion 13 has a first guide surface 131, a second guide surface 132 and a third guide surface 133, wherein the first guide surface 131 and the second guide surface 132 form an obtuse angle therebetween, and the second guide surface 132 and the third guide surface 133 form an acute angle therebetween. The second guiding portion 13 has the functions of guiding the flow direction of the airflow and reducing noise, specifically, an obtuse angle between the first guiding surface 131 and the second guiding surface 132 forms a first protruding portion, and an acute angle between the second guiding surface 132 and the third guiding surface 133 forms a second protruding portion, when the airflow in the airflow channel 60 flows, the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion can play a role in resisting air duct resistance and buffering, so that a low-speed area inside the cross-flow wind wheel 20 close to the air suction side is eliminated, and the problem of abnormal sound caused by airflow discontinuity at the air outlet of the airflow channel 60 is eliminated.
Further, the obtuse angle range is equal to or greater than 135 ° and less than 170 °, the acute angle range is equal to or greater than 60 ° and less than 90 °, and the second flow guiding portion 13 can achieve a better noise reduction effect when the angle value range is satisfied.
In some embodiments of the present invention, an acute angle between the first flow guiding surface 131 and the second flow guiding surface 132 and an obtuse angle between the second flow guiding surface 132 and the third flow guiding surface 133 adopt a fillet transition structure, so as to facilitate reducing energy loss of the airflow.

When the plurality of heating portions 31 are arranged on different circumferences, on one hand, a heating field with uniform heat distribution is more favorably formed in the tubular wind wheel 20, so that the heating effect of the airflow is improved, and on the other hand, part of the airflow can pass through the heating portions 31 twice, so that the number of times of heating once is increased, and a better heating effect is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cross-flow wind wheel 20 includes two end plates 21 and a plurality of blades 22 arranged between the two end plates 21 in a circumferential arrangement, one of the two end plates 21 is a circular plate, the other of the two end plates 21 is an annular plate, and an inner ring of the annular plate can be used as a mounting port, so that the heat generating portion 31 of the heat generating component 30 can enter the cross-flow wind wheel 20 during the mounting process, that is, the heat generating portion 31 penetrates into the cross-flow wind wheel 20 from one end of the annular plate. And one end of the circular plate can be used as the connecting end of the cross flow wind wheel 20 and the driving device 40.
Further, the cross-flow wind wheel 20 further includes a rotating shaft 23, the rotating shaft 23 is fixedly connected and coaxially disposed with the circular plate, and the driving device 40 is drivingly connected with the rotating shaft 23, so that the driving device 40 can drive the cross-flow wind wheel 20 to rotate relative to the support body 10 through the rotating shaft 23.
