Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of electronic certificates, and more particularly, to an electronic certificate information entry method and system based on image dual-feature recognition.
Background
At present, electronic certificates are more and more commonly used, but the existing electronic certificate providing systems still adopt the information collection and providing mode of paper invoices. For example: the user is required to provide more information in a specific way, for example, after a meal, the restaurant provides the issuing information to the merchant through a business card showing way or a two-dimensional code showing way at a cash register, and then downloads the electronic certificate to a specific website, so that the waiting time is long. The overall process from providing the opening information to obtaining the electronic document is tedious, and requires much effort and time for the user.
How to simplify the procedure of obtaining the electronic certificate by the user, shorten the time, and reduce the operation steps of the user is an urgent problem to be solved in the service of providing the electronic certificate.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an electronic certificate information input method based on image dual-feature recognition, which comprises the following steps that firstly, human face features and gesture features are collected at an opening end and transmitted to a server; secondly, determining a user ID according to the face features at the server, and identifying a corresponding number according to the gesture features to determine opening information; a third step of forming an electronic certificate based on the opening information and pushing the electronic certificate to a pushing address; the user ID is associated with face features, at least one push address and at least one opening message, the opening message is provided with a number, and the gesture features are associated with the number.

In the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, and in which is shown by way of illustration, specific features of the invention, such that the advantages and features of the invention may be more readily understood and appreciated. The following description is an embodiment of the claimed invention, and other embodiments related to the claims not specifically described also fall within the scope of the claims.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating steps of a method for pushing an electronic credential based on multi-identity information.
As shown in fig. 1, when the electronic credential is pushed based on the multi-identity information, the user identity information and the consumption information are acquired; determining a user ID according to the user identity information, wherein the user ID is associated with at least one piece of user identity information, at least one push address and at least one piece of opening information; forming an electronic certificate based on the opening information associated with the user ID and associating the electronic certificate with the user ID and the push address; and pushing the electronic credential to the pushing address.
The user identity information refers to any information capable of identifying the user identity, and the consumption information refers to items, amount and the like paid by the user, for example, when charging in a parking lot, license plate information of a vehicle of the user is acquired as the user identity information, and the parking time and the amount of money of the user are taken as the consumption information. For another example, when a restaurant has meals, the user adopts card swiping to settle accounts during settlement, the information of the bank card of the user is obtained as the user identity information, and settlement items and money of the user are obtained as consumption information.
The user ID refers to a unique code assigned to the user by the system for issuing electronic certificates of the present invention, and the specific form may adopt numbers, bar codes, symbols, and the like, or any combination thereof.
The push address refers to a manner of receiving an electronic credential, such as an electronic mailbox, a micro signal, and the like, pre-stored in the system by the user.
The opening information refers to information necessary for opening electronic certificates reserved in the system by the user, such as a unit name, a tax number and the like.
The association refers to pairwise correspondence, for example, two pieces of user identity information are separately corresponding to the user ID, and the independence between the user identity information in the invention is convenient for the user to expand or modify the user identity information on one hand and to verify by using the mutually independent information on the other hand.
In the invention, the user ID is associated with more than one user identity information, and the user identity information which is most convenient to collect can be collected in different scenes, so that the invention can be applied to various different scenes.
The invention determines the user ID associated with the user identity information according to the user identity information, and determines the opening information and the push address through the user ID. And pushing the electronic certificate to a pushing address after the electronic certificate is opened according to the opening information and the consumption information.
In the invention, a user provides identity information to an opening terminal module, the opening terminal module inquires ID, opening information and push information of the user from a user information storage module and returns the ID, the opening information and the push information to the user for verification, and after the user confirms, the opening terminal module sends consumption information, opening information and push information to the opening module; after the electronic certificate issuing module completes issuing of the electronic certificate, the electronic certificate is associated with the push address and stored in the database. Then, the electronic document pushing module finds the electronic documents which are not sent from the electronic document database regularly or irregularly, and pushes the electronic documents according to the associated pushing addresses.
In the invention, when the user consumes in a certain scene, the user does not need to provide complicated information, and only needs to provide the user identity information which is most easily provided in the current scene (as long as the identity information is associated with the user ID), the electronic certificate issuing and pushing can be completed in a matching way. Further, even if the user does not need to actively provide any identity information, the information related to the user identity (if previously associated with the user ID) passively provided during the consumption process can also be used as the information source for providing the electronic certificate in the invention.
The invention reduces the complicated operation and time for providing the opening information when the user consumes, and can greatly improve the experience of the user.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the association information of the user ID is implemented by: acquiring at least one user identity information, at least one push address and at least one opening message; and allocating a user ID, and associating the user ID with the user identity information, the push address and the opening information.
