At present in the dentist of hospital consulting the room, the dentist is diagnosing the patient, the dentist is all wearing the gauze mask and is going on, and make the patient lie in dentist the place ahead, dentist handheld tool diagnoses the patient, do not have other shelters from the thing between dentist and the patient, adopt such method just to lead to patient oral smell effluvium, influence the environment of diagnosing of dentist, and at the in-process of diagnosing, the oral cavity liquid blowout of patient proruption will lead to the dentist to receive possible germ infection, will lead to the dentist to cause the cross infection of germ when diagnosing next patient like this.
In view of the above disadvantages, there is a need to develop a shield for dentists and a cleaning and disinfecting apparatus thereof, which can isolate dentists from patients and prevent cross infection of germs between patients, so as to overcome the disadvantages that the dentists and patients are not isolated to cause bad breath to affect the medical environment and cross infection between patients and dentists.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the oral peculiar smell influences the diagnosis and treatment environment of the dentist and the cross infection is caused between the patient and the dentist due to no isolation between the dentist and the patient, the invention has the technical problems that: a shield for dentists and a cleaning and disinfecting apparatus thereof are provided which can form isolation between dentists and patients and avoid cross infection of germs between patients and dentists.
The technical scheme is as follows: a protective cover for dentists and cleaning and disinfecting equipment thereof comprise a box body, wherein the box body is of a structure with an opening at one side, a partition board is arranged at the position of the opening structure of the box body, and the partition board is of an opening structure; the bracket is arranged at a position close to the partition plate on one side of the box body, a first guide rail is arranged on the bracket, and a first guide sleeve is sleeved on the first guide rail; the second guide sleeve is arranged on the first guide sleeve, a second guide rail is sleeved in the second guide sleeve, a damping rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on one side of the second guide rail, a movable frame is arranged on the other side of the damping rotating shaft, a ball joint is arranged on the other side of the movable frame, and a glass cover is arranged on the other side of the ball joint; at least one disinfection liquid pipe is arranged on the inner side wall of the box body; the moving device is arranged on the inner wall of the box body and is used for driving and transmitting mechanical energy; and the cleaning device is arranged on the moving device and is used for cleaning the glass cover.
In addition, it is particularly preferable that the moving device comprises a third guide rail, the number of the third guide rail is at least one group, the third guide rail is arranged on the inner side wall of the box body, and a third guide sleeve is sleeved on the third guide rail; the supporting seat is arranged on the third guide sleeve, a first rotating rod is rotatably arranged on the supporting seat, and the cleaning device is arranged on the first rotating rod; the fixed seat is arranged on the supporting seat, a second rotating rod is rotatably arranged on the fixed seat, a gear transmission assembly is arranged between the second rotating rod and the first rotating rod, and a circular gear is arranged on the other side of the second rotating rod; the rack is arranged on one side of the inner wall of the box body, which is close to the third guide rail, and the rack is meshed with the circular gear; the electric sliding rail is arranged at the position of one side of the inner wall of the box body, close to the rack, and the moving part of the electric sliding rail is connected with the supporting seat.

the box 1 is upside open-ended structure, 1 upside of box is connected with baffle 2, baffle 2 is the structure that the middle part was opened there is the round mouth, both sides all are connected with support 3 around the top of box 1 right side, be connected with first guide rail 4 between the support 3, sliding connection has first guide pin bushing 5 on first guide rail 4, first guide pin bushing 5 middle part is connected with second guide pin bushing 6, second guide pin bushing 6 internal sliding type is connected with second guide rail 7, second guide rail 7 upside rotary type is connected with damping pivot 8, 8 upsides in the damping pivot are connected with adjustable shelf 9, adjustable shelf 9 right side downside is connected with bulb joint 10, bulb joint 10 downside is connected with glass cover 11, all be connected with disinfectant pipe 12 on the wall around in the box 1, disinfectant pipe 12 is connected with external disinfectant source, right side wall is equipped with mobile device 13 in the box 1, be equipped with belt cleaning device 14 on the mobile device 13.
When a dentist diagnoses, the device can be moved to one side of a dentist sickbed to enable the glass cover 11 to be positioned between the dentist and a patient, meanwhile, the angle of the glass cover 11 can be adjusted through the ball joint 10, the height and the distance of the glass cover 11 can be adjusted through the second guide sleeve 6 and the first guide sleeve 5, meanwhile, the angle can be further adjusted through the damping rotating shaft 8, the dentist can not directly face the open mouth of the patient through the mode of one glass cover 11, and therefore germ transmission and odor diffusion are avoided; after a patient is diagnosed and treated, the glass cover 11 can be moved, the glass cover 11 is positioned at the opening in the middle of the partition plate 2 and is contacted with the cleaning device 14, the second guide rail 7 is moved downwards, then the moving device 13 is started, the moving device 13 drives the cleaning device 14 to move downwards, the cleaning device 14 can be connected with an external disinfectant source in the downward moving process, disinfectant is sprayed out through the disinfectant pipe 12 to sterilize the glass cover 11, the cleaning device 14 works through the moving device 13, so that the cleaning device 14 cleans the outer side of the glass cover 11, after the moving device 13 moves downwards, the moving device 13 automatically moves upwards, so that the cleaning device 14 performs wiping work through the moving device 13, at the moment, the external disinfectant source can be disconnected, so that the disinfectant pipe 12 cannot spray disinfectant, so that the cleaning device 14 wipes the glass cover 11, after the moving device 13 moves upwards to reset, the cleaning device 14 stops working, and at this time, the glass cover 11 can be transferred for continuous use, so that the glass cover 11 can be cleaned and sterilized quickly to avoid the next patient from being infected by the germs of the previous patient.

