The wastewater treatment equipment and the wastewater treatment method for stainless steel casting production according to claim 1, wherein a first control valve (7) is arranged on the sewage discharge pipe (6), support rods (4) are arranged on the left side and the right side above the sewage discharge pipe (6), and electromagnetic rods (5) are arranged on the support rods (4).

The wastewater treatment equipment and the wastewater treatment method for stainless steel casting production according to claim 1, wherein one side of the wall scraping rod (15) far away from the connecting rod (14) is attached to the inner wall of the neutralization tank (10), an agent adding bin (16) is installed on the right side above the neutralization tank (10), and the front surface of the agent adding bin (16) is provided with scale marks (17).

The wastewater treatment equipment and the wastewater treatment method for stainless steel casting production according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of fourth connecting pipes (33) are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the neutralization tank (10), one sides of the fourth connecting pipes (33) far away from the neutralization tank (10) are connected to a fifth connecting pipe (31), an aeration valve (32) is arranged on the fifth connecting pipe (31), and one side of the fifth connecting pipe (31) far away from the fourth connecting pipe (33) is provided with an aeration device (30).

The wastewater treatment equipment and the wastewater treatment method for stainless steel casting production according to claim 1, wherein a water outlet pipe (46) is installed below the purification box (42), a sandstone layer (43) is arranged inside the purification box (42), an activated carbon adsorption layer (44) is arranged below the sandstone layer (43), and a filter membrane layer (45) is arranged below the activated carbon adsorption layer (44).

The wastewater treatment method for the production of the stainless steel casting according to claim 1, characterized in that the wastewater is introduced into the sedimentation tank (1) through a wastewater inlet pipe (2), the electromagnetic rod (5) is electrified, the electromagnetic rod (5) adsorbs metal waste in the wastewater, the wastewater is primarily filtered through the filter screen (3), the filtered impurities are discharged through a drain pipe (6), then the electromagnetic rod (5) is powered off, so that the metal waste adsorbed on the electromagnetic rod (5) falls off, and the metal waste is discharged through the drain pipe (6) for recycling; then the wastewater in the sedimentation tank (1) is conveyed into a neutralization tank (10) through a first water pump (9), a proper amount of acid-base neutralization liquid is added into the neutralization tank (10) through an additive adding bin (16), a rotating shaft (12) is driven by a first motor (11) to drive a spiral stirring paddle (13) to rotate, the spiral stirring paddle (13) stirs the wastewater in the neutralization tank (10), meanwhile, an aeration device (30) aerates the neutralization tank (10) to increase the oxygen content in the neutralization tank (10), after the wastewater in the neutralization tank (10) is reacted with the acid-base neutralization liquid, the reacted liquid is conveyed into a treatment tank (19) through a second connecting pipe (18), a screw rod (21) is driven by a second motor (20) to rotate, the screw rod (22) in the screw rod (21) moves leftwards, an inner threaded rod (22) drives a piston (24) to move leftwards, and the piston (24) and precipitates generated by the reaction are centrally extruded, water flows to the right side of the piston (24) through the through hole (25), then the partition plate (26) is driven to move upwards through the telescopic cylinder (27), the piston (24) continues to move leftwards, the piston (24) pushes sediment into the collection box (29), then the water in the treatment tank (19) is pumped out by a second water pump (35), the PH value of the wastewater is detected by a PH sensor (36), if the PH value of the wastewater is in a certain set range, the second control valve (38) is opened, the third control valve (40) is closed, and the wastewater is introduced into the purification tank (42), after being purified by the purifying box (42), the purified water is collected by the water outlet pipe (46), if the PH value of the waste water is not in a certain set range, the second control valve (38) is closed and the third control valve (40) is opened to allow the wastewater to be returned to the neutralization tank (10) for secondary neutralization.
