背景技术
拉链可分为尼龙拉链、树脂拉链和金属拉链三大类,拉链是一种依靠连续排列的链牙,使物品并合或分离的连接件,可广泛应用于服装和包袋领域。
随着社会进步和生活水平的不断提高,人们对服装和箱包的要求越来越高,防水拉链作为近几年推出的一款新型拉链,逐步在户外服装和户外用品上广泛应用,由于传统防水拉链布带颜色单一,然而,作为服装的主要配件之一,如何在一条拉链上做出更好的显示效果,既具备拉链的主要功能性要求,又能满足对服装的修饰,是行业内亟待解决的问题。
申请号为201320407817.1的中国实用新型专利公开了一种能在暗处进行确认的拉链。该拉链包括一对拉链带;一对链齿,利用缝线分别缝在一对拉链带的相对向的带侧缘部,且具有多个链齿;及拉头,使一对链齿排啮合、分离;并且,缝线使用的是蓄光线。该拉链具有更好的显示效果,还可以在暗处进行确认,但现有的针车一般采用双线缝制,即表面一根线,背面一根线,两根线通过拉链带中间交叉并连接起来,缝制的拉链带表面只显示单线,装饰效果较差,如果需要显示双线,要进行两次缝制才可以,因此,有必要研发一种可以三线缝制的防水拉链车缝模具。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种装饰效果好的防水拉链。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,包括拉链带,还包括沿拉链带长度方设置的车缝线,车缝线经车缝模具采用三线缝制而成,车缝线包括连续交叉缝制于拉链带外表面的第一线、第二线以及缝制于拉链带内表面的第三线,第一线和第二线中至少一条为有色反光线。
优选的,所述车缝模具包括第一拔线组件、设置于第一拔线组件下方的第二拔线组件以及用于驱动第一拔线组件左右移动的驱动机构;第一拔线组件包括第一滑动杆和固定于第一滑动杆两端的第一U型拔线杆,第二拔线组件包括第二滑动杆和固定于第二滑动杆两端的第二U型拔线杆,第一U型拔线杆的前端开设有第一穿线孔,第二U型拔线杆的前端开设有第二穿线孔;第一滑动杆的底部开设有第一齿槽,第二滑动杆的顶部开设有第二齿槽,第一滑动杆与第二滑动杆之间设置有齿轮,齿轮的上下两端分别与第一齿槽、第二齿槽啮合。
优选的,所述驱动机构包括电机、固定于电机输出端的偏心轮和固定于偏心轮顶部的输出轴,输出轴的轴心偏离所述偏心轮的轴心,所述第一滑动杆的右端固定有L型推动座,L型推动座的底部固定有输入轴,输出轴与输入轴通过一活动连杆连接。
优选的,所述有色反光线由如下重量份的原料制成:EVA树脂20-40份、PE树脂10-30份、顺丁橡胶10-20份、聚酰胺树脂5-15份、环氧大豆油5-15份、改性凹凸棒土2-6份、纳米碳酸钙3-7份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯5-10份、珠光粉4-8份、氯化聚乙烯1-3份、氧化聚乙烯蜡1-5份、颜料1-5份、三氧化二锑1-2份、紫外线吸收剂0.5-1.5份和抗氧剂0.5-1.5份。
优选的,所述紫外线吸收剂是由2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍和4-硝基-1,2-二氨基-3,5-吡唑烷二酮以重量比1.5-2.5:0.5-1.5:1组成的混合物。本发明通过采用2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍和4-硝基-1,2-二氨基-3,5-吡唑烷二酮作为紫外线吸收剂复配使用,并控制其重量比为1.5-2.5:0.5-1.5:1,使得经反光涂料处理后的有色反光线具有较好的防紫外线性能。
优选的,所述抗氧剂是由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168以重量比1-2:1组成的混合物。本发明通过采用抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168作为抗氧剂复配使用,并控制其重量比为1-2:1,使得经反光涂料处理后的有色反光线具有较好的抗氧化性能。
优选的,所述有色反光线经反光涂料浸渍处理,所述反光涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:环氧丙烯酸树脂20-40份、松香树脂10-30份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯防水乳液15-25份、水性聚氨酯乳液5-15份、有机硅防水剂5-10份、钛白粉4-8份、铝银粉2-6份、反光玻璃微珠5-15份、颜料1-5份、分散剂2-4份、增稠剂1-5份、消泡剂1-2份和水10-20份。
优选的,所述分散剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸丁酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸单甘油酯和三硬脂酸甘油酯中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述分散剂,可以降低粘度,减少絮凝,增加贮藏稳定性。
优选的,所述增稠剂是由羟乙基纤维素、山梨醇酐三硬脂酸酯和羧甲基纤维素钠以重量比1-3:1-3:1组成的混合物。本发明通过采用羟乙基纤维素、山梨醇酐三硬脂酸酯和羧甲基纤维素钠作为增稠剂复配使用,并控制其重量比为1-3:1-3:1,可以提高物系粘度,使物系保持均匀的稳定的悬浮状态或乳浊状态。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述消泡剂,具有消泡速度快、抑泡时间长、效果好、扩散性、渗透性好、热稳定性好等特点。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的车缝线经车缝模具采用三线缝制而成,车缝线包括连续交叉缝制于拉链带外表面的第一线、第二线以及缝制于拉链带内表面的第三线,第一线和第二线中至少一条为有色反光线,缝制的拉链带表面显示连续交叉的双线,且可以采用不同颜色的两根线进行缝制,还可以采用有色反光线和有色普通线进行缝制,装饰效果好,工艺简单,使用方便。

见图1-3,一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,包括拉链带100,还包括沿拉链带100长度方设置的车缝线,车缝线经车缝模具采用三线缝制而成,车缝线包括并排缝制于拉链带100外表面的第一线200、第二线300以及缝制于拉链带100内表面的第三线,第一线200和第二线300中至少一条为有色反光线。
本实施例中,所述车缝模具包括第一拔线组件、设置于第一拔线组件下方的第二拔线组件以及用于驱动第一拔线组件左右移动的驱动机构;第一拔线组件包括第一滑动杆1和固定于第一滑动杆1两端的第一U型拔线杆2,第二拔线组件包括第二滑动杆3和固定于第二滑动杆3两端的第二U型拔线杆4,第一U型拔线杆2的前端开设有第一穿线孔20,第二U型拔线杆4的前端开设有第二穿线孔40;第一滑动杆1的底部开设有第一齿槽10,第二滑动杆3的顶部开设有第二齿槽30,第一滑动杆1与第二滑动杆3之间设置有齿轮5,齿轮5的上下两端分别与第一齿槽10、第二齿槽30啮合。
本发明的车缝模具使用时,将第一线200从前往后穿过第二穿线孔40,第二线300从前往后穿过第一穿线孔20,穿过后的第一线200和第二线300在第一U型拔线杆2和第二U型拔线杆4不断交叉移动时,第一线200和第二线300会间隔性地交叉,交叉时通过车缝模具下方的旋梭和另一个线圈(第三线)在交叉点进行缝合,缝制后的拉链带100外表面显示连续交叉的双线(由第一线200和第二线300连续交叉而成),而第三线位于拉链带100内表面,第一线200、第二线300与第三线通过拉链带100中间交叉钩住并连接起来。
本发明的车缝模具通过采用第一滑动杆1、第一U型拔线杆2、第二滑动杆3和第二U型拔线杆4,且第一滑动杆1和第二滑动杆3通过齿轮5啮合,当第一U型拔线杆2左右移动时,第二U型拔线杆4向相反的方向移动,可以将穿过第一穿线孔20和第二穿线孔40的两根线通过针车上的车线针交叉进行缝制,缝制后的拉链带100表面显示连续交叉的双线(由第一线200和第二线300连续交叉而成),且可以采用不同颜色的两根线进行缝制,还可以采用有色反光线和有色普通线进行缝制,装饰效果好,结构简单,使用方便。
本实施例中,所述驱动机构包括电机(图中未视出)、固定于电机输出端的偏心轮6和固定于偏心轮6顶部的输出轴61,输出轴61的轴心偏离所述偏心轮6的轴心,所述第一滑动杆1的右端固定有L型推动座11,L型推动座11的底部固定有输入轴12,输出轴61与输入轴12通过一活动连杆7连接。电机驱动偏心轮6旋转,使输出轴61推动活动连杆7左右移动,从而使第一滑动杆1在一定范围内左右移动,通过采用上述驱动机构,车缝速度快,效率高。
本实施例中,所述活动连杆7的左右两端分别固定有第一连接头71、第二连接头72,第一连接头71的左端开设有第一通孔(图中未视出),第二连接头72的右端开设有第二通孔(图中未视出),所述输入轴12插入第一通孔内,所述输出轴61插入第二通孔内,输入轴12的顶部螺接有第一防脱螺栓13,输出轴61的顶部螺接有第二防脱螺栓62。上述结构的设置可以使第一滑动杆1在一定范围内左右移动,结构简单,使用方便。
本实施例中,所述第一滑动杆1的两端分别固定有第一连接杆14、第二连接杆15,第一U型拔线杆2的后端两侧分别固定于第一连接杆14、第二连接杆15。第一U型拔线通过螺钉固定连接,上述结构的设置方便第一U型拔线杆2的拆装。
本实施例中,所述第一U型拔线杆2包括第一横杆21、固定于第一横杆21两侧的两根第一斜杆22、以及分别固定于两根第一斜杆22后端的两根第一竖杆23,第一横杆21、第一斜杆22和第一竖杆23均为条形片状结构;第一横杆21由后向前倾斜设置,所述第一穿线孔20开设于第一横杆21的中部并贯穿其前后表面,两根第一斜杆22分别沿第一横杆21两侧的外侧向后方倾斜设置,两根第一竖杆23的后端分别固定于所述第一连接杆14、第二连接杆15。上述结构的设置便于将穿过第一穿线孔20的线通过针车上的车线针进行缝制。
本实施例中,两根第一竖杆23的后端均开设有第一条形孔24,两根第一竖杆23的后端通过第一调节螺栓25穿过第一条形孔24分别固定于第一连接杆14、第二连接杆15。上述结构的设置便于调节第一U型拔线杆2的前后距离。
