Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of a desulfurizing agent, in particular to a desulfurizing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In industrial production, sulfides are produced in many cases, for example, in coal or petroleum and chemical raw materials produced therefrom, in waste water and waste gas discharged from industrial production. The sulfur compounds are mainly derived from sulfur species contained in the raw materials, which are reacted and converted into sulfur compounds in the industrial process, thereby being released. Sulfides, particularly hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide and the like, often cause catalyst poisoning and inactivation in a production process, and wastewater and waste gas containing the sulfides are directly discharged, so that the environment is easily polluted, and human and livestock poisoning is caused.
The desulfurizer is a medicament for removing sulfides in raw materials, wastewater, waste gas or other materials. Since the reduction of the sulfide content is advantageous for industrial production and environmental protection, researchers have paid more attention to the development of the desulfurizing agent. The current desulfurizer varieties comprise solid alkali/liquid alkali desulfurizer, activated carbon desulfurizer, molecular sieve-supported metal desulfurizer, iron desulfurizer, manganese desulfurizer, multi-metal composite oxide desulfurizer and the like. Through years of research, although the types of the desulfurizer are more and more abundant and the desulfurization performance is greatly improved, the existing desulfurizer has larger use limitation and can only be used in a single industrial environment.
