a glue changing mechanism (8) is arranged on one side above the automatic box sealing mechanism (6);
the glue changing mechanism (8) comprises a rotating disc (801), a connecting plate (802), a cutter (803), a mounting column (804) and a suction plate (805), the connecting plate (802) is obliquely arranged, and the lower end of the connecting plate (802) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of one side of the automatic box sealing mechanism (6); a first rotating shaft (8014) is fixedly connected to the center of one side surface of the rotating disc (801), and the first rotating shaft (8014) is rotatably sleeved at the upper end of the connecting plate (802) through a rolling bearing (7);
the rotating disc (801) is uniformly provided with mounting columns (804) along the circumferential direction relative to the other side provided with the first rotating shaft (8014), and one ends of the mounting columns (804) are rotatably sleeved on the rotating disc (801) through rolling bearings (7); connecting columns (8012) are uniformly distributed on the outer side wall of the rotating disc (801) along the circumferential direction, and a bonding plate (8013) extending towards one side of the mounting column (804) is fixedly connected to the other end of each connecting column (8012);
the adhesive plates (8013) are positioned on the outer side of the mounting column (804) and are alternately arranged on the same side surface of the rotating disc (801) along the circumferential direction;
the suction plate (805) is arranged under the adhesive plate (8013) at the lowest end of the rotating disc (801) in an aligning manner, suction holes (8052) are uniformly distributed in one side face, close to the adhesive plate (8013), of the suction plate (805), and meanwhile, a first electric telescopic rod (8051) is fixedly installed in the middle of the other side face of the suction plate (805); an air outlet pipe (8053) is fixedly connected to one end face of the suction plate (805), and the air outlet pipe (8053) and the suction holes (8052) are communicated with a circulation cavity in the suction plate (805);
a cutter (803) is obliquely arranged on one side of the suction plate (805), and the cutter (803) and a glue inlet of the automatic box sealing mechanism (6) are respectively positioned on two sides of the suction plate (805);
the correcting mechanism (5) comprises a first air cylinder (501), an installation frame (502) and a convex plate (504), the vertical section of the installation frame (502) is a hollow rectangular frame, a spiral rod (503) is arranged in the installation frame (502), the spiral rod (503) is rotatably connected to the inner side walls of the two ends of the installation frame (502) through a rolling bearing (7), one end of the spiral rod (503) penetrates through the installation frame (502) to extend to the outer side of the installation frame (502) to be embedded with the output end of a first motor (5031), and the first motor (5031) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of one side of the installation frame (502);

the lower end positions of the opposite side surfaces of the two convex plates (504) are fixedly provided with a first infrared distance measuring sensor (5042), the lower end position of the side surface of the convex plate (504) far away from the automatic box folding mechanism (4) is provided with a push rod (5041), and a damping sleeve (5043) is fixedly sleeved on the push rod (5041);
a first air cylinder (501) is fixedly installed at the center of the top surface of the installation frame (502), and a fixed section of the first air cylinder (501) is fixedly sleeved at the center of the top plate of the first support frame (103); the opposite side surfaces of the lower end positions of the two side plates of the first support frame (103) are respectively fixedly provided with an infrared emitter (1031) and an infrared receiver (1032);
the PLC control system is characterized in that a PLC controller (102) is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of one side of the operating platform (1), and the PLC controller (102) is electrically connected with the first motor (5031), the first infrared distance measuring sensor (5042), the first air cylinder (501), the infrared emitter (1031) and the infrared receiver (1032) through conducting wires respectively.
