The execution body may re-determine the first ordering value corresponding to the target push information based on the second user behavior data, the negative quantization data, and the first ordering value corresponding to the target push information. For example, the set of push information may correspond to the second set of weighted values and the third weighted value. Wherein each item of data in the negative quantized data may correspond to a second weighted value in the second set of weighted values. The second set of weighted values may be set empirically by the skilled person. The third weighting value may be learned using a deep learning algorithm based on at least one of: historical operation data of a website to which the target webpage belongs and historical operation data of websites belonging to the same category as the website. The executing agent may perform weighted summation on the second user behavior data based on the first set of weighted values, and use the resulting sum as a positive correlation factor value. The execution subject may also perform a weighted summation of the negative quantized data based on the second set of weighted values, the resulting sum being a negative correlation factor value. Then, the executing agent may subtract the negative correlation factor value from a sum of the first ranking value corresponding to the target push information and the positive correlation factor value, and use the obtained difference as the active value corresponding to the target push information. The execution body may then re-determine the product of the active value and the third weighting value as the first ordering value corresponding to the target push message.
Step 406, for each push information group in the set of push information groups to which the push information group belongs, determining a second ranking value corresponding to the push information group based on the first ranking value corresponding to the push information in the push information group.
In this embodiment, after the execution of step 405, for each push information group in the set of push information groups to which the push information group acquired in step 401 belongs, the execution main body may determine a second ranking value corresponding to the push information group based on the first ranking value corresponding to the push information in the push information group. The second ranking value may be a popularity value of the push information group.
Here, the execution body may determine the second ordering value corresponding to the push information group using various methods. For example, the execution body may use an average value of first ranking values corresponding to the pieces of push information in the push information group as the second ranking value corresponding to the push information group.
For another example, the push information group may further correspond to a fourth weighting value. The fourth weighting value may also be learned by using a deep learning algorithm based on at least one of the following: historical operation data of a website to which the target webpage belongs and historical operation data of websites belonging to the same category as the website. The executing body may perform weighted summation on the first ranking value corresponding to the push information in the push information group based on the fourth weighting value corresponding to the push information group, and use the resulting sum as the second ranking value corresponding to the push information group.
Step 407, re-determining the first display area corresponding to the second display area in which the push information group in the push information group set is located based on the second sorting value, and adjusting the push information group in the push information group set to the corresponding first display area.
In this embodiment, the executing entity may re-determine, based on the second sorting value, a first display area corresponding to the push information group in the push information group set in the second display area, and adjust the push information group in the push information group set to the corresponding first display area. Therefore, the display area of the push information group can be dynamically adjusted, so that the push information group with higher popularity can be adjusted to the first display area with a better position in the second display area.
It should be noted that the method for determining the first display area corresponding to the pushed information group is similar to the method for determining the display position corresponding to the pushed information described in step 203 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and is not repeated here.
Step 408, for each information category in the information category set associated with the target web page, determining a third ranking value corresponding to the information category based on a second ranking value corresponding to a pushed information group in the pushed information group set corresponding to the information category.
In this embodiment, after the executing agent finishes executing step 407, for each information category in the set of information categories associated with the target web page, the executing agent may determine a third ranking value corresponding to the information category based on the second ranking value corresponding to the pushed information group in the set of pushed information groups corresponding to the information category. Wherein the third ranking value may be a popularity value of the information category.
Here, the execution body may determine the third ranking value corresponding to the information category using various methods. For example, the execution agent may calculate an average value of the second ranking values corresponding to the respective push information groups in the set of push information groups corresponding to the information category, and use the average value as the third ranking value corresponding to the information category.
For another example, the push information group may also correspond to a fifth weighting value. The fifth weighting value can also be obtained by utilizing a deep learning algorithm and based on at least one of the following learning: historical operation data of a website to which the target webpage belongs and historical operation data of websites belonging to the same category as the website. The executing agent may calculate a product between a fifth ranking value and a second ranking value corresponding to the push information group in the push information group set corresponding to the information category, and then use a sum of the determined products as a third ranking value corresponding to the information category.
Step 409, based on the third ranking value, re-determining a second display area corresponding to the information category in the information category set, and adjusting the pushed information group set corresponding to the information category in the information category set to the corresponding second display area.
In this embodiment, the executing entity may re-determine the second display area corresponding to the information category in the information category set based on the third ranking value, and adjust the set of push information groups corresponding to the information category in the information category set to the corresponding second display area. Therefore, the display area of the pushed information group set can be dynamically adjusted, so that the pushed information group set corresponding to the information category with higher popularity is adjusted to the second display area with better position on the target webpage.
It should be noted that the method for determining the second display area corresponding to the information category is similar to the method for determining the display position corresponding to the pushed information described in step 203 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and is not described herein again.
