Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a mortise and tenon drawing board by processing dovetail mortises and tenon rods by adopting a traditional log sawing machine, which comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a bracket according to the sizes of the saw blade and the dovetail groove; (2) processing a dovetail mortise; (3) processing a dovetail tenon rod; (4) splicing a plurality of manufactured wood blocks together to align the dovetail mortises, and then inserting the manufactured dovetail mortises into the dovetail mortises to obtain the mortise drawing board. Because the slope of the bracket slope is the same as that of the dovetail groove or the dovetail rod upper slope, the dovetail groove and the dovetail rod can be processed very conveniently and quickly by adopting the single-slope bracket or the double-slope bracket to be matched with a traditional wood sawing machine, so that the mortise drawing board can be manufactured. The problems of low manual processing speed and low efficiency when the applicant manufactures the mortise and tenon drawing board are solved; and the special tenoning machine, milling machine or numerical control machine tool is not needed, so that the production cost is low. The multifunctional wood sawing machine is particularly suitable for small workshops, and can realize multiple purposes of a traditional wood sawing machine.

3) placing the bracket on the table top of a traditional sawmill to enable the saw blade to extend upwards from the saw slot;
4) then, putting the wood on the inclined plane of the bracket, pushing the wood, and leading the saw blade to be sawn into the wood along the two drawn wires;
5) then removing the wood between the two lines to obtain the dovetail mortise;
(3) processing a dovetail tenon rod:
a) preparing a square wood: the width of the square wood is the same as the size of the big end of the dovetail groove, and the height of the square wood is properly larger than the depth of the dovetail groove;
b) placing the bracket on the table top of a traditional wood sawing machine, and enabling the lower end of the inclined surface of the bracket to be close to the side surface of the saw blade;
c) then, the square timber is placed on the inclined plane of the support, and is pushed, so that the saw blade saw cuts the square timber;
d) turning the square wood sawn in the step e), and repeating the step e) to obtain the dovetail rod;
(4) splicing a plurality of manufactured wood blocks together to align the dovetail mortises, and then inserting the manufactured dovetail mortises into the dovetail mortises to obtain the mortise drawing board.

c) then, the square timber 6 is placed on the inclined plane 9 of the single-inclined-plane bracket 7, and the square timber 6 is pushed, so that the saw blade 4 can saw the square timber 6;
d) turning the square timber 6 sawn in the step c), and repeating the step c) to obtain a dovetail rod 2;
(4) splicing a plurality of manufactured wood 5 together to enable dovetail mortises 1 of the wood to be aligned, and then inserting the manufactured dovetail mortises 2 into the dovetail mortises 1 to obtain the mortise drawing board 11.

(1) the double bevel bracket 8 (shown in fig. 2) is made according to the dimensions of the saw blade 4 and dovetail slot 1: the double-bevel support 8 is provided with two bevels 9 with the same inclination as the side bevels of the dovetail groove 1 and is in a V shape, the junction of the two bevels 9 is provided with a saw groove 10 for the saw blade 4 to extend out, and when the double-bevel support 8 is placed on the working table surface 3 of the wood cutting machine, the part of the saw blade 4 extending out of the saw groove 10 is the same as the depth dimension of the side part of the dovetail groove 1.
(2) Processing dovetail mortises 1:
1) preparing wood 5, and sawing to a proper size;

4) placing the wood 5 on an inclined plane 9 of a double-inclined-plane support 8, pushing the wood 5, and sawing the wood 5 into the saw blade 4 along a line 12 which is drawn;
5) then the wood 5 sawn in the step 4) is placed on the other inclined surface 9 of the double-inclined-surface support 8, the wood 5 is pushed, and the saw blade 4 saws the wood 5 along the other drawn line 12;
6) the wood between the two lines 12 is then removed to obtain the dovetail slot 1.
(3) Processing the dovetail tenon rod 2:
a) preparing a square wood 6: the width of the square wood 6 is the same as the size of the big end of the dovetail groove 1, and the height of the square wood 6 is properly larger than the depth of the dovetail groove 1;
b) the single-bevel bracket 7 is placed on the working table surface 3 of the traditional wood sawing machine, and the lower end of the bevel 9 is close to the side surface of the saw blade 4;
c) then, the square timber 6 is placed on the inclined plane 9 of the single-inclined-plane bracket 7, and the square timber 6 is pushed, so that the saw blade 4 can saw the square timber 6;
d) turning the square timber 6 sawn in the step e), and repeating the step e) to obtain a dovetail rod 2;
(4) splicing a plurality of manufactured wood 5 together to enable dovetail mortises 1 of the wood to be aligned, and then inserting the manufactured dovetail mortises 2 into the dovetail mortises 1 to obtain the mortise drawing board 11.
