Preferentially, the guiding part 262 is obliquely arranged from the fixing part 261 to the bottom plate 221 of the protective cover 22, and the guiding part 262 guides the air flow downwards to the protective cover 22, so that the air flow generated by the fan 28 is reduced and randomly diffused to the periphery, the kinetic energy loss is reduced, and strong hot air can be formed to improve the hot air heating efficiency.
The fan 28 is driven by the motor 25 to rotate to form an air flow, the air flow is heated into a hot air flow when flowing through the electric heating element 27, the hot air flow is uniformly and downwardly discharged into the cooking pot 31 from each exhaust hole of the bottom plate 221 after being guided by the air deflector 26, the hot air flow exchanges heat with food in the cooking pot 31, then part of the air flow flows back to the hot air generating cavity from the circulating hole 2231, and the hot air circulation heating is formed by continuous circulation, so that the food in the cooking pot 31 can be quickly and efficiently heated and cooked.
Therefore, the air deflector 26 is arranged below the mounting plate 20, the air deflector 26 and the protective cover 22 jointly enclose to form a hot air generating cavity, and the beneficial technical effects on the whole technical scheme are as follows: firstly, the air deflector 26 plays a role in space separation, a space enclosed between the mounting plate 20 and the protective cover 22 is not used as a hot air generating cavity any more, but the air deflector 26 and the protective cover 22 are enclosed together to form the hot air generating cavity, so that the size of the space of the hot air generating cavity is reduced, the fan 28 can rotate to form strong air flow in the small hot air generating cavity, and the hot air circulating heating efficiency can be improved; secondly, the air deflector 26 also plays a role of guiding the rotation of the fan 28 to form air flow, when the air flow blows to the air deflector 26, the air flow is blocked by the air deflector 26 and changes direction to be guided to the air outlet hole on the bottom plate 221 of the protective cover 22, so that the air flow is prevented from diffusing around to consume the kinetic energy of the air flow, thereby being beneficial to concentrating the air flow and downwards discharging the air flow from the air outlet hole to the pot body 3 to form hot air so as to enhance the hot air circulation heating efficiency and improve the heating efficiency of the air fryer.
In one embodiment, the hot air heating device 2 further includes a heat dissipating fan 29 disposed on the transmission shaft 251 of the motor 25, and the heat dissipating fan 29 is disposed above the mounting plate 20. Therefore, when the motor 25 is powered on to work, the heat dissipation fan 29 rotates along with the transmission shaft 251 to blow air towards the motor 25, so as to provide a heat dissipation function of cooling the motor 25. Therefore, the same motor 25 is used for driving the hot air fan blade 26 and the heat dissipation fan blade 29 to rotate so as to respectively realize hot air circulation and provide cooling functions for the motor 25, two motors are not required to be respectively driven, the structure is ingenious, the cost can be saved, and the energy consumption can be reduced.

Claims (13)

1. A split type air fryer comprises a machine body (1), a pot body (3) and a main machine (2) for mounting an electrical component; the cooker is characterized in that the machine body (1) comprises a lower machine shell (11) and an upper machine shell (12) arranged on the lower machine shell (11), the lower machine shell (11) is provided with an inner cavity (111) with an opening at one side, and the cooker body (3) is detachably arranged in the inner cavity (111); the host (2) is arranged on the upper shell (12), and a detachable structure is arranged between the lower shell (11) and the upper shell (12).

The split-type air fryer according to claim 1, wherein the detachable structure comprises an elastic locking buckle (4), a receiving groove (112) and a buckling hole (121), one of the receiving groove (112) and the buckling hole (121) is arranged on the lower casing (11) and the other one is correspondingly arranged on the upper casing (12); the elastic lock catch (4) is limited in the accommodating groove (112), and is buckled with the buckling hole (121) or is buckled with the buckling hole (121) through the elastic lock catch (4) so that the upper machine shell (12) can be detachably connected relative to the lower machine shell (11).

