Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the feed grinder is used, the conveying motor 1785 is driven to drive one of the supporting cylinders 1784 to rotate, meanwhile, the supporting cylinder 1784 drives the stainless steel conveying belt 1786 to rotate, then, feed is poured onto the stainless steel conveying belt 1786 to be conveyed, the grinding motor 171 is driven to drive the rotary disc 172, the connecting arm 173, the U-shaped mounting seat 174, the movable plate 175, the limiting track 176 and the grinding knife 177 to move in the conveying process, so that the grinding knife 177 can move up and down, the feed on the stainless steel conveying belt 1786 can be ground, the feed is conveyed to the upper part of the grinding shell 1 after being ground and then falls down, the grinding motor 7 is driven to drive the grinding cylinder 5 to rotate, so that the feed can be ground when passing through the rotating grinding cylinder 5, and the cleaning motor 156 is driven to drive the cleaning cylinder 153 and the cleaning brush 154 to rotate during grinding, so as to clean the feed remained on the grinding cylinder 5, after finishing grinding, the fodder arrives on screening otter board 11, and drive vibrating motor 12 makes screening cylinder 10 cooperate compression spring 9 vibration at last, can be so through screening otter board 11 to the fodder screening, and in the screening process, the fodder of screening falls, and the fodder that does not screen moves around in the inside outside of screening cylinder 10 thereupon, later blocks into the pipeline chamber 162 of pipeline 161 and discharges through baffle 163, can accomplish work like this.

The grinding device for processing the concentrated feed is characterized by comprising a grinding shell (1), a supporting plate (2), a supporting column (3), a supporting block (4), a grinding cylinder (5), a supporting bearing (6), a grinding motor (7), a connecting plate (8), a compression spring (9), a screening cylinder (10), a screening screen plate (11), a vibration motor (12), a PLC (13), a driving switch (14), a cleaning cylinder frame structure (15), an impurity screening and discharging pipeline structure (16) and a conveying and crushing shell structure (17), wherein the supporting plate (2) is welded around the outer wall of the grinding shell (1) respectively, and the supporting column (3) is welded at the lower end of the supporting plate (2); the supporting blocks (4) are respectively welded on the left side and the right side above the inner wall of the grinding shell (1); the grinding cylinder (5) is coupled inside the supporting bearing (6) in a shaft way; the supporting bearings (6) are respectively embedded in the left and right sides of the front and rear sides above the inside of the grinding shell (1); the grinding motors (7) are respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the front surface of the grinding shell (1) through bolts, and meanwhile, the output shafts of the grinding motors (7) are connected with the front end key of the grinding cylinder (5); the connecting plates (8) are respectively welded on the left side and the right side of the front surface and the rear surface of the grinding shell (1) and the screening cylinder (10); the compression spring (9) is welded between the connecting plate (8) and the connecting plate (8); the screening screen plate (11) is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the screening cylinder (10) through bolts; the vibration motor (12) is arranged at the front end of the screening drum (10) through a bolt; the PLC (13) is installed in the middle of the lower part of the front end of the grinding shell (1) through a bolt, and the front end of the PLC (13) is electrically connected with a driving switch (14); the cleaning barrel frame structures (15) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the grinding shell (1); the sundries screening and discharging pipeline structure (16) is arranged at the left end of the screening cylinder (10); the conveying and crushing shell structure (17) is arranged at the upper end of the grinding shell (1); the cleaning barrel frame structure (15) comprises a first mounting disc (151), a second mounting disc (152), a cleaning barrel (153), a cleaning brush (154), an auxiliary bearing (155) and a cleaning motor (156), wherein the second mounting disc (152) is integrally arranged at the front end of the first mounting disc (151); the cleaning cylinder (153) is coupled in the auxiliary bearing (155); the cleaning brush (154) is glued on the outer wall of the cleaning cylinder (153); the cleaning motor (156) is mounted on the rear wall of the first mounting plate (151) through bolts, and an output shaft of the cleaning motor (156) is in key connection with the rear end of the cleaning cylinder (153); the sundries screening and discharging pipeline structure (16) comprises a conveying pipeline (161), a pipeline cavity (162), a baffle plate (163), a buffer net (164), a connecting ring (165) and a clamping bolt (166), wherein the pipeline cavity (162) is formed in the conveying pipeline (161); the baffle plate (163) is welded at the right end of the conveying pipeline (161); the buffer net (164) is arranged on the right side of the inner wall of the pipeline cavity (162) through bolts; the connecting ring (165) is welded at the left end of the screening drum (10); the clamping bolts (166) are respectively in threaded connection with the front end and the rear end of the connecting ring (165).

The grinder for concentrated feed processing according to claim 1, wherein the transporting and crushing case structure (17) comprises a crushing motor (171), a rotary table (172), a connecting arm (173), a U-shaped mounting seat (174), a movable plate (175), a limiting rail (176), a crushing blade (177) and a transporting case device (178), the crushing motor (171) is installed at the right side of the upper end of the transporting case device (178); the rotary disc (172) is connected to an output shaft of the crushing motor (171) in a key mode; the U-shaped mounting seat (174) is mounted at the upper end of the movable plate (175) through bolts; the movable plate (175) is sleeved on the outer wall of the limiting track (176), and meanwhile, a crushing knife (177) is installed at the lower end of the movable plate (175) through a bolt; the limiting track (176) is arranged on the right side inside the conveying shell device (178).

The grinder assembly for concentrated feed processing according to claim 1, wherein the conveying housing assembly (178) comprises a socket housing (1781), an extension plate (1782), a reinforcing plate (1783), a support cylinder (1784), a conveying motor (1785) and a stainless steel conveyor belt (1786), the socket housing (1781) being welded around the upper ends of the grinding housing (1) and the extension plate (1782), respectively; a crushing motor (171) is mounted on a right bolt at the upper end of the sleeving shell (1781); the periphery of the right side of the inner wall of the sleeving shell (1781) is welded with a limiting track (176); the reinforcing plate (1783) is welded between the grinding shell (1) and the sleeving shell (1781); the supporting cylinders (1784) are respectively coupled to the right lower part of the inner wall of the sleeving shell (1781); the conveying motor (1785) is installed on the right side of the front end of the sleeving shell (1781) through bolts.
4. The grinder for concentrated feed processing according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning brush (154) on the outer wall of the cleaning drum (153) is a nylon brush, and the cleaning brush (154) is in contact with the outer wall of the grinding drum (5).

The grinder for concentrated feed processing according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary bearings (155) are respectively fitted in the middle portion of the inside of the first mounting plate (151) and the second mounting plate (152) and the left and right sides of the front middle and lower portion of the inner wall of the grinding shell (1).

The grinder for concentrated feed processing according to claim 1, wherein the second mounting plates (152) at the front of the first mounting plate (151) are inserted into the left and right portions of the rear lower side of the inside of the grinding shell (1), and the first mounting plate (151) is bolt-nut connected to the grinding shell (1).

8. The grinder assembly for concentrated feed processing according to claim 1, wherein two clamping bolts (166) are provided in the connecting ring (165), and the clamping bolts (166) clamp the delivery pipe (161).

The grinder for concentrated feed processing according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of crushing knives (177) are provided at the lower end of the movable plate (175), the lower part of the crushing knife (177) corresponds to the stainless steel conveyor belt (1786), one end of the connecting arm (173) is coupled to the front end of the rotary plate (172), and the other end is coupled to the inside of the U-shaped mounting seat (174).