As can be seen from fig. 4, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the flow 400 of the method for processing information in this embodiment highlights sequential adjustment of the display positions of the pushed information, the pushed information group, and the pushed information group set, so that dynamic management of the display area of the target webpage is realized, and the information processing efficiency and the information pushing accuracy can be further improved.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present application provides an embodiment of an apparatus for processing information, which corresponds to the method embodiment shown in fig. 2, and which is particularly applicable in various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 500 for processing information of the present embodiment includes: the obtaining unit 501 is configured to obtain a push information group related to a target webpage, where the push information group may correspond to a first presentation area in the target webpage, and the push information group may include at least one piece of new push information that does not correspond to a first ordering value; the first determining unit 502 is configured to determine a first ranking value corresponding to new push information based on first user behavior data of push information belonging to the same category as the new push information; the second determining unit 503 is configured to determine a presentation position of the push information in the push information group in the first presentation area based on the first ordering value; the processing unit 504 is configured to place the push information in the push information group to the corresponding presentation position.
In the present embodiment, in the apparatus 500 for processing information: the specific processing of the obtaining unit 501, the first determining unit 502, the second determining unit 503 and the processing unit 504 and the technical effects thereof can refer to the related descriptions of step 201, step 202, step 203 and step 204 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the push information group may correspond to a first weighted value set, and each item of data in the first user behavior data may correspond to a first weighted value in the first weighted value set; and the first determining unit 502 may be further configured to: the first user behavior data is weighted and summed based on the first set of weighted values, the resulting sum being the first ranking value corresponding to the new push information.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the apparatus 500 may further include: an adjusting unit (not shown in the figure) configured to, if the second user behavior data of the push information in the push information group is acquired, perform the following display position adjusting operation: re-determining a first ranking value corresponding to the target push information corresponding to the second user behavior data based on the second user behavior data; re-determining the display position of the push information in the push information group in the first display area based on the first sorting value; and adjusting the push information in the push information group to a corresponding display position.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the second user behavior data may correspond to negative quantization data, and the negative quantization data may be data related to the push information in the push information group; and the adjustment unit may be further configured to: and re-determining the first sorting value corresponding to the target pushing information based on the second user behavior data, the negative quantization data and the first sorting value corresponding to the target pushing information.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the push information group may correspond to the second weighted value set and the third weighted value, and each item of data in the negative quantization data may correspond to the second weighted value in the second weighted value set; and the adjustment unit may be further configured to: based on the first weighted value set, carrying out weighted summation on the second user behavior data, and taking the obtained sum as a positive correlation factor value; based on the second weighted value set, carrying out weighted summation on the negative quantized data, and taking the obtained sum as a negative correlation factor value; subtracting the negative correlation factor value from the sum of the first sequencing value corresponding to the target push information and the positive correlation factor value, and taking the obtained difference value as an active value corresponding to the target push information; and the product of the active value and the third weighted value is determined as the first ordering value corresponding to the target push information again.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the pushed information group may be associated with an information category, the information category may correspond to a second display area in the target webpage and a pushed information group set including the pushed information group, and the second display area may include a first display area corresponding to the pushed information group in the pushed information group set; and the apparatus 500 may further include: a third determining unit (not shown in the figure) configured to determine, for each push information group in the set of push information groups, a second ordering value corresponding to the push information group based on the first ordering value corresponding to the push information in the push information group; a fourth determining unit (not shown in the figures) configured to re-determine, based on the second sorting value, the first presentation area corresponding to the push information group in the push information group set in the second presentation area; a first adjusting unit (not shown in the figure) configured to adjust the push information groups in the push information group set to the corresponding first presentation area.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the push information group may correspond to a fourth weighting value; and the third determining unit may be further configured to: and for each push information group in the push information group set, carrying out weighted summation on the first ranking value corresponding to the push information in the push information group based on the fourth weighting value corresponding to the push information group, and taking the obtained sum as the second ranking value corresponding to the push information group.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the target web page may associate an information category set including the information categories; and the apparatus 500 may further include: a fifth determining unit (not shown in the figure) configured to determine, for each information category in the set of information categories, a third ranking value corresponding to the information category based on the second ranking value corresponding to the push information group in the set of push information groups corresponding to the information category; a sixth determining unit (not shown in the figure) configured to re-determine the second presentation area corresponding to the information category in the information category set based on the third ranking value; and a second adjusting unit (not shown in the figure) configured to adjust the set of pushed information groups corresponding to the information categories in the set of information categories to corresponding second display areas.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the push information group may correspond to the fifth weighting value; and the fifth determining unit may be further configured to: and for each information category in the information category set, determining the product between the fifth weighting value and the second ranking value corresponding to the push information group in the push information group set corresponding to the information category, and taking the sum of the determined products as the third ranking value corresponding to the information category.
