Detailed Description
An example of the implementation of the container of the present invention will be specifically described below based on the attached drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a front view of the rear end side of a container 1 of the present invention.
The container body 1a constituting the container 1 is configured as a box shape having an elongated shape formed by an upper wall, a pair of side walls on the long side, a pair of side walls on the end side, and a bottom wall, and is configured to conform to ISO (international organization for standardization) and CSC (international treaty on container security), which are standards for international offshore containers, not particularly shown.
When the container 1 is mounted on a vehicle, the side wall on the rear end side is located on the rear side.
As shown in fig. 1, the rear-end side wall 2 is divided into an upper portion 2a and a lower portion 2b, and is connected by a hinge 2c, and the lower portion 2b constitutes an opening/closing door that can be folded back to the outside (rear) by the hinge 2 c.
Further, in fig. 1, the upper and lower lengths of the upper part 2a and the lower part 2b are set approximately in a ratio of 1 to 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a lock unit 4 is disposed at a rear end portion in the longitudinal direction of the bottom wall 3, and the lock unit 4 locks the opening/closing door 2b to prevent the opening/closing door 2b from being opened accidentally.
As shown in fig. 2, the lock unit 4 includes an engaging body 4a and a pendulum member 41a, and the pendulum member 41a is pivotally supported on an upper portion of the engaging body 4a so as to be rotatable.
Further, in fig. 2, reference numeral 7 is a stopper for preventing the bob member 41a from being accidentally swung during conveyance, whereby the opening and closing door 2b can be prevented from being accidentally opened during conveyance.
As shown in fig. 2, the engaging body 4a is pivotally supported at one end (lower end in fig. 2) thereof to the rear end side of the short side of the bottom wall 3 via a support shaft 4 c.
As shown in fig. 2, an engagement portion 4b is provided at the other free end portion (upper end portion in fig. 2), and a pendulum member 41a is rotatably and pivotally supported at the other free end portion, and the engagement portion 4b is formed to protrude inward (forward side) so as to engage with an engagement member 2d protruding at a predetermined position of the opening/closing door 2 b.
The pendulum member 41a has a required weight, and as shown in fig. 2, the lower end thereof is pivotally supported on the free end of the engaging body 4a so as to be rotatable.
According to such a configuration, when the container 1 is tilted at a predetermined angle by raising the front end side thereof, the pendulum member 41a swings outward (rearward) about the support shaft 41 b.
At this time, a centrifugal force is generated by the swinging of the pendulum member 41 a.
Therefore, the engaging body 4a swings outward (rearward) about the support shaft 4c by the centrifugal force, and the engaging state between the engaging body 4a and the engaging member 2d formed in the opening/closing door 2b is released, and as a result, the locking of the opening/closing door 2b is released.
The weight member 41a may be set so that the engaging body 4a swings rearward about the support shaft 4c by a centrifugal force generated by the swing of the weight member 41a, although the weight of the weight member 41a may be set according to the state (method, strength, etc.) of engagement between the engaging body 4a and the engaging member 2d, the ease with which the weight member 41a swings, and the like.
For example, the pendulum member 41a is set to have a substantially predetermined mass (for example, a mass equal to or larger than 2/5 of the mass of the engaging body 4a) with respect to the mass of the engaging body 4a itself, so that the engagement between the engaging body 4a and the engaging member 2d can be released by the centrifugal force generated by the swinging of the pendulum member 41 a.
In this embodiment, the mass of the engaging body 4a is set to 1.73kg, and therefore, the mass of the pendulum member 41a is set to 738 g.
In the locking unit 4 having such a configuration, in a state where the container 1 is still (not tilted), as shown in fig. 3a, the engaging portion 4b of the engaging body 4a pivotally supported on the rear end side on the short side of the bottom wall 3 is engaged with the engaging member 2d provided in the opening/closing door 2b, and the opening/closing door 2b closing the opening portion on the rear end side of the container main body 1a is locked.
When the front end side of the container 1 is raised from this state as shown in fig. 3 (B), the container 1 is inclined at a predetermined angle, and at this time, as shown in fig. 3 (C), the pendulum member 41a pivotally supported at the free end portion of the engaging body 4a swings rearward about the support shaft 41B.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 3 (D), the engaging body 4a is rotated rearward about the support shaft 4c by the centrifugal force generated by the swinging of the pendulum member 41 a.
When the engaging body 4a is rotated rearward, the engagement between the engaging portion 4b of the engaging body 4a and the engaging member 2d is released.
Thus, the locking of the opening/closing door 2b is also released.
Further, the lock unit 4 is not particularly limited in specific configuration as long as one end of the engaging body 4a is rotatably supported at the rear end portion in the longitudinal direction of the bottom wall 3, the other end of the engaging body 4a is engaged with an engaging member 2d formed at the opening/closing door 2b, and the engaging body 4a is rotatable rearward by a centrifugal force generated by the swinging of the pendulum member 41a by having the pendulum member 41a which is rotatably supported in the front-rear direction.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the locking unit 4 includes: a pair of plate-like bodies separated in parallel and opposed to each other and having a substantially japanese kana コ shape in side view; a cylindrical body connected to one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the pair of plate-like bodies so as to communicate with the through hole of the support shaft 4 c; and a support shaft 41b that is pivotally supported by a through hole formed at the other end edge and is formed integrally with the pendulum member 41 a.
The lock unit 4 is configured such that one end thereof is pivotally supported by bearings 3b and 3b formed on the rear end side of the short side of the bottom wall 3 via a support shaft 4c, and the lower surface of the support shaft 41b pivotally supported on the other end is configured as an engaging portion which is engaged with an engaging member 2d, and the engaging member 2d is configured by a rod-shaped body having a required length and formed to protrude from the opening/closing door 2 b.
In fig. 2, a support column 42 formed to protrude upward is provided on the front side of the upper end portion (free end portion) of the engaging body 4 a.
The stay 42 is used to support the pendulum member 41a in a rest state (non-tilted state) of the container 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a space portion 3a having a necessary size and opening to the rear end side is formed on the rear end side of the short side of the bottom wall 3 below the locking capsule 6, and an opening and closing means 5 for opening and closing the opening and closing door 2b is disposed in the space portion 3 a.
In the present embodiment, the space portion 3a is formed in the center of the short side.
The opening/closing unit 5 includes a lever main body 5a having a desired length and arranged to be movable in the front-rear direction along the longitudinal direction of the container main body 1a, and an opening/closing member 5b pivotally supported at the distal end of the lever main body 5 a.
The base end of the rod main body 5a is connected to a power member that can move the rod main body 5a in the front-rear direction.
The power member may be any power member as long as the lever main body 5a is movable in the front-rear direction along the longitudinal direction of the container main body 1a, and a specific mechanism may be selected without particular limitation.
In the present embodiment, as the power member, a spring cylinder 51 shown in fig. 4 is used.
As shown in fig. 4 (B), in the spring cylinder 51, a piston head 51c is fixed to a base end portion of a piston rod 51B connected to a base end portion of the rod main body 5a, a compression spring 51d is loaded in one cylinder chamber partitioned by the piston head 51c in the cylinder 51a, and the spring cylinder 51 is held in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the container main body 1 a.
With this configuration, the opening/closing door 2b can be automatically opened/closed without using a motor such as a motor.
In fig. 4 (B), the compression spring 51d in the attached state is compressed by the piston head 51c, and exerts a force in a direction of pulling the piston rod 51B back into the cylinder 51 a.
Therefore, since the locking member 6 disposed in the opening/closing door 2b is engaged with the opening/closing member 5b and the opening/closing member 5b is connected to the piston rod 51b via the rod main body 5a as described later, the opening/closing door 2b is not opened unintentionally by the biasing force of the spring cylinder 51.
On the other hand, when the container 1 is tilted at a predetermined angle by raising the front end side thereof, the piston rod 51b is pulled out from the cylinder 51a by the weight of the conveyed object.
The opening/closing member 5b pivotally supported at the distal end of the lever main body 5a via the support shaft 5d is formed of a rod-shaped body having a desired length.
A bolt-shaped stopper member 5e having a head is attached to a distal end portion of the opening/closing member 5b to lock the locking member 6.
A locking member 6 formed of a band-shaped plate material as a whole is disposed at a position corresponding to the opening/closing unit 5 at the lower end portion of the opening/closing door 2 b.
The locking member 6 has a locking portion 6a formed by cutting a predetermined length upward at its lower edge, and the locking portion 6a is engaged with the opening/closing member 5a as shown in fig. 4 (a) and 4 (B).
Therefore, the opening/closing member 5b is configured such that the distal end portion thereof is separated from the locking member 6 disposed in the opening/closing door 2b by the rearward movement of the lever main body 5a, and is returned to the original position again by the forward movement of the lever main body 5 a.
That is, the opening/closing member 5B is always biased forward (leftward in fig. 4B) by the biasing force of the spring cylinder 51 connected to the opening/closing member 5B via the lever main body 5 a.
Therefore, similarly to the lever main body 5a, when the opening portion on the rear end side of the container main body 1a is closed by the opening/closing door 2b, the opening/closing door is held in a state of being substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the container main body 1 a.
At the same time, a wedge-shaped guide 5c having an inclined surface formed so as to become thinner toward the rear (the right side in fig. 4B) is integrally fixed to the upper surface of the base end portion of the opening/closing member 5B, and a pin member 3c always in contact with the inclined surface of the guide 5c is fixed to the upper surface in the space portion 3 a.
