Description

Enzyme-containing composite core and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disposable hygienic products, and particularly relates to an enzyme-containing composite core and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Generally, faecal hygiene articles such as diapers and feminine hygiene products for menstrual periods consist of three main parts: surface coating layer, absorption core layer and base fabric. The absorbent core layer may also be referred to as an absorbent core body, and the absorbent core body is a key component for functioning as an excrement hygienic product such as a diaper and a sanitary product for women during menstrual periods. The main function of the absorbent core is to be able to capture and quickly absorb urine, disperse it or to spread it throughout the core layer by capillary action, ultimately absorbing and storing the urine. At present, the absorption core body in domestic market is mainly of a layered structure consisting of pure wood pulp (fluff pulp) and high polymer water-absorbent resin (SAP).
With the development of technology and materials, the absorbent core has developed towards "continuous layers", thinner and lighter. At present, the excrement sanitary products such as diapers and the like and the sanitary products for women in menstrual periods on the market can meet the use requirements of a plurality of consumers, and the effects of difficult fracture of a core layer, high urine absorption speed, large core absorption amount and the like are realized. However, when the core layer absorbs a large amount of urine, the urine collected in the core layer is heavy in smell when babies and adults wear the diaper for a long time, and the quality of the living environment of the human body is seriously affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an enzyme-containing composite core body, aiming at solving the problem that when the core body layer of the existing absorption core body absorbs a large amount of urine, the urine accumulated on the core body layer is serious in urine smell and seriously affects the living environment quality of a human body when babies and adults wear paper diapers for a long time.
The embodiment of the invention is realized in such a way that the enzyme-containing composite core body sequentially comprises a first wrapping layer, a first excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer, a first isolation layer, a first functional layer, a middle supporting layer, a second functional layer, a second isolation layer, a second excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer and a second wrapping layer.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the enzyme-containing composite core, which comprises the following steps: adding fibrous powder into the fiber web, thermally fusing a reinforcing material, cooling and reinforcing to obtain dust-free paper, spraying excrement liquid treatment enzyme onto the dust-free paper when the surface temperature of the dust-free paper is reduced to normal temperature, drying and rolling to respectively prepare an upper isolation layer and an upper enzyme layer composite layer, and a lower isolation layer and a lower enzyme layer composite layer; coating hot melt adhesive on the enzyme-free surface of the upper isolation layer and the enzyme-free surface of the lower isolation layer; respectively spraying high-molecular water-absorbing resin on the lateral surface of the middle supporting layer to form a first functional layer and a second functional layer; pressing the enzyme-free surface of the second isolation layer and the second functional layer at a preset temperature through a first pressing roller and a second pressing roller, so that the lower isolation layer and the lower functional layer are bonded through hot melt adhesive; the enzyme-free surface of the first isolation layer and the upper functional layer are pressed at a preset temperature through a third pressing roller and a fourth pressing roller, so that the upper isolation layer and the upper functional layer are bonded through hot melt adhesive; after cooling, wrapping the first excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer, the first isolation layer, the first functional layer, the middle supporting layer, the second functional layer, the second isolation layer and the second excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer by using an upper wrapping layer and a lower wrapping layer, and rolling by using a rolling roller to obtain an enzyme-containing composite core; wherein the excrement liquid treatment enzyme comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.29-0.76% of enzyme preparation, 4.1704-7.3604% of enzyme stabilizer, 4-6% of auxiliary adsorbent, 1-3% of drying aid and the balance of deionized water.
The first excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer and the second excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer in the enzyme-containing composite core body provided by the embodiment of the invention can inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria, eliminate the bacteria and control the generation of peculiar smell from the source. When the excrement liquid permeates into the composite core body of excrement hygienic products such as diapers and the like and sanitary products for women in menstrual periods through the surface layer or the diversion layer, the excrement liquid firstly contacts the first excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer of the composite core body, so that peculiar smell in the excrement liquid can be effectively removed, the growth and the propagation of bacteria in the excrement liquid are inhibited, and the bacteria are eliminated. After urine after the first excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer enters the composite core body, residual excrement liquid peculiar smell can be completely eliminated through the second excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer, and peculiar smell is removed from a terminal. Therefore, through the combined action of the upper layer and the lower layer of the excrement liquid treatment enzyme layer, even if excrement liquid is concentrated in the composite core body of excrement hygienic products such as diapers and the like and sanitary products in menstrual periods of women for a long time, the excrement liquid has no urine smell, no bacteria grow and reproduce in a large quantity, and bacteria and ammonia are inhibited and removed, so that a clean and comfortable living environment is provided for human bodies.