The device provided by the above embodiment of the application, by acquiring the pushed information group related to the target webpage, then determining the first ranking value corresponding to the new pushed information based on the first user behavior data of the pushed information belonging to the same category as the new pushed information in the pushed information group, and then determining the display position of the pushed information in the pushed information group in the corresponding first display area in the target webpage based on the first ranking value, so as to place the pushed information in the pushed information group at the corresponding display position. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the information processing efficiency can be improved, and accurate pushing of the pushed information can be realized.
Referring now to FIG. 6, a block diagram of a computer system 600 suitable for use in implementing an electronic device (e.g., server 103 shown in FIG. 1) of an embodiment of the present application is shown. The electronic device shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the computer system 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)601 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 600 are also stored. The CPU601, ROM 602, and RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 607 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted in the storage section 608 as necessary.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present application are executed when the computer program is executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present application may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. The names of these units do not in some cases constitute a limitation on the unit itself, and for example, the acquiring unit may also be described as a "unit that acquires a push information group related to a target web page".
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the electronic device described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by an electronic device, cause the electronic device to: acquiring a push information group related to a target webpage, wherein the push information group can correspond to a first display area in the target webpage and comprises at least one piece of new push information which does not correspond to a first ranking value; determining a first ranking value corresponding to the new push information based on first user behavior data of push information belonging to the same category as the new push information; determining a display position of the push information in the push information group in the first display area based on the first sorting value; and placing the push information in the push information group to the corresponding display position.

Claims (20)

1. A method for processing information, comprising:
acquiring a push information group related to a target webpage, wherein the push information group corresponds to a first display area in the target webpage and comprises at least one piece of new push information which does not correspond to a first sorting value;
determining a first ranking value corresponding to the new push information based on first user behavior data of push information belonging to the same category as the new push information;
determining a display position of the push information in the push information group in the first display area based on the first sorting value;
and placing the push information in the push information group to a corresponding display position.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the set of push information corresponds to a first set of weighted values, each item of the first user behavior data corresponding to a first weighted value of the first set of weighted values; and
the determining a first ranking value corresponding to the new push information based on first user behavior data of push information belonging to the same category as the new push information includes:
and performing weighted summation on the first user behavior data based on the first weighted value set, and taking the obtained sum as a first sorting value corresponding to the push information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
if the second user behavior data of the push information in the push information group is acquired, executing the following display position adjustment operation:
re-determining a first ranking value corresponding to the target push information corresponding to the second user behavior data based on the second user behavior data;
re-determining the display position of the push information in the push information group in the first display area based on the first sorting value;
and adjusting the push information in the push information group to a corresponding display position.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the second user behavior data corresponds to negative quantized data, the negative quantized data being data related to push information in the set of push information; and
the re-determining, based on the second user behavior data, a first ranking value corresponding to the target push information corresponding to the second user behavior data includes:
and re-determining the first sorting value corresponding to the target pushing information based on the second user behavior data, the negative quantization data and the first sorting value corresponding to the target pushing information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the set of push information corresponds to a second set of weighted values and a third weighted value, each item of data in the negative quantized data corresponding to a second weighted value in the second set of weighted values; and
the re-determining the first ranking value corresponding to the target push information based on the second user behavior data, the negative quantized data, and the first ranking value corresponding to the target push information includes:
based on the first weighted value set, carrying out weighted summation on the second user behavior data, and taking the obtained sum as a positive correlation factor value;
performing weighted summation on the negative quantized data based on the second set of weighted values, and taking the obtained sum as a negative correlation factor value;
subtracting the negative correlation factor value from the sum of the first ordering value corresponding to the target push information and the positive correlation factor value, and taking the obtained difference value as an active value corresponding to the target push information;
and the product of the active value and the third weighted value is determined as the first ordering value corresponding to the target push information again.
6. The method according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the pushed information group is associated with an information category, the information category corresponds to a second presentation area in the target webpage and a pushed information group set comprising the pushed information group, the second presentation area comprises a first presentation area corresponding to a pushed information group in the pushed information group set; and
the method further comprises the following steps:
for each push information group in the push information group set, determining a second ordering value corresponding to the push information group based on a first ordering value corresponding to the push information in the push information group;
re-determining a first display area corresponding to the push information group in the push information group set in the second display area based on a second sorting value;
and adjusting the push information groups in the push information group set to the corresponding first display area.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the set of push messages corresponds to a fourth weighting value; and
the determining a second ranking value corresponding to the push information group based on the first ranking value corresponding to the push information in the push information group includes:
and carrying out weighted summation on the first sorting value corresponding to the push information in the push information group based on the fourth weighted value corresponding to the push information group, and taking the obtained sum as the second sorting value corresponding to the push information group.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the target web page association comprises a set of information categories of the information categories; and
the method further comprises the following steps:
for each information category in the information category set, determining a third ranking value corresponding to the information category based on a second ranking value corresponding to a push information group in a push information group set corresponding to the information category;
re-determining a second display area corresponding to an information category in the information category set based on a third ranking value;
and adjusting the push information group set corresponding to the information category in the information category set to a corresponding second display area.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the set of push information corresponds to a fifth weighting value; and
the determining, based on the second ranking value corresponding to the push information group in the push information group set corresponding to the information category, a third ranking value corresponding to the information category includes:
determining the product between the fifth weighting value and the second sorting value corresponding to the push information group in the push information group set corresponding to the information category;
and taking the sum of the determined products as a third ranking value corresponding to the information category.