本实施例中,所述第二滑动杆3的两端分别固定有第三连接杆31、第四连接杆32,第二U型拔线杆4的后端两侧分别固定于第三连接杆31、第四连接杆32。第二U型拔线通过螺钉固定连接,上述结构的设置方便第一U型拔线杆2的拆装。
本实施例中,所述第二U型拔线杆4包括第二横杆41、固定于第二横杆41两侧的两根第二斜杆42、以及分别固定于两根第二斜杆42后端的两根第二竖杆43,第二横杆41、第二斜杆42和第二竖杆43均为条形片状结构;第二横杆41由后向前倾斜设置,所述第二穿线孔40开设于第二横杆41的中部并贯穿其前后表面,两根第二斜杆42分别沿第二横杆41两侧的外侧向后方倾斜设置,两根第二竖杆43的后端分别固定于所述第三连接杆31、第四连接杆32。上述结构的设置便于将穿过第二穿线孔40的线通过针车上的车线针进行缝制。
本实施例中,两根第二竖杆43的后端均开设有第二条形孔44,两根第二竖杆43的后端通过第二调节螺栓45穿过第二条形孔44分别固定于第三连接杆31、第四连接杆32。上述结构的设置便于调节第二U型拔线杆4的前后距离。
本实施例中,所述模具本体还包括滑动座8,所述第一滑动杆1、第二滑动杆3均滑动连接于滑动座8内。上述结构的设置便于驱动第一滑动杆1和第二滑动杆3的左右移动。

所述有色反光线由如下重量份的原料制成:EVA树脂25份、PE树脂15份、顺丁橡胶12份、聚酰胺树脂8份、环氧大豆油8份、改性凹凸棒土3份、纳米碳酸钙4份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯6份、珠光粉5份、氯化聚乙烯2份、氧化聚乙烯蜡2份、颜料2份、三氧化二锑1.2份、紫外线吸收剂0.8份和抗氧剂0.8份。
所述紫外线吸收剂是由2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍和4-硝基-1,2-二氨基-3,5-吡唑烷二酮以重量比1.8:0.8:1组成的混合物。
所述抗氧剂是由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168以重量比1.2:1组成的混合物。
所述有色反光线经反光涂料浸渍处理,所述反光涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:环氧丙烯酸树脂25份、松香树脂15份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯防水乳液18份、水性聚氨酯乳液8份、有机硅防水剂6份、钛白粉5份、铝银粉3份、反光玻璃微珠8份、颜料2份、分散剂2.5份、增稠剂2份、消泡剂1.2份和水12份。
所述分散剂为硬脂酸丁酯。
所述增稠剂是由羟乙基纤维素、山梨醇酐三硬脂酸酯和羧甲基纤维素钠以重量比1.5:1.5:1组成的混合物。
所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚。

本实施例与上述实施例1的不同之处在于:
所述有色反光线由如下重量份的原料制成:EVA树脂30份、PE树脂20份、顺丁橡胶15份、聚酰胺树脂10份、环氧大豆油10份、改性凹凸棒土4份、纳米碳酸钙5份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯8份、珠光粉6份、氯化聚乙烯2份、氧化聚乙烯蜡3份、颜料3份、三氧化二锑1.5份、紫外线吸收剂1份和抗氧剂1份。
所述紫外线吸收剂是由2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍和4-硝基-1,2-二氨基-3,5-吡唑烷二酮以重量比2:1:1组成的混合物。

所述有色反光线由如下重量份的原料制成:EVA树脂35份、PE树脂25份、顺丁橡胶18份、聚酰胺树脂12份、环氧大豆油12份、改性凹凸棒土5份、纳米碳酸钙6份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯8份、珠光粉7份、氯化聚乙烯2.5份、氧化聚乙烯蜡4份、颜料4份、三氧化二锑1.8份、紫外线吸收剂1.2份和抗氧剂1.2份。
所述紫外线吸收剂是由2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍和4-硝基-1,2-二氨基-3,5-吡唑烷二酮以重量比2.2:1.2:1组成的混合物。
所述抗氧剂是由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168以重量比1.8:1组成的混合物。
所述有色反光线经反光涂料浸渍处理,所述反光涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:环氧丙烯酸树脂35份、松香树脂25份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯防水乳液20份、水性聚氨酯乳液12份、有机硅防水剂8份、钛白粉7份、铝银粉5份、反光玻璃微珠12份、颜料4份、分散剂3.5份、增稠剂4份、消泡剂1.8份和水18份。
所述分散剂为三硬脂酸甘油酯。
所述增稠剂是由羟乙基纤维素、山梨醇酐三硬脂酸酯和羧甲基纤维素钠以重量比2.5:.5:1组成的混合物。
所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
