The air guide plate 26 includes a fixed portion 261 and a guide portion 262 extending from a peripheral side of the fixed portion 261, the fixed portion 261 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 20, and the guide portion 262 is located above (i.e., at an upper side of) the fan 28. Preferably, the guiding portion 262 is inclined from the fixing portion 261 toward the bottom plate 221 of the protective cover 22, and the guiding portion 262 guides the air flow downward to the protective cover 22, so that the air flow generated by the fan 28 can be reduced to be arbitrarily diffused to the surrounding to reduce the kinetic energy loss, and strong hot air can be formed to improve the hot air heating efficiency.
The fan 28 is driven by the motor 25 to rotate to form air flow, the air flow is heated into hot air flow when flowing through the electric heating element 27, the hot air flow is uniformly and downwardly discharged into the cooking pot 31 from each exhaust hole of the bottom plate 221 after being guided by the air guide plate 26, heat exchange is carried out between the hot air flow and food in the cooking pot 31, then part of the air flow flows back into the hot air generation cavity from the circulation holes 2231, and the hot air circulation heating is continuously formed in a circulating way, so that the food in the cooking pot 31 is heated and cooked quickly and efficiently.
Therefore, through setting up aviation baffle 26 in the below of mounting panel 20, aviation baffle 26 encloses jointly with protection casing 22 and closes and form hot-blast chamber that takes place, and the beneficial technical effect that whole technical scheme played is as follows: firstly, the air deflector 26 plays a role in space separation, the enclosed space between the mounting plate 20 and the protective cover 22 is not used as a hot air generating cavity any more, and the air deflector 26 and the protective cover 22 are enclosed together to form the hot air generating cavity, so that the space size of the hot air generating cavity is reduced, the fan 28 can be rotated in the smaller hot air generating cavity to form strong air flow, and the hot air circulation heating efficiency is enhanced; secondly, the air deflector 26 also plays a role in guiding the fan 28 to rotate so as to form air flow, when the air flow blows to the air deflector 26, the air flow is blocked by the air deflector 26 and changes direction so as to be guided to the exhaust holes on the bottom plate 221 of the protective cover 22, so that the air flow is prevented from being diffused to the periphery to consume the kinetic energy of the air flow, and the air flow is further beneficial to being concentrated to be downwards discharged into the pot body 3 from the exhaust holes so as to form hot air, thereby enhancing the heating efficiency of the hot air circulation and improving the heating efficiency of the air fryer.
In one embodiment, the hot air heating device 2 further includes a heat dissipation fan blade 29 disposed on a transmission shaft 251 of the motor 25, where the heat dissipation fan blade 29 is located above the mounting plate 20. Therefore, when the motor 25 is powered on, the heat dissipation fan blade 29 rotates along with the transmission shaft 251 to blow air toward the motor 25, so as to provide a cooling heat dissipation function for the motor 25. Therefore, the invention uses the same motor 25 to drive the hot air fan blade 26 and the heat dissipation fan blade 29 to rotate so as to respectively realize hot air circulation and provide cooling function for the motor 25, and two motors are not needed to be respectively driven, so that the structure is ingenious, the cost can be saved, and the energy consumption can be reduced.

Claims (9)