When the glass cover 11 contacts with the cleaning device 14, the electric slide rail 1310 can be started, the moving member of the electric slide rail 1310 will drive the supporting seat 133 to move downwards, the supporting seat 133 will move downwards on the third guide rail 131 through the third guide sleeve 132, the supporting seat 133 will drive the first rotating rod 134 and the second rotating rod 136 to move downwards, the second rotating rod 136 will rotate the circular gear 138 on the rack 139 as moving downwards, so that the second rotating rod 136 drives the first rotating rod 134 to rotate through the gear transmission assembly 137, so that the first rotating rod 134 drives the cleaning device 14 to rotate, so that the cleaning device 14 cleans the glass cover 11, when the moving member of the electric slide rail 1310 moves downwards to the end point, the electric slide rail will drive the moving member of the electric slide rail to move upwards, so that the supporting seat 133 moves upwards, the supporting seat 133 moves upwards will drive the first rotating rod 134 and the cleaning device 14 to move upwards, thus, the moving device 13 will dry the glass cover 11, and the second rotating rod 136 will drive the circular gear 138 to rotate reversely on the rack 139, so that the first rotating rod 134 rotates reversely, and when the electric sliding rail 1310 moves upwards to the end point, the electric sliding rail 1310 will stop working, so that the cleaning device 14 stops working.
The cleaning device 14 includes a connection block 141, a fourth guide sleeve 142, a fourth guide rail 143, a moving frame 144, a scrubbing cotton 145, a scrubbing layer 146, a connection frame 147 and an electromagnet 148, specifically:

When the glass cover 11 extends into the partition board 2, the glass cover is above the brushing layer 146 and the scrubbing cotton 145, when the electric slide rail 1310 is started and moves downwards, the electric slide rail 1310 starts the front side electromagnet 148, so that the front side moving frame 144 drives the brushing layer 146 to move upwards, the moving frame 144 moves upwards in the fourth guide sleeve 142 through the fourth guide rail 143, so that the brushing layer 146 is in contact with the periphery of the glass cover 11, when the second rotating rod 136 rotates, the first rotating rod 134 is driven to rotate, the first rotating rod 134 drives the moving frame 144 to rotate, so that the brushing layer 146 and the scrubbing cotton 145 are driven to rotate, so that the brushing layer 146 in contact with the glass cover 11 is brushed and disinfected by the disinfectant sprayed from the disinfectant pipe 12, when the electric slide rail 1310 moves downwards to an end point, the electric slide rail 1310 starts to move upwards, at the moment, the front side electromagnet 148 is powered off, so that the front side electromagnet 148 drives the front side moving frame 144 to move downwards for resetting, thereby drive scrubbing layer 146 and break away from the contact with glass cover 11, and start rear side electro-magnet 148, thereby drive rear side removal frame 144 rebound, thereby drive to scrub cotton 145 rebound and glass cover 11 contact, electronic slide 1310 rebound will make first bull stick 134 reversal, thereby drive removal frame 144 reversal, thereby make scrub cotton 145 scrub to glass cover 11 outside and scrub to wipe futilely, avoid remaining liquid, when electronic slide 1310 rebound to the extreme point, electronic slide 1310 will cut off the power supply, thereby make rear side electro-magnet 148 outage, 1310 is exactly like this that glass cover 11 periphery is scrubbed and is wiped futilely and accomplish.
