Background

The fish glue is named together with cubilose and shark fin, is one of eight delicacies and is really reputed by marine ginseng. The instant fish gelatin porridge is a food taking fish gelatin as a raw material, is rich in a large amount of nutrition and has excellent mouthfeel, so that the demand of people for the instant fish gelatin porridge is increasing day by day.
However, in the prior art, the production speed of the production equipment and the production process of the instant fish glue porridge is low, the batching and the charging are both manual operations, and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide production equipment and a production process of instant fish gelatin porridge, which can realize automatic blending, charging and stirring of fish gelatin porridge raw materials so as to improve the production efficiency of the instant fish gelatin porridge.

the production equipment comprises a conveying mechanism, a batching mechanism and a mixing mechanism, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a rack and a conveying belt arranged on the rack, the batching mechanism comprises a first bearing plate parallel to the conveying belt and a storage cylinder transversely arranged on the first bearing plate, the bottom of the first bearing plate is fixedly connected with a first support column, the lower end of the first support column is fixed on the rack, the top of the storage cylinder is communicated with an inlet pipe, the bottom of the storage cylinder is communicated with a discharge pipe, the discharge pipe extends to the lower part of the first bearing plate, an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the discharge pipe, the outer wall of the storage cylinder is provided with an observation window, the mixing mechanism comprises a second bearing plate and a movable plate which are arranged above the tail end of the conveying belt, the bottom of the second bearing plate is fixedly connected with a second support column, and the lower end of the second support column is fixed on the rack, a through hole is formed in the middle of the second bearing plate, an n-shaped frame is fixedly connected to the top of the second bearing plate, electric cylinders are symmetrically and fixedly mounted on two sides of the top of the n-shaped frame, and the lower ends of movable rods of the electric cylinders penetrate through the top of the n-shaped frame and are fixedly connected with a movable plate; the top fixed mounting of movable plate has servo motor, and servo motor's output shaft lower extreme passes the movable plate and is connected with the (mixing) shaft, the lower extreme surface fixed connection of (mixing) shaft has the stirring leaf.

As a further scheme of the invention: the stirring shaft is provided with a protective cover with an opening at the lower part, the stirring shaft is rotatably connected with the top surface of the protective cover through a bearing, the protective cover is positioned at the outer side of the stirring blade, the height of the protective cover is greater than that of the fish gelatin porridge container, and the inner diameter of the protective cover is greater than the outer diameter of the fish gelatin porridge container.
As a further scheme of the invention: an anti-overflow top cover is arranged on the top surface of the interior of the protective cover, and the diameter of the bottom surface of the top cover is smaller than the diameter of the port of the fish gelatin porridge container.

The invention also relates to a production process of the instant fish gelatin porridge, which comprises the steps of raw material pretreatment, charging according to the proportion, vacuumizing, cover sealing, sterilization and packaging, wherein the material mixing and stirring are carried out by using the production equipment, and the specific steps are as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: foaming the raw material of the dried fish glue, and steaming the foamed fish glue at high temperature for later use;
step two: stewing and boiling the raw materials of red dates, quinoa and white fungus for later use;
step three: cleaning the medlar, grinding the rock sugar, and selecting drinking water to be reserved for later use respectively;
step four: respectively conveying the pretreated fish gelatin, drinking water, crystal sugar, red dates, quinoa wheat, tremella and medlar into storage cylinders through feeding pipes, placing containers for containing instant fish gelatin porridge on a conveyor belt, and sequentially passing through a discharging pipe at the lower part of each storage cylinder to realize charging; the proportion of the charging materials is as follows: 20-40% of fish gelatin, 1-3% of rock candy, 3-5% of red dates, 1-3% of quinoa wheat, 4-6% of tremella, 1-3% of medlar and the balance of drinking water;
step five: when the container passes through the mixing mechanism, the movable rod of the electric cylinder drives the movable plate to move downwards, the stirring blade moves into the container, and the servo motor drives the stirring shaft to rotate so as to stir and mix the raw materials in the container;
step six: vacuumizing and sealing the container containing the raw materials;
step seven: sterilizing and stewing the sealed container;
step eight: labeling and packaging the sterilized and stewed container.
As a still further scheme of the invention: and in the first step, the fish gelatin is steamed at high temperature through a hot air circulation steam box, and in the eighth step, the fish gelatin is sterilized and stewed through a sterilization pot.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the production equipment can realize the batching and charging of the instant fish gelatin porridge raw material, and stir and mix the batched raw materials, so that various raw materials are fully mixed, and the quality and the taste of the product are improved; the equipment is beneficial to realizing automatic control, solves the problem that the existing instant fish glue production needs manual batching and charging, reduces the direct contact of workers on semi-finished raw materials, and is safer and healthier; meanwhile, the production efficiency of the instant fish gelatin porridge is improved, the operation is convenient, and the working intensity of operators is reduced.
2. The production process is simple and convenient to operate, the continuity among all the steps is high, the instant fish glue porridge is quickly prepared, filled and stirred, the quality and the taste of the product are improved, the safety and the health of the product are ensured, and the improvement of the production efficiency and the reduction of the production cost are also realized.