实施例6
本实施例与上述实施例1的不同之处在于:
所述有色反光线由如下重量份的原料制成:EVA树脂40份、PE树脂30份、顺丁橡胶20份、聚酰胺树脂15份、环氧大豆油15份、改性凹凸棒土6份、纳米碳酸钙7份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯10份、珠光粉8份、氯化聚乙烯3份、氧化聚乙烯蜡5份、颜料5份、三氧化二锑2份、紫外线吸收剂1.5份和抗氧剂1.5份。
所述紫外线吸收剂是由2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍和4-硝基-1,2-二氨基-3,5-吡唑烷二酮以重量比2.5:1.5:1组成的混合物。

所述增稠剂是由羟乙基纤维素、山梨醇酐三硬脂酸酯和羧甲基纤维素钠以重量比3:3:1组成的混合物。
所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,包括拉链带,其特征在于:还包括沿拉链带长度方设置的车缝线,车缝线经车缝模具采用三线缝制而成,车缝线包括连续交叉缝制于拉链带外表面的第一线、第二线以及缝制于拉链带内表面的第三线,第一线和第二线中至少一条为有色反光线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述车缝模具包括第一拔线组件、设置于第一拔线组件下方的第二拔线组件以及用于驱动第一拔线组件左右移动的驱动机构;第一拔线组件包括第一滑动杆和固定于第一滑动杆两端的第一U型拔线杆,第二拔线组件包括第二滑动杆和固定于第二滑动杆两端的第二U型拔线杆,第一U型拔线杆的前端开设有第一穿线孔,第二U型拔线杆的前端开设有第二穿线孔;第一滑动杆的底部开设有第一齿槽,第二滑动杆的顶部开设有第二齿槽,第一滑动杆与第二滑动杆之间设置有齿轮,齿轮的上下两端分别与第一齿槽、第二齿槽啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括电机、固定于电机输出端的偏心轮和固定于偏心轮顶部的输出轴,输出轴的轴心偏离所述偏心轮的轴心,所述第一滑动杆的右端固定有L型推动座,L型推动座的底部固定有输入轴,输出轴与输入轴通过一活动连杆连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述有色反光线由如下重量份的原料制成:EVA树脂20-40份、PE树脂10-30份、顺丁橡胶10-20份、聚酰胺树脂5-15份、环氧大豆油5-15份、改性凹凸棒土2-6份、纳米碳酸钙3-7份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯5-10份、珠光粉4-8份、氯化聚乙烯1-3份、颜料1-5份、氧化聚乙烯蜡1-5份、三氧化二锑1-2份、紫外线吸收剂0.5-1.5份和抗氧剂0.5-1.5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂是由2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍和4-硝基-1,2-二氨基-3,5-吡唑烷二酮以重量比1.5-2.5:0.5-1.5:1组成的混合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂是由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168以重量比1-2:1组成的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述有色反光线经反光涂料浸渍处理,所述反光涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:环氧丙烯酸树脂20-40份、松香树脂10-30份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯防水乳液15-25份、水性聚氨酯乳液5-15份、有机硅防水剂5-10份、钛白粉4-8份、铝银粉2-6份、反光玻璃微珠5-15份、颜料1-5份、分散剂2-4份、增稠剂1-5份、消泡剂1-2份和水10-20份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述分散剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸丁酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸单甘油酯和三硬脂酸甘油酯中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述增稠剂是由羟乙基纤维素、山梨醇酐三硬脂酸酯和羧甲基纤维素钠以重量比1-3:1-3:1组成的混合物。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种装饰效果好的防水拉链,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