The split-type air fryer according to claim 2, wherein the number of the elastic locking catches (4) is at least 2, and 2 elastic locking catches (4) are respectively provided on two opposite sides of the upper end of the lower casing (11) or two opposite sides of the lower end of the upper casing (12), and correspondingly, two opposite sides of the lower end of the upper casing (12) or two opposite sides of the upper end of the lower casing (11) are respectively provided with the locking holes (121).

The split air fryer according to claim 2, wherein the resilient latch (4) comprises a latch body (41), a latch hook (43), an operating handle (44) and a resilient member (46); the lock catch body (41) is limited in the accommodating groove (112); the buckle hook (43) is fixedly connected with the buckle body (41), and the buckle hook (43) is exposed out of the accommodating groove (112); the elastic piece (46) is arranged between the first end of the lock catch body (41) and the first end of the accommodating groove (112); the groove wall of the accommodating groove (112) is provided with a sliding groove (113), and one end of the operating handle (44) passes through the sliding groove (113) and then is fixedly connected with the lock catch body (41).
5. Split air fryer according to claim 4, wherein the number of hooks (43) comprised by the resilient locking catch (4) is at least two, and the number of locking holes (121) is also at least two, each hook (43) cooperating with a respective locking hole (121) in a corresponding position.
6. The split air fryer according to claim 4, wherein a guide groove (42) is provided in one of the locking body (41) and a wall of the receiving groove (112) and a guide post (114) is provided in the other corresponding one, and the tip of the guide post (114) is located in the guide groove (42).

The split-type air fryer according to claim 4, wherein the side of the hook (43) facing away from the elastic member (46) is provided with a first guide slope (431), the first guide slope (431) is provided toward the button holes (121), and the wall of the hole at the entrance of each button hole (121) is provided with a second guide slope (1211) which is matched with the first guide slope (431).

The split-type air fryer according to claim 1, wherein one of the upper end of the lower casing (11) and the lower end of the upper casing (12) is provided with a position-limiting post (122) and the other is correspondingly provided with a position-limiting groove (115), and when the lower casing (11) and the upper casing (12) are connected by the detachable structure, the end of each position-limiting post (122) is inserted into the position-limiting groove (115).

The split-type air fryer according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the main unit (2) comprises a cover plate (21), a control panel (23) attached above the cover plate (21), a protective cover (22) attached below the cover plate (21), and a hot air heating device provided in the protective cover (22), and the main unit (2) is detachably mounted on the upper cabinet (12).

The split air fryer according to claim 9, wherein the upper end surface of the upper shell (12) has a top opening (123), and an inner sidewall of the top opening (123) is provided with an inner platform (124); when the main machine (2) is arranged in the top opening (123), the peripheral edge of the cover plate (21) is arranged on the inner bearing platform (124).

The split air fryer according to claim 10, wherein the peripheral edge of the cover plate is provided with a sealing member which seals between the inner side wall of the top opening and the peripheral edge of the cover plate when the main unit is installed in the top opening, or/and the peripheral edge of the top opening (123) is provided with a convex edge (125) which is arranged in a way of shrinking upward.

The split air fryer according to claim 9, wherein the hot air heating means comprises a motor (25), a mounting plate (20), an air deflector (26), an electric heating element (27) and a fan (28); the motor (25) is fixed on the mounting plate (20); the air deflector (26) is arranged between the mounting plate (20) and the protective cover (22), and the air deflector (26) and the protective cover (22) jointly enclose to form a hot air generating cavity; the electric heating element (27) and the fan (28) are both arranged in the hot air generating cavity, and the fan (28) is fixed on a transmission shaft 251 of the motor (25).
13. The split air fryer according to claim 12, wherein the air deflector (26) comprises a fixed portion (261) and a guide portion (262) extending from a peripheral side of the fixed portion (261), the fixed portion (261) is fixedly connected to the mounting plate (20), the guide portion (262) is located above the fan (28), and the guide portion (262) is inclined from the fixed portion (261) toward a bottom plate of the hood (22).
