A lifting waterproof plate device 3 is arranged below the L-shaped supporting plate 11, and a blow-drying device 4 is installed at the top end of the lifting waterproof plate device 3. The cooperation of the three anti-splash plates 31 and the bed head 2 can just block four sides of the bed frame 1, so that liquid and smell can not be sprayed out of the bed body when the bed is disinfected and cleaned, and other patients in a hospital room can not be affected.
It should be added that, in order to reduce the odor of the disinfectant from diffusing out during cleaning and disinfection as much as possible, a leakage-proof cover can be manually placed on the top ends of the three anti-sputtering plates 31 during disinfection, so that the leakage of the atomized water and the disinfectant from the top ends can be effectively reduced, and the odor during disinfection is also reduced.

A plurality of tooth grooves 311 are uniformly arranged on one side of the anti-sputtering plate 31 facing the center of the bedstead 1, and a driving shaft 32 is arranged on one side of the anti-sputtering plate 31. The anti-spattering plate 31 is provided at one side thereof with a bearing bracket 34 installed at the top end of the inner wall of the frame 1, and the bearing bracket 34 is fixed to the inner wall of the frame 1, so that the bearing bracket 34 is fixed and does not move according to the conventional sense of bearing, and the driving shaft 32 does not make any movement except the rotation. The gear 33 is matched with the tooth slot 311. The splash guard 31 having the teeth grooves 311 corresponds to a rack engaged with the gear 33.

The water receiving tank 14 is supported at the bottom end of the bed frame 1 through a horizontal plate 13 and is positioned at the bottom end of the lifting waterproof plate device 3, the length and the width of the water receiving tank 14 are consistent with those of the outer side of the bed frame 1, water leakage is prevented, the top end of the water receiving tank 14 is uncovered, the bottom side of the water receiving tank 14 is connected with a water outlet pipe 15, the water outlet pipe 15 is wound on a pipe winding device through a spiral, the pipe winding device is installed at one side of the water receiving tank 14, and a water valve 16 is installed on the water outlet.
After the bed is washed by the disinfectant and the clear water, the washed liquid needs to be collected, so that the pollution to the cleanness of the floor of a hospital room is avoided. The cleaned disinfectant and clean water flow into the water receiving tank 14 from the bed board 12 and the bed frame 1 due to gravity, so that the liquid is prevented from polluting the ground under the bed, then the water outlet pipe 15 is discharged from the pipe winding device, the bottom end of the water outlet pipe 15 is aligned with the inlet of a sewer or a toilet, then the cleaning and sterilizing liquid is flushed away, the pollution is avoided, finally, the water in the water receiving tank 14 is directly and automatically discharged from the water outlet pipe 15, the smell of the residual disinfectant of the nursing bed is avoided, and the leg of a patient is prevented from touching the water receiving tank 14.
The drying device 4 is installed on the top end of the anti-sputtering plate 31 through the upper convex arc-shaped plate 313, the upper convex arc-shaped plate 313 can cover the construction of the internal device, the effects of preventing dust and abrasion are achieved, and the service life of the drying device 4 is prolonged. When the upper convex arc-shaped plate 313 is not lifted up by the anti-sputtering plate 31, the upper convex arc-shaped plate 313 can be pressed on the mattress, and the displacement or the wrinkling of the quilt of the nursing bed can be effectively prevented, so that the smoothness of the quilt on the nursing bed is ensured, and the patient is more comfortable to nurse and rest.
Preferably, the blow-drying device 4 can not only blow-dry the sterilized bed board 12 and the bed frame 1, but also blow hot air out of the quilt to raise the temperature of the quilt when the cleaning operation is not performed, the temperature of the blown air is 40-50 ℃ (the bottom end of the upper convex arc-shaped plate 313 is not allowed to contact the quilt to prevent the electric heating net 45 from being burnt out when contacting the quilt), so that the quilt is blow-dried, the effects of sterilization, mould removal and moisture removal on the quilt can be achieved, and the patient can lie on the quilt more comfortably.
The blow-drying device 4 comprises a ventilation mounting plate 41 fixed in the middle of the inner part of an upper convex arc-shaped plate 313, the upper convex arc-shaped plate 313 is in an inverted U shape, a plurality of micro motors 42 are fixed on the ventilation mounting plate 41 through motor seats, the bottom ends of the micro motors 42 penetrate through the ventilation mounting plate 41 through motor shafts to be connected with fan blades 43, both ends of the upper convex arc-shaped plate 313 and the ventilation mounting plate 41 are provided with vent holes, the fan blades 43 are induced draft from both ends of an arch-shaped channel formed by the ventilation mounting plate 41 and the upper convex arc-shaped plate 313 when rotating, and then the fan blades 43 blow wind sucked from the upper part of the fan blades to a bed plate 12 and a bed frame 1 below the fan blades 43, so that the wet bed plate 12 and the bed frame.

Preferably, after the micro motor 42 is started, the fan blades 43 rotate to blow air towards the bed board 12 and the bed frame 1, and the air is heated when passing through the electric heating net 45, so that the bed board 12 is blown by hot air from all directions and is heated and dried, thereby improving the post-treatment efficiency of the clean nursing bed, improving the overall efficiency of disinfection and sterilization of the nursing bed, and enabling the nursing bed to be used for patients more quickly.