10. An apparatus for processing information, comprising:
an obtaining unit configured to obtain a push information group related to a target webpage, wherein the push information group corresponds to a first presentation area in the target webpage and comprises at least one piece of new push information which does not correspond to a first ordering value;
a first determining unit configured to determine a first ranking value corresponding to the new push information based on first user behavior data of push information belonging to the same category as the new push information;
a second determination unit configured to determine a presentation position of the push information in the push information group in the first presentation area based on the first ordering value;
a processing unit configured to place the push information in the push information group to a corresponding presentation position.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the set of push information corresponds to a first set of weighted values, each item of the first user behavior data corresponding to a first weighted value of the first set of weighted values; and
the first determination unit is further configured to:
performing a weighted summation of the first user behavior data based on the first set of weighted values, the resulting sum being a first ranking value corresponding to the new push information.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
an adjusting unit configured to, if second user behavior data of the push information in the push information group is acquired, perform the following display position adjusting operation:
re-determining a first ranking value corresponding to the target push information corresponding to the second user behavior data based on the second user behavior data;
re-determining the display position of the push information in the push information group in the first display area based on the first sorting value;
and adjusting the push information in the push information group to a corresponding display position.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the second user behavior data corresponds to negative quantization data, the negative quantization data being data related to push information in the set of push information; and
the adjustment unit is further configured to:
and re-determining the first sorting value corresponding to the target pushing information based on the second user behavior data, the negative quantization data and the first sorting value corresponding to the target pushing information.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the set of push information corresponds to a second set of weighted values and a third weighted value, each item of data in the negative quantized data corresponding to a second weighted value in the second set of weighted values; and
the adjustment unit is further configured to:
based on the first weighted value set, carrying out weighted summation on the second user behavior data, and taking the obtained sum as a positive correlation factor value;
performing weighted summation on the negative quantized data based on the second set of weighted values, and taking the obtained sum as a negative correlation factor value;
subtracting the negative correlation factor value from the sum of the first ordering value corresponding to the target push information and the positive correlation factor value, and taking the obtained difference value as an active value corresponding to the target push information;
and the product of the active value and the third weighted value is determined as the first ordering value corresponding to the target push information again.
15. The apparatus according to one of claims 10 to 14, wherein the pushed information group is associated with an information category, the information category corresponds to a second presentation area in the target web page and a pushed information group set including the pushed information group, the second presentation area includes a first presentation area corresponding to a pushed information group in the pushed information group set; and
the device further comprises:
a third determining unit configured to determine, for each push information group in the set of push information groups, a second ordering value corresponding to the push information group based on the first ordering value corresponding to the push information in the push information group;
a fourth determining unit configured to re-determine, based on the second ranking value, a first display area corresponding to the push information group in the push information group set in the second display area;
a first adjusting unit configured to adjust the push information groups in the push information group set to the corresponding first display areas.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the set of push messages corresponds to a fourth weighting value; and
the third determination unit is further configured to:
and for each push information group in the push information group set, carrying out weighted summation on a first ranking value corresponding to the push information in the push information group based on a fourth weighted value corresponding to the push information group, and taking the obtained sum as a second ranking value corresponding to the push information group.
17. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the target web page association comprises a set of information categories of the information categories; and
the device further comprises:
a fifth determining unit configured to determine, for each information category in the set of information categories, a third ranking value corresponding to the information category based on a second ranking value corresponding to a push information group in a set of push information groups corresponding to the information category;
a sixth determining unit configured to re-determine a second presentation area corresponding to an information category in the information category set based on a third ranking value;
and the second adjusting unit is configured to adjust the pushed information group set corresponding to the information category in the information category set to a corresponding second display area.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the set of push information corresponds to a fifth weighting value; and
the fifth determination unit is further configured to:
and for each information category in the information category set, determining the product between the fifth weighting value and the second ranking value corresponding to the push information group in the push information group set corresponding to the information category, and taking the sum of the determined products as the third ranking value corresponding to the information category.
19. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-9.
