The enzyme-containing composite core body sequentially comprises a first wrapping layer, a first isolation layer, a first enzyme layer, a first functional layer, a middle supporting layer, a second functional layer, a second enzyme layer, a second isolation layer and a second wrapping layer.
The first enzyme layer and the second enzyme layer in the enzyme-containing composite core body provided by the embodiment of the invention can inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria, eliminate the bacteria and control the generation of peculiar smell from the source. In an embodiment of the invention, the first enzyme layer and the second enzyme layer comprise a protease layer and/or a lysozyme layer. The protease layer can decompose organic matters in the excrement liquid, and remove and inhibit the generation of ammonia odor for a long time; the lysozyme can sterilize and inhibit bacteria, and prevent bacteria from breeding to generate peculiar smell.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first enzyme layer includes a protease layer adjacent to the first separation layer and a lysozyme layer adjacent to the first functional layer.
As another mode of carrying out the present invention, the first enzyme layer includes a lysozyme layer adjacent to the first separator layer and a protease layer adjacent to the first functional layer.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the second enzyme layer includes a protease layer adjacent to the second separation layer and a lysozyme layer adjacent to the second functional layer.
As another mode of carrying out the present invention, the second enzyme layer includes a lysozyme layer adjacent to the second separator layer and a protease layer adjacent to the second functional layer.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the first wrapping layer and the second wrapping layer form a closed space, and the first isolation layer, the first enzyme layer, the first functional layer, the intermediate support layer, the second functional layer, the second enzyme layer and the second isolation layer wrap the closed space. In the embodiment of the invention, the upper and lower wrapping layers form omnibearing 360-degree wrapping on the first isolation layer, the first enzyme layer, the first functional layer, the middle supporting layer, the second functional layer, the second enzyme layer and the second isolation layer, so that substances in the upper second functional layer can be prevented from leaking outwards, and the strong urine absorption amount of the core body is ensured; meanwhile, the second enzyme layer is protected, the function of enzyme is fully exerted, the excrement liquid is locked in the enzyme-containing core body in all directions, the peculiar smell of the excrement liquid is effectively removed, and the excrement liquid is breathable and has no smell.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first wrapping layer and the second wrapping layer are one of a single-layer fiber web, a double-layer fiber web, a three-layer fiber web and a four-layer fiber web or a combination of two of them. Wherein, the individual layer fibre net forms for the one deck spunbonded nonwoven hot rolling, and double-deck fibre net forms for two-layer spunbonded nonwoven hot rolling, and three-layer fibre net forms for the one deck spunbonded nonwoven, the one deck meltblown nonwoven, the one deck spunbonded nonwoven hot rolling that arrange in proper order, and four layers fibre nets form for the one deck spunbonded nonwoven, two-layer meltblown nonwoven, the one deck spunbonded nonwoven hot rolling that arrange in proper order.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first wrapping layer or the second wrapping layer is a three-layer fiber web, and the three-layer fiber web is formed by sequentially arranging and hot rolling a spun-bonded non-woven fabric, a melt-blown non-woven fabric and a spun-bonded non-woven fabric. The first wrapping layer and the second wrapping layer can improve the ventilation degree in the diaper, so that moisture and hot air emitted by a body can be discharged in time, and the skin of a baby can not be stimulated to cause diseases such as eczema, red buttocks and the like; the macromolecular water-absorbing resin is prevented from leaking outwards; protecting the strong multi-enzyme layer, fully playing the role of enzyme and effectively removing the peculiar smell of excrement liquid; no toxicity, no smell and high effect in isolating bacteria. Meanwhile, the first wrapping layer conducts, so that urine can quickly permeate into the first isolation layer.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first isolation layer and the second isolation layer are dust-free paper. In the embodiment of the invention, the main structures of the first isolation layer and the second isolation layer are viscose fiber and wood pulp, and the main functions of water absorption, diffusion and flow guide are realized; has the functions of adsorption and filtration, and can remove colored substances and harmful substances. The first isolation layer and the second isolation layer can wrap the high molecular water-absorbing resin in the first functional layer and the second functional layer respectively and are a carrier for bearing the high molecular water-absorbing resin.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first functional layer and the second functional layer are one or two of a high molecular water absorbent resin and fluff pulp.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first functional layer and the second functional layer are both made of high molecular water absorbent resin. The first functional layer and the second functional layer mainly absorb and lock urine, so that the paper diaper is kept dry and cannot conduct urine; secondly, the gel strength of the high molecular water-absorbent resin is high, so that uncomfortable feeling can not be caused to the baby; also can prevent urine from reverse osmosis.
In the embodiment of the invention, the middle support layer is a fluffy non-woven fabric. The middle supporting layer plays a supporting role, the upper functional layer and the lower functional layer are uniformly distributed on two sides of the fluffy non-woven fabric, and the macromolecular water-absorbent resin is integrally expanded after water absorption and is smooth and does not lump. The middle supporting layer has larger fluffy aperture, can fix water-absorbing macromolecules so as not to move, and has the function of flow guiding due to the connection of fibers; preventing urine from reverse osmosis.
The preparation method of the enzyme-containing composite core provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: adding fibrous powder into the fiber web, thermally fusing a reinforcing material, cooling and reinforcing the fiber web into dust-free paper, spraying enzyme onto the dust-free paper when the surface temperature of the dust-free paper is reduced to normal temperature, drying and rolling the dust-free paper, and respectively preparing a first isolation layer and a first enzyme layer composite layer, a second isolation layer and a second excrement treatment enzyme layer composite layer; coating hot melt adhesive on the enzyme surface of the first isolation layer and the enzyme surface of the second isolation layer; spraying high-molecular water-absorbing resin on two side surfaces of the middle supporting layer respectively to form a first functional layer and a second functional layer respectively; pressing the enzyme-containing surface of the second isolation layer and the second functional layer at a preset temperature through a first pressing roller and a second pressing roller, so that the second isolation layer and the second functional layer are bonded through hot melt adhesive; pressing the enzyme-containing surface of the first isolation layer and the first functional layer at a preset temperature through a third pressing roller and a fourth pressing roller, so that the first isolation layer and the first functional layer are bonded through hot melt adhesive; and after cooling, wrapping the first isolation layer, the first enzyme layer, the first functional layer, the middle supporting layer, the second functional layer, the second enzyme layer and the second isolation layer by using a first wrapping layer and a second wrapping layer, and rolling by using a rolling roller to obtain the enzyme-containing composite core.