The middle position of the conveyor belt 11 is fixedly provided with container bases 2 which are arranged at equal intervals, and grooves for placing fish gelatin porridge containers are formed in the bases 2; the base 2 is located directly below the discharge pipe.
The first bearing plate 4 is connected with the conveying mechanism 1 through a first supporting column 6, seven storage cylinders 5 are arranged, and the seven storage cylinders 5 are arranged on the top of the first bearing plate 4 at equal intervals. The second bearing plate 12 is connected with the conveying mechanism 1 through the second supporting columns 13, the number of the second supporting columns 13 is four, the four second supporting columns 13 are respectively located at four corners of the bottom of the second bearing plate 12, and the moving plate 17 is located inside the through hole 14.

the method comprises the following steps: foaming the raw material of the dried fish glue, and steaming the foamed fish glue at high temperature for later use;
step two: stewing and boiling the raw materials of red dates, quinoa and white fungus for later use;
step three: cleaning the medlar, grinding the rock sugar, and selecting drinking water to be reserved for later use respectively;
step four: respectively conveying the pretreated fish gelatin, drinking water, rock sugar, red dates, quinoa wheat, tremella and medlar into the storage cylinders 5 through the feeding pipes 7, placing containers for containing instant fish gelatin porridge on the conveying belts 11, and opening electromagnetic valves on the discharging pipes 8 when the containers sequentially pass through the discharging pipes 8 at the lower parts of the storage cylinders 5, so as to charge the containers according to preset raw material addition amount; the proportion of the charging materials is as follows: 20% of fish gelatin, 1% of rock candy, 3% of red dates, 1% of quinoa wheat, 4% of tremella and 1% of medlar, and the balance of drinking water;
step five: when the container passes through the mixing mechanism, the movable rod of the electric cylinder 16 drives the movable plate 17 to move downwards, the stirring blade 20 moves into the container, and the servo motor 18 drives the stirring shaft 19 to rotate, so that the raw materials in the container are stirred and mixed;
step six: vacuumizing and sealing the container containing the raw materials;
step seven: sterilizing and stewing the sealed container;
step eight: labeling and packaging the sterilized and stewed container.
And step eight, sterilizing and stewing through a sterilization pot.
Example 4: the production process of the instant fish gelatin porridge is different from the production process of the embodiment 3 in that the charging proportion in the fourth step is as follows: 30% of fish gelatin, 2% of rock candy, 4% of red dates, 2% of quinoa wheat, 5% of tremella, 2% of medlar and the balance of drinking water.
Example 5: the production process of the instant fish gelatin porridge is different from the production process of the embodiment 3 in that the charging proportion in the fourth step is as follows: 40% of fish gelatin, 3% of rock candy, 5% of red dates, 3% of quinoa wheat, 6% of tremella, 3% of medlar and the balance of drinking water.
In the above embodiments, the apparatus elements involved are conventional apparatus elements unless otherwise specified; the raw materials are all conventional raw materials which are sold in the market if not specifically mentioned; wherein, the control of conveyer belt, solenoid valve, electronic jar and servo motor can adopt PLC controller and circuit to realize, and the control of each part can be realized as required to the suitable electric component of chooseing for use by the technical staff in the field.
The instant fish gelatin porridge prepared by the production process of the invention has the advantages that the microbial detection result meets the commercial sterile standard, and the detection of other items also meets the food safety standard. The results of the sample measurements are shown in the following table:
