Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wastewater fluorine removal, and particularly relates to energy-saving and environment-friendly wastewater fluorine removal equipment.
Background
With the rapid development of the industry in China, the discharge amount of various industrial wastewater is increased more and more. Among them, the fluorine-containing industrial wastewater poses serious threat to the health of people, so the national emission requirement on the fluorine-containing wastewater is more and more strict. Fluorine is a trace element necessary for human bodies, is an indispensable substance component for forming hard bones and teeth, can prevent decayed teeth, maintains normal calcium and phosphorus metabolism of human bodies, and improves the anti-aging capability of organisms. However, fluorine poisoning and various adverse effects can occur when the daily fluorine ion intake of a human body is higher than 4 mg.
At present, two common methods for removing fluorine from wastewater are available: precipitation method, adsorption method. The standard established in China is that the fluoride content in the discharged wastewater cannot exceed 10mg/L, but the traditional precipitation method and adsorption method are difficult to stably reduce the fluoride content in the wastewater to 10mg/L, the treatment effect is poor, the economic cost of treatment is high, and the method is not convenient to popularize and use.
