本发明公开了一种口罩除臭剂的制备方法,包括按质量百分数含量计的如下组分,pH调节剂0.01‑0.5%、皮肤调理剂0.1‑1%、保湿剂0.5‑5%、氨丁三醇0.1‑1%、甘蔗提取物0.5‑5%、天然薰衣草精油0.01‑0.5%、天然柠檬茶树精油0.01‑0.5%、增溶剂0.1‑1%、防腐剂0.1‑1%、去离子水85‑98%;本申请相应公开了止滑涂层的制备方法,氨丁三醇可降低2‑壬烯醛(身体气味)的浓度,甘蔗多酚的馚基(‑OH)部分,和异味恶臭物的胺类及硫磺系化合物反应结合,且环形结构复数的甘蔗多酚可以包裹异味物质,再配合天然薰衣草精油和天然柠檬茶树精油带来清新的气味,去除口罩异味。

技术领域
本发明涉及除臭剂的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种口罩除臭剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用,特别是在空气环境恶化越来越严重的今天,口罩的需求日益扩大。
一次性无纺布口罩的材质多为PP无纺布,无纺布本身具有较强的吸附周围气味的能力。口罩是与口腔鼻腔直接接触的,若使用者口气不清新,口罩内面会沾上使用者自身呼出来的气体和唾液等,导致口罩内面气味不佳,因此有待进一步改进。
口臭气味的主要成份是挥发性硫化物(volatilesulfur compounds,VSCs),其中90%为硫化氢和甲硫醇。大量研究证明,口腔微生物与口臭及口气中硫化物关系密切,其中螺旋体是与口腔中挥发含硫化物及口臭的产生有关的口腔微生物之一。在口罩内面气味不佳、使用者又需继续使用该口罩的情况下,如何去除口罩异味亟待解决。

本发明的一个目的是提供一种口罩除臭剂,其具有去除口罩异味的效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:

称料:按照配比称取pH调节剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、氨丁三醇、甘蔗提取物、天然薰衣草精油、天然柠檬茶树精油、增溶剂、防腐剂、去离子水;
搅拌混合:向搅拌设备中加入pH调节剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、氨丁三醇、甘蔗提取物、天然薰衣草精油、天然柠檬茶树精油、增溶剂、防腐剂、去离子水,在转速80-100r/min、常温(30-40℃)的条件下进行混合搅拌10-15min,得到口罩除臭剂溶液。
本发明进一步设置为:所述口罩除臭剂为水性溶液、喷雾状、粉状、粒状、凝胶状、气溶胶状形态中的一种。
本发明进一步设置为:所述口罩除臭剂为喷雾状。
综上所述,本发明的有益技术效果为:
1、通过口罩除臭剂的设置,氨丁三醇可降低2-壬烯醛(身体气味)的浓度,有效清除气味,甘蔗多酚的酚基(-OH)部分,和异味恶臭物的胺类及硫磺系化合物反应结合,且环形结构复数的甘蔗多酚可以包裹异味恶臭物质,再配合天然薰衣草精油和天然柠檬茶树精油带来天然清新的气味,去除口罩异味;
2、通过1,2-己二醇的设置,1,2-己二醇属于多元醇,一方面具有极高的吸湿性和保水性,另一方面具有抑菌效果,配方中无酒精,较为温和,安全无刺激;
3、通过PCA钠的设置,PCA钠是皮肤中天然存在的物质,是氨基酸衍生物,本身溶于水和乙醇,却不溶于油,具有比较强的吸湿性,也可以从空气中吸收水份,作为保湿剂来增强肌肤自身的保湿能力,对皮肤和眼睛没有刺激性。

