背景技术
在我的申请号为08/720,912的美国专利申请中,揭示了一种快速多连接电接头,在其中设置了多个暗连接腔。在该发明的一最佳实施例中,在一绝缘阴联结器的每个连接腔里固定连接了一子弹形导电构件,每根待连接的导线有一个连接腔。诸连接腔的内壁均被加工了螺纹,使每个连接腔螺接收置一绝缘阳联结构件。每个阳联接构件有一通孔,该通孔的形状和结构类似于揭示在我的美国专利5,228,875(申请号为08/730912)中的绝缘阳连接件的一通孔,该专利用于将诸导线端引导并夹紧于一公共的电接头。该绝缘阳连接件有一第一端,该端具有一锥形的环壁,该环壁互补于导电的金属接头的锥形或子弹形端表面。在阳连接件和金属导体接头上的锥形表面隔开一间距以收置导线端,使当裸露端导线插入该通孔后被导向该孔的中心,然后被金属导体的锥形端表面扩展成喇叭形并被置于两间隔开的两锥形表面之间。阳/阴构件中的一个相对于另一个的转动啮合螺纹,以减小该间距并夹紧在两锥形表面之间的导线裸露端。
参阅图1,表示了用于分别连接一对导线13、14的导线的裸露端11、12的一电接头10。它包括一绝缘的第一连接件15,该连接件可为圆形、方形、三角形或任何其他构形。绝缘的连接件15形成连接腔16和17用的一连接座(见图1b)。两连接腔的每一个各自具有内螺纹壁18和19和安装或固定一公用的金属接头件21的一间隔部分20。金属接头件21通过模制或胶黏被固定安装在间隔部分20上或用其他方法固定在位。公用的金属接头件21有一对子弹形或锥形突头22、23,它俩分别凸入连接腔16和17。
一对绝缘的第二连接件30和31分别具有外螺纹壁32和33,并分别对指握部分34和35的外表滚花。外螺纹壁32和33分别与内螺孔18和19螺纹啮合。绝缘的第二连接件30和31中的每一个分别有一通孔36、37以及一朝里的凸出部分38、39。一第一锥形表面40、41具有一顶端42、43构成通孔36、37的狭窄部分。锥形表面40、41具有将松开的导线丝束引导到顶端,然后放在金属导体构件21的子弹端22和23上的作用。顶端42、43的相对侧分别包括一第二锥形表面44、45,它两与子弹形或锥形端22、23共同作用,以形成一夹紧空间,裸露的导线端11和12由连接件21的子弹形端部22、23扩展成喇叭形并引导到该夹紧空间内。顶端防止了导线绝缘被卡在第一与第二锥形表面之间的空间里。如此,当诸电线的裸露的导线端插入第二连接件30、31的通孔36、37的第二端时,裸露的导线端被子弹形端表面引导偏离中心轴线而位于两锥形表面之间。当使用者抓住构件34、35并将它们沿着使连接件30和31朝里移动的一个方向转动时,裸露的导线端11和12被紧密地抓住或夹紧在锥形表面44、45与子弹形端部之间。导线11和12能被同时夹紧或分离。也可以在接头座15上形成滚化。图1b表示按照本发明将诸电线端夹紧到位。
本发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的保险丝座和接头部件,用来借助在两绝缘导线之间的一保险丝部件将它俩连接起来,而当电路过载时会使保险丝被熔断。该部件使用方便,夹紧导线牢固,并不需要任何种类工具,其价格也较低。
按照本发明,公用的接头件包括一保险丝座。按照本发明,一对管状保险丝座构件的每一个具有一连接腔、一保险丝腔或其一部分和一延伸在连接腔与保险丝腔之间的导电件。两个导电件在连接腔里具有一子弹形部分和在保险丝腔(或其一部分)里具有一保险丝结合部分。如此,绝缘的保险丝座构件制成两部分,在保险丝腔部分的四周,该保险线座具有合作的诸螺纹端(或其他的互联啮合)。

