Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sound insulation, in particular to a sound insulation board, a sound barrier with the sound insulation board and a track system with the sound barrier.
Background
Compared with underground lines and ground lines, the construction cost and the operation energy consumption of the urban rail transit overhead lines have great advantages, so that the overhead line laying mode is adopted by many urban traffics in China, such as overhead roads, overhead rails, overhead bridges and the like. Because no obstacles such as trees and the like exist around the track bridge erected at the high position, noise generated by the train running on the overhead line is easier to spread, and noise pollution is caused.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The invention provides a sound insulation board 1 and a sound barrier 100 with the sound insulation board 1, wherein the sound insulation board 1 in the invention can be applied to various sound insulation equipment, and the sound barrier 100 in the invention can be applied to provide sound insulation for the running road of trains, automobiles and the like, for example, the sound barrier is arranged beside the track of the trains, the track of the automobiles and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, an acoustic baffle board 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a stabilizing layer 101, a sound absorbing layer 102 and a deforming layer 105.
The sound absorbing layer 102 can absorb and block noise and reduce noise energy. The stabilizing layer 101 can provide support for the sound insulation layer, so that the sound absorption layer 102 can maintain a stable sound absorption state, and the sound absorption effect is improved. The sound absorbing layer 102 is laminated and connected to the stabilizer layer 101.
The provision of the stabilizer layer 101 and the sound absorbing layer 102 in a laminated structure can effectively stabilize the sound absorbing layer 102 for this purpose and improve the sound absorbing and noise reducing effects of the sound absorbing layer.
Optionally, sound absorbing layers 102 are attached to opposite sides of the stabilizing layer 101. The sound absorbing layer 102 may be provided only on one side of the stabilizing layer 101; the deformation layer 105 is laminated on the side of the stabilization layer 101 facing away from the sound absorption layer 102. In other words, the deformation layer 105 is laminated with the stabilization layer 101, and the deformation layer 105 and the sound absorption layer 102 are provided on opposite sides of the stabilization layer 101, respectively.
According to the baffle board 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the baffle board 1 provided with the deformation layer 105 can reduce the load on the baffle board 1 by deformation, thereby reducing the impact of the air flow and the like on the baffle board 1, reducing the wind load applied to the baffle board 1, and improving the stability of the baffle board 1.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the deformation layer 105 includes: a first plate portion 14, a second plate portion and a plurality of first partition plates 18, the first plate portion 14 and the second plate portion each being parallel to the stabilization layer 101, the first plate portion 14 being distant from the stabilization layer 101 with respect to the second plate portion. The first partition plates 18 are connected between the first plate portion 14 and the second plate portion, and two adjacent first partition plates 18 are arranged in parallel and at intervals. The deformation layer 105 is formed in a quadrilateral shape, and due to instability of the quadrilateral shape, namely deformability, when the acoustic panel 1 is impacted by airflow, airflow can be guided and discharged through deformation, so that wind load can be effectively reduced, and stability and reliability of the acoustic panel 1 are improved.
Referring to fig. 4 to 10, the transformation layer 105 in the present invention may include one layer or a plurality of layers laminated on the stabilization layer 101, and when the transformation layer 105 is one layer, the transformation layer 105 is directly laminated on the stabilization layer 101, and one plate portion of the transformation layer 105 may be integrated with the stabilization layer 101.
In other words, the deformation layer 105 includes one layer laminated on the stabilization layer 101, and the second plate portion overlaps with the stabilization layer 101.

And a sound absorption hole 103 is arranged on one side of the sound absorption layer 102, which is far away from the stabilizing layer 101, and the sound absorption hole 103 is communicated with the sound absorption cavity 104. In the process that the airflow enters the sound absorption cavity 104 through the sound absorption hole 103, the airflow rubs against the inner wall of the sound absorption cavity 104, and the energy of the sound wave is converted into heat energy, namely, the noise energy is weakened, and the noise is reduced. In addition, one sound absorbing chamber 104 of the present invention may be provided with a plurality of sound absorbing holes 103 communicating therewith (one sound absorbing hole 103 may be provided corresponding to one sound absorbing chamber 104).
In the present invention, the sound-absorbing chamber 104 may be arranged in a direction parallel to the stabilization layer 101.
Alternatively, the area of the sound absorbing hole 103 in the present invention may be smaller than the area of the corresponding section of the sound absorbing chamber 104. Alternatively, the plurality of sound absorbing chambers 104 shown in fig. 4 and 5 are arranged in the up-down direction, and each of the sound absorbing chambers 104 extends in the front-rear direction. However, this is only a specific example of the present invention, and is not a limitation to the scope of the present invention, and the plurality of sound-absorbing cavities 104 in the present invention may also extend in the up-down direction, and the sound-absorbing cavities 104 in the present invention may even be arranged in a matrix, a circular matrix, or the like.

Further, in the present invention, it is also possible to arrange the plurality of layers of the sound absorbing chambers 104 in a direction perpendicular to the stabilizing layer 101.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the sound absorbing chamber 104 is inclined downward in a direction away from the stabilizing layer 101 (the downward inclination here is with respect to the up-down direction in nature, specifically, the direction in which gravity is directed), and the sound absorbing hole 103 is provided in a lower portion of the side of the sound absorbing chamber 104 away from the stabilizing layer 101. At this time, when water enters the sound absorbing chamber 104 or enters other positions such as the sound absorbing layer 102 and the stabilizing layer 101, the water can be discharged from the sound absorbing holes 103, so that the accumulation of water and the like in the baffle plate 1 is avoided, and the problems such as corrosion, rusting, weight increase and the like of the baffle plate 1 due to the accumulation of moisture and the like are avoided.

Moreover, the second partition 15 and the third plate portion 11 are inclined to each other, and can have higher structural strength. In addition, the second partition 15 and the third plate 11 are inclined to each other, so that the airflow can have a plurality of volume changes, and the diffusion and contraction of the air can quickly and effectively dissipate the noise energy, thereby achieving a better sound absorption effect.