The system for providing the electronic certificate by adopting the method of the invention firstly needs to acquire the basic information of the user, such as the user identity information, the push address, the opening information and the like, and can acquire the basic information in a mode of being actively provided by the user. Second, each user needs to be assigned a unique user ID. Again, the information provided by the user needs to be associated with the user ID.
When the user provides a plurality of user identity information, the user ID associated with the user identity information can be accurately and quickly found no matter which user identity information is passed when the electronic certificate is provided, and then the opening information and the pushing address are obtained, so that the electronic certificate is provided.
The invention can also set a plurality of push addresses and a plurality of opening information, and can meet various requirements of users. For example, the user needs to provide a mailbox to the company at the same time as the user's mailbox needs to receive the electronic credential as a push address. For another example, the user needs to provide different offer information in different scenarios, such as meal fee to be offered to an individual, lodging fee to be offered to a company for reimbursement, and multiple offer information.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the user identity information at least includes any one of a mobile phone number, a mail address, a license plate number, a bank card number, an identification number, and a biometric feature. The user can provide all the identity related information which can be related under a plurality of consumption scenes according to the needs, and when the user identity information provided by the user is richer, the convenience provided by the invention for the user is more obvious.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the steps of providing opening information and push address information associated with the user ID for the user to confirm; when the user is confirmed, forming an electronic certificate based on the information; when the user modifies the information, an electronic certificate is formed based on the modified information.
According to the arrangement, before the electronic document is formally pushed to the user, the electronic document related information is firstly displayed to the user, and the opportunity of modification is provided, so that the error of the electronic document information caused by user arrangement or other factors can be avoided. This arrangement of the present invention may improve the accuracy of the provisioned e-credentials.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, when the user ID associates two or more pieces of opening information, a selection is provided to the user.
In the present invention, a user can set a plurality of opening information, for example, opening information of company a and company B is provided at the same time. The user can set which company's electronic credential is opened, that is, different priority levels are set for a plurality of opening information, so that the system can directly provide the electronic credential corresponding to the opening information with the highest priority level. However, when the user does not set the priority level for the opening information, the invention can simultaneously provide a plurality of information combinations, each information combination corresponds to one opening information and is directly provided for the user to select, the modification of the opening information text is not needed, and the user experience is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the user ID is associated with more than two push addresses, a priority level of the push addresses is predetermined, and the push addresses are selected according to the priority level; and/or when the user ID is associated with more than two pieces of opening information, the priority level of the opening information is predetermined, and the opening information is selected according to the priority level.
In the invention, the user can also set a plurality of push addresses, the invention can simultaneously push the electronic certificates for all the push addresses provided by the user, and can also select the push address with higher priority level to push according to the priority level set by the user.
The invention provides a plurality of pushing modes and electronic credential providing modes for users, and can meet the requirement difference of different users.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a system for pushing electronic credentials based on multi-identity information.
As shown in fig. 2, a system for pushing electronic credentials based on multiple identity information includes an opening terminal module 1, a user information storage module 2, an electronic credentials opening module 3, and an electronic credentials pushing module 4, where the opening terminal module 1 is configured to obtain user identity information and consumption information; the user information storage module 2 is pre-stored with the user ID and the associated information thereof, and is used for determining the user ID according to the user identity information, wherein the user ID is associated with at least one piece of user identity information, at least one push address, and at least one piece of opening information; the electronic credential issuing module 3 is used for forming an electronic credential based on issuing information associated with the user ID and associating the electronic credential with the user ID and the push address; the electronic credential pushing module 4 is configured to push the electronic credential to the push address.
The opening terminal module 1 is used for acquiring user identity information and consumption information, and may be located at a consumption site of a user, such as a merchant terminal in a parking lot, a cash register, and the like. The opening terminal module 1 acquires the consumption information and the user identity information of the user at the consumption site and transmits the information to the user information storage module 2.
The user information storage module is prestored with a user ID and user identity information, a push address, opening information and the like associated with the user ID.
When the user information storage module 2 receives the user identity information from the issuing terminal module 1, the user identity information is compared with the pre-stored information, so that the user ID, the push information and the issuing information which are associated with the user ID are determined, the information and the consumption information are transmitted to the issuing terminal module 1 together for the user to confirm, and the information is transmitted to the electronic certificate issuing module 3 after the confirmation is finished.
The electronic certificate issuing module 3 forms an electronic certificate based on issuing information, a consumption amount, a consumption item and the like from the issuing terminal module 1, and associates the electronic certificate with information such as a push address and a user ID. The electronic credential pushing module 4 pushes the electronic credential to the push address specified by the user.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, the user information storage module 2 and the electronic credential pushing module 4 may be integrated in a server, and the opening terminal module 1 may be distributed at each consumption terminal, and collects consumption information and user identity information when a user consumes.

When the user ID is determined through the face features, the opening information is further determined through the gesture features, and the opening information is returned to the opening end for the user to confirm.