Therefore, when the piston rod 51B is pulled out to the rear side against the biasing force of the compression spring 51d and the lever main body 5a moves to the rear side, the inclined surface of the guide 5c of the opening/closing member 5B is formed to be thinner from the front to the rear, and therefore, the opening/closing member 5B is inclined downward with the support shaft 5d as the center, that is, inclined in a direction away from the locking member 6 disposed on the opening/closing door 2B, as shown in fig. 4 (B).
In the opening/closing unit 5 having such a configuration, as shown in fig. 5a, in a state where the container 1 is still (not tilted), the opening/closing member 5b of the opening/closing unit 5 disposed on the rear end side of the container body 1a (specifically, on the short side of the bottom wall 3 thereof) is engaged with the locking member 6 provided in the opening/closing door 2b, and the opening on the rear end side of the container body 1a is closed by the opening/closing door 2 b.
At this time, the rod main body 5a is biased toward the front end side by the biasing force of the spring cylinder 51.
As shown in fig. 5 (B), when the front end side of the container 1 is raised from this state, the piston rod 51B of the spring cylinder 51 is gradually pulled out toward the rear side against the biasing force of the compression spring 51d by the weight of the conveyed object.
Therefore, the rod main body 5a connected to the piston rod 51B moves rearward, and as shown in fig. 5 (B), the guide 5c fixed to the base end portion of the opening/closing member 5B moves downward along the pin member 3 c.
At the same time, the opening/closing member 5b pivotally supported at the distal end portion of the lever main body 5a is pushed downward, and is separated from the engaging member 6 of the opening/closing door 2b against the urging force of the spring cylinder 51, and the engagement between the opening/closing member 5b and the engaging member 6 is released.
Thus, the opening and closing door 2B is opened ((B) of fig. 5 → (C) of fig. 5).
On the other hand, in the container 1 in the inclined state, when the front end side thereof is gradually lowered, the piston rod 51b is pulled back forward by the urging force of the compression spring 51d, and therefore the rod main body 5a connected to the piston rod 51b moves forward, and the opening/closing member 5b pivotally supported at the distal end portion of the rod main body 5a is pulled back upward.
The opening/closing member 5b moves upward, and at the same time, the opening/closing door 2b is pulled toward the container body 1a, and the opening/closing member 5b engages with the locking portion 6a of the locking member 6 provided in the opening/closing door 2 b.
Therefore, the opening portion on the rear end side of the container main body 1a is closed by the opening/closing door 2 b.
With the opening/closing device having such a structure, the opening/closing of the opening portion on the rear end side of the container body 1a by the opening/closing door 2b can be safely and automatically performed.
In the present invention, the locking unit and the opening and closing unit may be provided in one or more than one with respect to the opening and closing door, respectively.
In fig. 1, the container 1 is configured such that one opening/closing unit 5 is provided at the center of the rear end side on the short side of the bottom wall 3, and one locking unit 4 is provided in the vicinity of the opening/closing unit 5.
With this configuration, when the container 1 is tilted by gradually raising the front end side using the lifting means or the like, the locking of the opening/closing door 2b by the locking means 4 is first released at a predetermined angle, and then the container 1 is further tilted, and at this time, the opening/closing door 2b is automatically opened at a predetermined angle by the opening/closing means 5.
With the container 1 having such a structure, the discharge operation of the objects to be conveyed can be performed as follows.
A lifting unit (not shown) capable of lifting and lowering the front end side thereof is attached to a predetermined position of the container 1 (fig. 6 a).
When the front end side of the container 1 is gradually raised to reach a predetermined angle, the pendulum member 41a of the lock unit 4 swings rearward ((a) of fig. 6 → (B) of fig. 6).
When the pendulum member 41a swings rearward, the engaging body 4a provided with the pendulum member 41a also rotates rearward as shown in fig. 6 (B) due to the centrifugal force generated by the swing, and therefore, the engagement with the engaging member 2d is released, and the lock of the opening/closing door 2B is released.
In the container 1, the opening/closing door 2B is in a state in which the locking portion 6a of the locking member 6 disposed in the opening/closing door 2B is engaged with the opening/closing member 5B of the opening/closing unit 5, and therefore, the opening/closing door 2B is not opened at this stage (fig. 6B).
However, when the front end side of the container 1 is further gradually raised, the opening/closing member 5b is separated from the locking portion 6a by the weight of the conveyed object, and thus the engagement with the locking member 6 is released.
Thus, as shown in fig. 6 (C), the opening/closing door 2b is opened.
Then, when the front end side of the container 1 is further raised and the container 1 is inclined at a larger angle, all the objects in the container 1 can be discharged by their own weight (fig. 6 (D)).
The container of the present invention can be used for transporting powder or granular material such as wood particles, but can be used for transporting general cargo.
Industrial applicability
The locking unit and/or the opening/closing unit constituting the container of the present invention can safely and automatically open and close the door easily by utilizing the inclination of the container and the weight of the transported object, and can be applied to all containers.