具体实施方式
现在参阅图2和3,对与图1a和1b揭示的相同的和对应的部分标上带撇“′”的编号。夹紧裸露导线端的技术与前面描述的相同,不再重复了。
如图所示,两子弹形的导电元件设为两分离的构件,保险丝座被分为两部分15L和15R,每一部分有保险丝腔F1、F2。子弹形导电连接件22’、23’中的每一个牢固安装在一壁W1、W2内,并设有一形成为保险丝腔F1和F2的端部的保险丝接合部分或按钮60、61。两保险丝腔或保险丝腔部分F1和F2分别设有共同作用的连接部分,如螺纹部分63、64,这样,当一选择额定值的保险丝FU配装在保险丝腔F1、F2时,螺纹63、64相互啮合,按钮60与61之间的电路导电性通过保险丝FU完成。这样,当其中连接有导线的电路过载时,保险丝FU就能被熔断。可以理解的是:如要取代按钮60、61,则可装入弹性夹,这样,如果螺纹啮合部分63、64不能使按钮60、61与保险丝单元FU之间确保导电接触,该两个弹性触头将确保导电接触。
还可以理解的是:如要取代螺纹连接部分63、64,如图4所示,可在保险丝腔部分F1’的诸壁上模制出成型槽70(每一侧一条)和在相对的保险丝座部分F2’上的一共同作用的突出部71,其中的该成型槽具有一轴向部分70A、一旋转部分70R和一锁定部分70L。该突出部分71配装于槽70内,两腔部分F1’和F2’彼此相对地沿轴向推动,直至突出部71在该槽里位于槽的底部,然后,该保险丝座的两组成部分彼此相对转动,使突出部71在槽部分70R里移到该槽的端部并在锁定部分70L里释放以将突出部71锁住。
尽管上面描述并图解了本发明的一最佳实施例,可以理解的是;熟悉本技术领域的技术人员能清楚理解本发明还可有其他的实施例、修改和变化设计。

Claims (4)

1.一种保险丝座和接头部件,其特征在于:
一对保险丝座构件,每一个保险丝座构件具有一连接腔、一保险丝腔和一延伸在所述连接腔与两个保险丝腔之间的导电件,所述导电件在所述连接腔里具有一子弹形部分和在所述保险丝腔里具有一保险丝结合部分,所述连接腔具有一螺纹内壁;
一对阳夹紧件,每一个夹紧件具有用于与所述连接腔的所述螺纹内壁螺纹啮合的一外螺纹表面,每个所述阳夹紧件具有一通孔,每个通孔的一端适于收置一待连接的导线端部,该端并构形得适于与所述连接腔里的所述子弹形端部互补,并使所述待连接的导线端部被夹紧在所述子弹形端部与所述通孔的构形的第二端之间,
每个所述保险丝座构件具有合作相互啮合的固定端部。
2.如权利要求1所述的保险丝座和接头部件,其特征在于,所述相互啮合的固定端部为螺纹端部。
3.如权利要求1所述的保险丝座和接头部件,其特征在于,它还包括一公用的导电装置,所述公用的导电装置具有:
(a)至少一对子弹形端部,一个子弹形端部延伸进入一连接腔内;
(b)一固定连接在所述绝缘体构件里的中心部分;以及
(c)一在所述保险丝腔里的保险丝接触部分,
所述保险丝腔由互联连接在一起的两部分组成;
由此,所述两或多根柔性的导线的各自由端能收置在所述连接腔里,所述至少一对中空绝缘阳构件中的每一个与所述螺纹孔螺纹啮合,用于当诸所述中空绝缘阳构件沿轴向相对于所述绝缘体构件移动,和在所述保险丝腔里的一保险丝电连接于所述共用的导电装置时,将所述两或多根柔性的导电线的诸所述端部分别夹紧在诸所述互补形状的表面和诸所述弄圆的尖端部之间。
4.一种保险丝座和线接头部件,其特征在于:
一对管状保险丝座构件,每一个保险丝座构件各具有一线连接腔、一保险丝腔部分和一延伸在所述线连接腔与所述保险丝腔部分之间的导电件,两个所述保险丝座构件各具有合作互啮合的固定端,每一个所述导电件各具有在每一个连接腔里的一子弹形部分和在保险丝腔里的一保险丝结合部分;以及用于将一裸露线端部夹紧于所述子弹形部分的夹紧件。