1. A split air fryer comprises a machine body (1), a pot body (3) and a main machine (2) for installing electric components; the cooker is characterized in that the cooker body (1) comprises a lower case (11) and an upper case (12) arranged on the lower case (11), the lower case (11) is provided with an inner cavity (111) with an opening at one side, and the cooker body (3) is detachably arranged in the inner cavity (111); the host machine (2) is arranged on the upper casing (12), and a detachable structure is arranged between the lower casing (11) and the upper casing (12);
The detachable structure comprises an elastic lock catch (4), a containing groove (112) and a buckling hole (121), wherein one of the containing groove (112) and the buckling hole (121) is arranged on the lower shell (11) and the other is correspondingly arranged on the upper shell (12); the elastic lock catch (4) is limited in the accommodating groove (112), and is connected with the buckling hole (121) in a buckling way or disconnected from the buckling way through the elastic lock catch (4) so that the upper shell (12) is detachably connected with the lower shell (11);
The elastic lock catch (4) comprises a lock catch body (41), a lock catch (43), an operating handle (44) and an elastic piece (46); the lock catch body (41) is limited in the accommodating groove (112); the buckling hook (43) is fixedly connected with the buckling body (41) and the buckling hook (43) is exposed out of the accommodating groove (112); the elastic piece (46) is arranged between the first end of the lock catch body (41) and the first end of the accommodating groove (112); a chute (113) is arranged on the wall of the accommodating groove (112), and one end of the operating handle (44) passes through the chute (113) and is fixedly connected with the lock catch body (41);
the elastic lock catch (4) comprises at least two buckling hooks (43), the number of buckling holes (121) is also at least two, and each buckling hook (43) is matched with one buckling hole (121) at a corresponding position;
one of the lock catch body (41) and the groove wall of the accommodating groove (112) is provided with a guide groove (42) and the other is correspondingly provided with a guide post (114), and the tail end of the guide post (114) is positioned in the guide groove (42).

The split air fryer according to claim 1, wherein the number of the elastic catches (4) is at least 2, and the 2 elastic catches (4) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the upper end of the lower casing (11) or two opposite sides of the lower end of the upper casing (12), and correspondingly, the two opposite sides of the lower end of the upper casing (12) or the two opposite sides of the upper end of the lower casing (11) are respectively provided with a buckling hole (121).

The split air fryer according to claim 1, wherein the side of the hook (43) facing away from the elastic member (46) is provided with a first guiding inclined surface (431), the first guiding inclined surface (431) is provided towards the button holes (121), and the wall of the entrance hole of each button hole (121) is provided with a second guiding inclined surface (1211) matched with the first guiding inclined surface (431).

The split air fryer according to claim 1, wherein one of the upper end of the lower housing (11) and the lower end of the upper housing (12) is provided with a stopper post (122) and the other thereof is correspondingly provided with a stopper groove (115), and when the lower housing (11) and the upper housing (12) are connected by a detachable structure, the end of each stopper post (122) is inserted into the stopper groove (115) at the corresponding position, respectively.

A split air fryer according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the main frame (2) comprises a cover plate (21), a control panel (23) connected above said cover plate (21), a hood (22) connected below said cover plate (21) and a hot air heating means provided in the hood (22), and wherein the main frame (2) is detachably mounted on the upper casing (12).

The split air fryer according to claim 5, wherein the upper end surface of the upper housing (12) has a top opening (123), and an inner bearing platform (124) is provided on the inner side wall of the top opening (123); when the host machine (2) is installed in the top opening (123), the peripheral edge of the cover plate (21) is arranged on the inner bearing platform (124).

The split air fryer according to claim 6, wherein said cover plate has a peripheral rim around a seal that seals between an inner sidewall of said top opening and a peripheral rim of said cover plate when said main machine is mounted in said top opening, or/and wherein said peripheral rim of said top opening (123) has a ledge (125) that tapers upward.

The split air fryer according to claim 5, wherein the hot air heating means comprises a motor (25), a mounting plate (20), an air deflector (26), an electric heating element (27) and a fan (28); the motor (25) is fixed on the mounting plate (20); the air deflector (26) is arranged between the mounting plate (20) and the protective cover (22), and the air deflector (26) and the protective cover (22) are enclosed together to form a hot air generating cavity; the electric heating element (27) and the fan (28) are arranged in the hot air generation cavity, and the fan (28) is fixed on a transmission shaft 251 of the motor (25).
9. The split air fryer according to claim 8, wherein the air deflector (26) includes a fixed portion (261) and a guide portion (262) extending from a peripheral side of the fixed portion (261), the fixed portion (261) is fixedly connected to the mounting plate (20), the guide portion (262) is located above the fan (28), and the guide portion (262) is inclined from the fixed portion (261) toward a bottom plate of the shield (22).
