Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水防腐蚀激光灯,包括壳体、内置激光光源、激光电路板、激光电源,气质壳体分为不锈钢材质的上壳体和不锈钢材质的下壳体,其中上壳体顶部开口且在开口处固定有激光透镜,上壳体底部与下壳体顶部采用凹凸结构进行结合且通过螺丝及垫片将上壳体与下壳体进行固定连接在一起,在上壳体与下壳体结合处还垫有密封硅胶圈;激光电源及激光电路板固定在一块铝板上,该铝板固定在下壳体内且铝板与下壳体内壁紧密接触,在下壳体外壁上对应铝板的位置固定有环形的散热梳状齿。本发明的激光灯能够有效平衡密封及散热问题,大大提高了其使用寿命,并拓展了其应用领域,能够产生较好的应用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯,具体涉及一种防水防腐蚀激光灯,属于灯制备技术领域。
背景技术
激光灯是一种很昂贵的特殊灯具,工作时产生很大热量,当停机后,温度下降,机内潮湿空气很容易产生结露现象,导致电子元件出现短路、腐蚀,从而损坏激光灯,因此现有的激光灯不适用于潮湿环境,而且激光灯发热量很大,而现有的激光灯结构散热面积小,传热方式不合理,导致热阻大,热量不能迅速传到或对流到外壳上,而导致激光灯元件过热,性能下降,寿命变短。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种结构设计更为合理的防水防腐蚀激光灯,以延长其寿命、并适用于如潮湿、腐蚀等恶劣环境。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:防水防腐蚀激光灯,包括壳体、内置激光光源、激光电路板、激光电源,其特征在于,所述壳体分为不锈钢材质的上壳体和不锈钢材质的下壳体,其中上壳体顶部开口且在开口处固定有激光透镜,上壳体底部与下壳体顶部采用凹凸结构进行结合且通过螺丝及垫片将上壳体与下壳体进行固定连接在一起,在上壳体与下壳体结合处还垫有密封硅胶圈;内置激光光源为半导体激光二极管且固定在上壳体内,激光电源及激光电路板固定在一块铝板上,内置激光光源分别与激光电源、激光电路板电连接,该铝板固定在下壳体内且铝板与下壳体内壁紧密接触,在下壳体外壁上对应铝板的位置固定有环形的散热梳状齿。
优选地,所述上壳体一侧上部开设有进气孔、另一侧下部开设有出气孔,且在进气孔和出气孔内塞有密封胶塞,通过往进气孔向壳体内充满干燥的氮气。以实现激光灯的防腐蚀作用。
优选地,所述下壳体也采用由上部的筒状壳体及下部的底座构成的分体式结构,且在铝板底部与底座内底之间留有的间距内填满石墨,筒状壳体与底座之间采用可拆卸的方式连接且在连接部位做密封处理。进一步增强散热面积及散热效果。
优选地,在上壳体上且分别与进气孔、出气孔相适应的位置处固定有突出上壳体外表面的U型支撑架,对应地,在用于堵塞进气孔、出气孔的密封胶塞的上部固定有拨动杆,拨动杆顶部卡在对应的U型支撑架上且拨动杆沿U型支撑架作靠近或远离进气孔、出气孔的直线动作。能够有效防止密封胶塞因乱放而找不到,同时也便于操作。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果是:
1、通过将激光电源及激光电路板这些发热元件集中固定在一块铝板上且该铝板与不锈钢材质的下壳体进行连接,同时又在下壳体对应铝板的外周壁固定铝材质的散热梳状齿,在包装激光灯外壳的相对密封的前提下,能够迅速且有效地进行散热,延长激光灯的使用寿命;
2、通过往壳体内充入惰性气体氮气后,有效地对壳体内部的激光光源、电子元件等起到了很好的防潮防腐蚀作用,本发明的激光灯能够适用于潮湿环境、有腐蚀气体的环境等;
本发明的激光灯能够有效平衡密封及散热问题,大大提高了其使用寿命,并拓展了其应用领域,能够产生较好的应用效果。

具体实施方式
现结合具体实附图,来对本发明作进一步的阐述。以下仅为本申请的优选实施例,而非限制本申请的保护范围。任何在不脱离本申请发明构思的前提下的等同或相似替换,均应落在本申请的保护范围内。
如图1-3所示,本发明的防水防腐蚀激光灯,包括壳体1、内置激光光源2、激光电路板、激光电源,壳体1分为不锈钢材质的上壳体1.1和不锈钢材质的下壳体1.2,其中上壳体1.1整体结构为筒状结构且在顶部胶粘固定有激光透镜固定座3.1,激光透镜固定座3.1中心开口且在开口处通过卡设的方式固定有激光透镜3,上壳体1.1底部与下壳体1.2顶部采用凹凸结构进行结合且通过螺丝及垫片将上壳体1.1与下壳体1.2进行固定连接在一起,在上壳体1.1与下壳体1.2结合处还垫有密封硅胶圈;内置激光光源2为半导体激光二极管且固定在上壳体1.1内,激光电源及激光电路板固定在一块横截面为圆形的铝板4上,内置激光光源2分别与激光电源、激光电路板电连接,该铝板4固定在下壳体1.2内且铝板4外壁与下壳体1.2内壁紧密接触,在下壳体1.2外壁上对应铝板4的位置固定有环形的散热梳状齿5。
本发明在上壳体1.1一侧上部开设有进气孔6、另一侧下部开设有出气孔7,且在进气孔6和出气孔7内均塞有密封胶塞9,通过往进气孔向壳体1内充满干燥的氮气。以实现激光灯的防腐蚀作用。
而且本发明的下壳体1.2也采用由上部的筒状壳体1.21及下部的底座1.22构成的分体式结构,且在铝板4底部与底座1.22内底之间留有的间距内填满石墨8(石墨粉),筒状壳体1.21与底座1.22之间采用可拆卸的方式连接且在连接部位做密封处理,具体是将筒状壳体1.21与底座1.22采用螺纹固定连接且在两者对应的底部与顶部之间垫有密封圈。进一步增强散热面积及散热效果。
另外,在本发明的上壳体上且分别与进气孔6、出气孔7相适应的位置处固定有突出上壳体外表面的U型支撑架10,对应地,在用于堵塞进气孔6、出气孔7的密封胶塞9的上部固定有拨动杆11,拨动杆11顶部卡在对应的U型支撑架10上且拨动杆沿U型支撑架10作靠近或远离进气孔、出气孔的直线动作。能够有效防止密封胶塞9因乱放而找不到,同时也便于操作。
