The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a slot cutting machine 001, where the slot cutting machine 001 includes a motor unit 200, a fixing bar 100, and a docking gear 210;
referring to fig. 3 and 4, a rack 110 is disposed on one side of the fixing bar 100, and a positioning member 130 is disposed at an end of the fixing bar 100;
the fixing strip 100 is made of soft and rollable material, and can be wound on the surface of the motor unit 200 when stored, and then be unwound when needed. The positioning member 130 is in the form of a suction cup, and can fix the position of the fixing strip 100 without damaging the wall or the ground.
A docking gear 210 is rotatably provided on the motor unit 200, and the docking gear 210 can be engaged with the rack 110. When the motor unit 200 is pushed, the motor unit 200 moves along the line of the fixing bar 100 without being easily deviated. The engagement form of the docking gear 210 and the rack 110 can facilitate grasping of uniform displacement of the motor unit 200, so that flatness of a cutting surface can be improved, in some embodiments, a driving motor can be arranged beside the motor unit 200, an output end of the driving motor is engaged with the docking gear 210, and the docking gear 210 is driven to rotate by the driving motor so as to drive the motor unit 200 to move at a constant speed.
In this embodiment, the side of the fixing bar 100 opposite to the rack 110 is set as a flat side 150. The alignment of the ejected ink lines by the flat side 150 can be performed when laying out the fixation bar 100, thereby ensuring that the fixation bar 100 is laid out neatly.
The grooving machine 001 further comprises a transmission shaft 230 and a grinding wheel 250, a plurality of mounting slots 231 are arranged on the transmission shaft 230 at intervals, the transmission shaft 230 is matched with an output shaft of the motor unit 200, the transmission shaft 230 driven by the motor unit 200 moves, and the mounting slots 231 arranged on the transmission shaft 230 are used for mounting the grinding wheel 250.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the mounting slits 231 of 50mm, 100mm and 200mm are formed on the transmission shaft 230, and the grinding wheel 250 is mounted on the corresponding mounting slit 231 of the transmission shaft 230 in a circumferentially limited manner, so that the cutting groove with the corresponding width can be directly cut.
To facilitate translation of the motor pack 200, the slot-cutting machine 001 further comprises a base plate 300; the base plate 300 is fixedly connected with the motor unit 200, and the docking gear 210 and the motor unit 200 are respectively positioned on two sides of the base plate 300; the base plate 300 is provided with a grip 310 on the side on which the motor unit 200 is provided.
When the motor unit 200 needs to be translated, the handle 310 is held to translate the base plate 300, and the base plate 300 can drive the motor unit 200 to move synchronously. Two long holes are correspondingly arranged on the flat plate for the grinding wheel 250 to pass through.
Because the fixing strip 100 is disposed on the ground or the wall, the side of the bottom plate 300 opposite to the motor unit 200 is further provided with a positioning groove, when the bottom plate 300 moves, the fixing strip 100 passes through the positioning groove, and a working groove for accommodating the docking gear 210 is also disposed beside the positioning groove, that is, the docking gear 210 needs to be disposed on the side of the bottom plate 300 opposite to the motor unit 200 in order to be engaged with the fixing strip 100.
In order to reduce dust and reduce the temperature of the grinding wheel 250 during operation, the bottom plate 300 is further provided with a water sprayer 330, and the water sprayer 330 sprays water mist-like droplets, so that the water mist-like droplets can absorb dust and settle, and on the other hand, the grinding wheel 250 can also be cooled.
Compared with the traditional manual cutting mode, the grooving machine 001 provided by the invention is simple to operate and high in construction efficiency; the forming effect is more vertical, and the depth of the cutting groove is more consistent; the water sprayer 330 can absorb dust, thereby avoiding environmental pollution and damage to the health of workers; the labor cost can be saved, and the labor input is reduced.
Example two
The embodiment provides a flat grooving method for a wall surface or a ground surface to perform flat grooving, and the grooving machine 001 provided by the first embodiment is used, and the method comprises the following steps:
setting cutting position elastic lines on the wall surface or the ground according to a precut scheme;
laying the position of the motor unit 200 to an initial position according to a bullet line;
popping a displacement elastic line parallel to the cutting position elastic line by using an ink box;
the flat side 150 of the fixing strip 100 is aligned with the displacement elastic line, so that the fixing strip 100 is parallel to the cutting position ink line, and at the moment, the butt gear 210 of the motor unit 200 is ensured to be meshed with the rack 110 of the fixing strip 100;
sucking the suction cup to the wall surface or the ground so that the position of the fixing strip 100 is fixed;
the motor unit 200 is slowly pushed to perform cutting and the docking gear 210 is always engaged with the fixing bar 100.
Compared with the traditional manual cutting mode, the method for flattening the groove has the advantages of simple operation and high construction efficiency; the forming effect is more vertical, and the depth of the cutting groove is more consistent; the water sprayer 330 can absorb dust, thereby avoiding environmental pollution and damage to the health of workers; the labor cost can be saved, and the labor input is reduced.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