各实施例中,pH调节剂为柠檬酸钠;
皮肤调理剂为1,2-己二醇,1,2-己二醇属于多元醇,一方面具有极高的吸湿性和保水性,另一方面具有抑菌效果,配方中无酒精,较为温和,安全无刺激;
保湿剂为PCA钠,PCA钠是皮肤中天然存在的物质,是氨基酸衍生物,本身溶于水和乙醇,却不溶于油,具有比较强的吸湿性,也可以从空气中吸收水份,作为保湿剂来增强肌肤自身的保湿能力,对皮肤和眼睛没有刺激性;
增溶剂为PPG-13-癸基十四醇聚醚-24;
防腐剂为辛酰羟肟酸,在中性pH值下具有优异的抗菌、抑菌性能,是酸性到中性全程都保持没电离状态的有机酸,是最佳抑菌有机酸,有高效螯合作用,抑制霉菌需要的活性元素,限制了微生物生长所需的环境;
天然柠檬茶树精油购于DownUnder enterprises;
天然薰衣草精油购于J2K BIO Co.,Ltd;

搅拌混合:向搅拌设备中加入柠檬酸钠、1,2-己二醇、PCA钠、氨丁三醇、甘蔗多酚、天然薰衣草精油、天然柠檬茶树精油、PPG-13-癸基十四醇聚醚-24、辛酰羟肟酸、去离子水,在转速100r/min、40℃的条件下进行混合搅拌10min,得到口罩除臭剂溶液。
除臭剂的形态除了前述水性溶液之外,还可以以喷雾状、粉状、粒状、凝胶状、气溶胶状等各种形态来使用,可以选择适于使用情况的形态。喷雾状除臭剂的使用形态通过触发(trigger)方式、利用自身压力使水性溶液喷雾化。以粉状、粒状等固体形状的形态使用除臭剂时,将水性溶液浸渗到多孔氧化铝、二氧化硅等,使其干燥,从而制备。凝胶状除臭剂可以使用琼脂、明胶、卡拉胶、黄蓍胶(Tragacanth gum)等凝胶基材。
实施例4-6中,除臭剂均为喷雾状,喷雾装的除臭剂便于携带也便于使用。口罩内面有异味时,距离口罩10cm高度处对口罩正反各喷2-3次,摇动口罩20s后戴上,去除口罩异味,延长口罩使用时间。
实施例4-6除臭剂除臭效果评价
选取四个经测试人员A、B、C、D佩戴满3h的一次性口罩,用实施例4、5、6中制备的除臭剂分别喷洒至其中一个口罩,剩下一个口罩不喷洒除臭剂作为对照组。
由四个测试人员分别对臭味进行了评价,按照下述标准进行,按其平均求出味道的等级。味道标准如下,

氨丁三醇可降低2-壬烯醛(身体气味)的浓度,有效清除气味,甘蔗多酚的酚基(-OH)部分,和异味恶臭物的胺类及硫磺系化合物反应结合,且环形结构复数的甘蔗多酚可以包裹异味恶臭物质,再配合天然薰衣草精油和天然柠檬茶树精油带来天然清新的气味,去除口罩异味。
口罩内面有异味时,距离口罩10cm高度处对口罩正反各喷2-3次,摇动口罩20s后戴上,去除口罩异味,延长口罩使用时间。

Claims (6)

1.一种口罩除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括按质量百分数含量计的如下组分,
pH调节剂              0.01-0.5%
1,2-己二醇            0.1-1%
PCA钠                 0.5-5%
氨丁三醇              0.1-1%
甘蔗多酚              0.5-5%
天然薰衣草精油        0.01-0.5%
天然柠檬茶树精油      0.01-0.5%
增溶剂                0.1-1%
防腐剂                0.1-1%
去离子水              85-98%;
上述口罩除臭剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
称料:按照配比称取pH调节剂、1,2-己二醇、PCA钠、氨丁三醇、甘蔗多酚、天然薰衣草精油、天然柠檬茶树精油、增溶剂、防腐剂、去离子水;
搅拌混合:向搅拌设备中加入pH调节剂、1,2-己二醇、PCA钠、氨丁三醇、甘蔗多酚、天然薰衣草精油、天然柠檬茶树精油、增溶剂、防腐剂、去离子水,在转速80-100r/min、常温30-40℃的条件下进行混合搅拌10-15min,得到口罩除臭剂溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述增溶剂为PPG-13-癸基十四醇聚醚-24。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为辛酰羟肟酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种口罩除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述口罩除臭剂为水性溶液、喷雾状、粉状、粒状、凝胶状、气溶胶状形态中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种口罩除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述口罩除臭剂为喷雾状。