The hidden plate lifting device 7 comprises a shielding plate 71 which is inserted in the sliding groove 23 and can slide up and down in the sliding groove 23, a horizontal shaft rod 72 is arranged on one side of the top end of the shielding plate 71, a plurality of reels 73 are mounted on the horizontal shaft rod 72, one end of the horizontal shaft rod 72 is connected with a third motor 74, the outer sides of the reels 73 are connected with the bottom end of one side of the shielding plate 71 through lifting pull wires 75, and a wire groove 24 for the lifting pull wires 75 to slide up and down is arranged in the sliding groove 23.
The lifting principle of the hidden plate lifting device 7 is as follows:
(1) before disinfection and cleaning, the shielding plate 71 is equivalent to a bedside backup plate, so that a patient can not find or contact the internal structure of the nursing bed, the safety is improved, and the service life of the device is prolonged;

The telescopic scrubbing device 6 comprises two multi-section oil cylinders 61 fixed in the lower mounting groove 22 through oil cylinder seats, an end face schematic view of a horizontal displacement rod 63 is shown in fig. 8, the end face of the horizontal displacement rod 63 is rectangular and has a certain length, and two multi-section piston rods 62 are respectively and vertically connected with the front end and the rear end of the horizontal displacement rod 63, so that the displacement of the horizontal displacement rod 63 is more stable.
One end of the multi-section oil cylinder 61 is connected with a horizontal displacement rod 63 through a multi-section piston rod 62, the multi-section oil cylinder 61 is an oil cylinder with a multi-section piston rod 63, and the telescopic principle of the piston rod of the multi-section oil cylinder is the same as that of a conventional oil cylinder, so that the multi-section oil cylinder is not introduced in more detail. The multi-section piston rod 62 has an overall length 0.1-0.2m greater than the length of the bed plate 12, thereby allowing the bristles 64 to brush a larger area of bed plate. The horizontal displacement rod 63 is positioned above the bed plate 12, and a plurality of bristles 64 are arranged at the bottom end of the horizontal displacement rod 63.
The cleaning, sterilizing and scrubbing operation processes of the spray washing and sterilizing device 5 and the telescopic scrubbing device 6 on the nursing bed are as follows:
(1) after the shielding plate 71 rises, the second motor 58 is started, the double-headed sealing pipe 52 is driven to rotate slowly through gear transmission, then the flushing pump 83 is started firstly, water enters the double-headed sealing pipe 52 from the water tank 81 and fills the pipeline firstly, then clear water is sprayed to the bed plate from the water outlet hole 53, the water is continuously sprayed to the left end, the middle and the right end of the bed plate 12 under the rotation action of the double-headed sealing pipe 52, and the washing area of the clear water covers the whole bed plate 12;
(2) when the multi-section oil cylinder 61 starts, the multi-section piston rod 62 continuously extends and retracts to drive the horizontal displacement rod 63 to carry the brush hairs 64 to continuously scrape left and right on the surface of the bed plate 12, and dirt which is difficult to wash on the bed plate 12 is scrubbed and scraped;
(3) after the clean water is washed, the flushing pump 83 is braked, the disinfectant pump 84 is started, disinfectant enters the double-head closed pipe 52 from the disinfectant tank 82, then the disinfectant is sprayed to the bed board, and after the disinfection and sterilization are finished, the clean water enters the double-head closed pipe 52 again to wash away the disinfectant on the bed board 12 again, so that the cleanness and tidiness of the bed board 12 and the bed frame 1 are ensured.
Preferably, the bed board 12 and the bedstead 1 are clean and tidy, and the bed board 12 is prevented from keeping the smell of the disinfectant by firstly washing with clean water, then disinfecting and sterilizing with the disinfectant, so that the cleaning pressure of the disinfectant is reduced, the disinfectant can be sterilized and sterilized more quickly, and finally the disinfectant is washed away by the clean water. The telescopic scrubbing device 6 also continuously scrubs and scrapes dirt on the bed plate 12 in the washing and disinfection processes, thereby not only improving the cleaning and disinfection efficiency, but also ensuring the cleaning and disinfection quality, and ensuring that the bed plate is cleaner and more thorough in cleaning and disinfection.
It should be added that the outer sides of the electrical components of the first motor 35, the micro motor 42, the third motor 74, the storage battery 47, the temperature control device 46, and the like are all wrapped with waterproof sealing sleeves to ensure that the circuit components are not soaked by liquid and short-circuited, thereby ensuring the stability of the operation of the electrical components and the long service life of the electrical components. And each motor, oil cylinder and the like are controlled by an electric controller, an electric switch button is arranged on the outer surface of the bedstead 1, a remote switch receiving end can also be arranged inside the bedstead 1, and a remote control transmitting end is manually controlled by a person outside the remote switch receiving end to transmit a control command to the switch, so that the opening or closing of each motor and oil cylinder can be controlled, the opening is intelligent, and the time and labor are saved.
