the manufacturing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) preparing a component: obtaining a pipe body and an end cover through casting molding;
(b) reinforcing the pipe body: welding and fixing the reinforcing column on the inner wall of the pipe body;
(c) punching: punching the pipe body through a punching device; the punching device comprises a supporting table, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the supporting table, a pipe sleeve is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, and pipe clamping assemblies are distributed in the pipe sleeve in a surrounding mode; the other end of the rotating shaft is provided with a transmission disc, fixed slots and positioning slots are uniformly distributed on the transmission disc, and the positioning slots are positioned between the adjacent fixed slots;
the pipe clamping device comprises a pipe body, a pipe sleeve and a pipe clamping assembly, wherein one end of the pipe body, which is provided with a containing ring groove, faces outwards, and is transversely inserted into the pipe sleeve until the pipe body is abutted against the inner end face of the pipe sleeve, and the pipe body is clamped by the pipe clamping assembly so that the pipe body is fixed in the pipe sleeve;
the controller controls the driving motor and the punching mechanism to start, in an initial state, the driving wheel is located in the first fixed slot, the driving motor drives the driving rod to rotate, the driving rod drives the transmission rod to move, the transmission rod drives the driving wheel to be separated from the first fixed slot, the sliding plate slides into the first positioning slot, the transmission disc is kept stationary, at the moment, the punching mechanism punches the pipe body for the first time, and after punching is finished, the punching mechanism stops acting;
the driving wheel moves along with the transmission rod to enter the second fixing groove, the sliding plate slides out of the first positioning groove, the driving wheel abuts against the inner wall of the second fixing groove to drive the transmission disc to rotate, the transmission disc drives the pipe sleeve to rotate through the rotating shaft, and the pipe body rotates along with the pipe sleeve; when the driving wheel moves to be separated from the second fixed slot, the sliding plate slides into the second positioning slot to limit the rotation of the driving disc, the punching mechanism is restarted to punch the pipe body for the second time, and the punching mechanism stops acting after punching is finished; according to the steps, the punching operation is carried out step by step;
(d) welding:
after the punching of the pipe body is finished, the driving motor and the punching mechanism are controlled to be closed, the annular welding sheet is placed into the containing ring groove of the pipe body, the boss of the end cover is inserted to be aligned with the pipe orifice of the pipe body, and the cover plate of the end cover presses the annular welding sheet;
heating and melting the annular welding sheet to weld and fix the end cover and the pipe body; and after the welding is finished, taking down the pipe body from the pipe sleeve to obtain a finished product of the silencer joint.
