First embodiment
The invention provides a file issuing method which is applied to an intelligent terminal 100 where a lead-in unit is located and used for realizing the auditing process of initiating a red-header file. Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart of a file issuing method according to the present invention. The file issuing method comprises the following steps:
s201, determining a file type in response to the generated first selection instruction, and calling a file template based on the file type.
Generally, the types of the red-headed files include four types, namely, a study report, a risk early warning report, an important instruction handling and a risk assessment report, and different types of red-headed files have different file templates. Therefore, when a unit needs to issue the red-header file, the type of the file to be issued can be selected according to the requirement of the unit, so that the corresponding file template is used as the basis for generating the red-header file.
In an optional implementation manner, when a unit needs to issue a red header file, the unit can log in a selected page from a designated login page or an Application (APP), and when the intelligent terminal 100 detects that a user clicks any icon, a corresponding first selection instruction is generated, so that a file type is selected, and a file template is called based on the file type.
S202, file information is obtained, the file information comprises a file subject, file contents, process node information and associated risks, and the process node information comprises a head leading unit and a participation unit.
It should be noted that, after the file template is called, the intelligent terminal 100 also displays the file template, so that the user can perform further operations based on the file template, such as inputting a file theme, file contents, selecting a process node, and the like.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a detailed flowchart of S202. The S202 includes:
s2021, receiving the file theme and the file content input by the user.
It is understood that the user can input the document theme and the document contents in the designated area using an input/output device (e.g., a keyboard) after the document template is displayed on the smart terminal 100.
S2022, determining flow node information in response to the generated second selection instruction.
It can be understood that the flow node information includes a head unit and a participation unit. The unit of leading is the unit of sending the red header file, and the unit of participating is the unit of participating in checking the red header. In an alternative embodiment, the intelligent terminal 100 stores information of all parties and is provided with a tag, and the user can click the tag of the selected party, so that the intelligent terminal 100 generates the second selection instruction.
It should be noted that there is only one lead unit, and the participating unit may be one or more.
S2023, determining the associated risk in response to the generated third selection instruction.
The associated risk refers to the possible risk of issuing the red header file. Similarly, a plurality of types of associated risks are pre-stored in the intelligent terminal 100, and a user can select different associated risks according to actual conditions, so that the intelligent terminal 100 generates a third selection instruction to determine the associated risks. The number of the associated risks may be one or more, and is not limited herein.
S203, responding to the generated confirmation instruction, and generating a red header file according to the header leading unit, the participation unit, the file theme, the file content and the associated risk on the basis of the file template.
As will be appreciated, after the user has entered the subject of the document, the content of the document, and selected lead units, participating units, and associated risks, the "confirm" icon may be clicked on. After detecting that the user clicks the 'confirm' icon, the intelligent terminal 100 generates a confirm instruction, and responds to the confirm instruction to generate a red-headed file according to the lead unit, the participation unit, the file subject, the file content and the associated risk on the basis of the file template.
S204, previewing the red header file in a preset file format.
It can be understood that, after the red-header file is generated, the intelligent terminal 100 may preview the red-header file in a preset file format, so as to confirm whether the generated red-header file needs to be modified by a header unit.
In an alternative embodiment, the intelligent terminal 100 may preview the red header file in a Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF is based on a PostScript language image model, and an accurate color and an accurate printing effect can be guaranteed regardless of the printer, that is, the PDF faithfully reproduces each character, color, and image of an original. Therefore, the PDF format is utilized to preview the red-headed file, and a user can be facilitated to observe whether the format of the red-headed file meets the rule or not.
S205, the file information of the red header file is modified in response to the generated modification instruction.
When the red-headed file needs to be modified, the user may click on the "modify" icon to cause the intelligent terminal 100 to generate a modification instruction. It should be noted that, after the user clicks the "modify" icon, the user may modify the lead unit, the participation unit, the file subject, the file content, and the associated risk.
In other embodiments, S204 and S205 may not be included. That is, the red-headed file is directly issued to the participating units without previewing and modifying the red-headed file.
And S206, issuing the red header file to the participating unit so that the participating unit feeds back the red header file.
It can be understood that, when the user selects only one participating unit, the intelligent terminal 100 directly issues the red-header file to the participating unit, so that the participating unit feeds back the red-header file. If the user selects a plurality of participation units, the process node information includes the plurality of participation units and the arrangement order of the plurality of participation units. At this time, referring to fig. 4, S206 includes:
s2061, determining the target participation unit according to the arrangement sequence of the plurality of participation units.
It is to be understood that the user may set an order between the plurality of the participation units when selecting the participation unit, thereby determining an arrangement order of the plurality of the participation units. In addition, the ranking order may characterize the priority of the participating units, with the higher the ranking order, the higher its priority. In an alternative embodiment, the participating unit with the top ranking is determined as the target participating unit.
S2062, issuing the red header file to the target participation unit so that the target participation unit feeds back the red header file.
That is, in order to implement the stage-by-stage approval, the lead unit generally issues the red-header file only to the target participating unit, and then the target participating unit issues the red-header file to the next stage participating unit.
In order to facilitate that the lead unit can track the auditing process in real time and can smoothly archive after auditing is completed, referring to fig. 5, the file issuing method provided by the invention further includes:
and S207, checking a distribution process in response to the generated query instruction, wherein the distribution process comprises the feedback content sent by each participating unit and the time for each participating unit to send the feedback content.
That is, after the lead unit sends the red header file, the "query" icon may be clicked at any time, so that the intelligent terminal 100 generates a query instruction, so that the lead unit can query feedback contents generated by other participating units and other participating units, and the lead unit can master the whole audit process at any time.
And S208, when the feedback content sent by each participating unit is received, generating a summary file based on each feedback content and the red header file.
It can be understood that after each participating unit sends the feedback content, the intelligent terminal 100 can determine that the auditing process is completed, and at this time, a summary file is generated based on the feedback content and the red header file sent by each participating unit, so as to facilitate querying by the leading unit.
Second embodiment
The embodiment provides another file issuing method, which is also applied to the intelligent terminal 100 where the participating units are located. Referring to fig. 6, a file issuing method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s601, receiving a red header file, wherein the red header file is generated and issued according to the acquired file information on the basis of a file template by responding to a generated confirmation instruction by the intelligent terminal 100 where the head pulling unit is located, the file template is determined by responding to a generated first selection instruction by the intelligent terminal 100 where the head pulling unit is located, the file information comprises a file theme, file content, process node information and associated risks, and the process node information comprises the head pulling unit and a participating unit.
It should be noted that the red header file may be issued directly by the header unit, or may be issued by the header unit via other participating units.
S602, previewing the red header file in a preset file format.
S603, generates feedback content in response to the generated editing instruction.
To facilitate feedback by the participating units, the participating units may click on the "edit" icon to cause the intelligent terminal 100 to generate edit instructions. As can be appreciated. It should be noted that, after the user clicks the "edit" icon, the user may perform an editing operation on the red-headed file, such as "filing", "evaluating", "collaborating", and "responsibility".
And S604, sending feedback content to the lead unit.
Referring to fig. 7, when there are multiple participating units and the participating unit that receives the red header file is not the last participating unit of the multiple participating units, the file delivery method provided in this embodiment further includes:
s605, determining the target participation unit according to the arrangement sequence of the plurality of participation units.
And S606, issuing the red header file to the target participation unit so that the target participation unit feeds back the red header file.
It should be noted that, in order to enable the target participating unit to know the auditing condition of the previous participating unit, when the participating unit that receives the red-header file issues the red-header file to the target participating unit, the feedback content is also issued to the target participating unit.
That is, assume that a unit generates a red header file as a lead unit, and B unit and C unit are selected as participating units. At this time, the unit A firstly issues the red header file to the unit B, and the unit B performs feedback after receiving the red header file and issues the red header file to the unit C.
It should be further noted that the intelligent terminal 100 where the lead unit is located and the intelligent terminal 100 where the participating unit is located may be the same intelligent terminal 100, or may be different intelligent terminals 100.
