Abstract
The invention discloses a bolt with a thermosensitive element, which comprises a bolt and an exhaust assembly, wherein an axial exhaust hole is formed in the screw rod of the bolt, the outlet of the axial exhaust hole is positioned at the end part of the screw rod far away from a screw cap, the exhaust assembly comprises a groove arranged on the screw rod of the bolt, the groove extends along the length direction of the screw rod of the bolt, a radial exhaust hole is formed in the inner bottom of the groove, and the groove is communicated with the axial exhaust hole through the radial exhaust hole; two ends of the inner part of the groove are respectively provided with a pin shaft, a bimetallic strip is connected between the two pin shafts, two ends of the bimetallic strip are respectively rotatably sleeved on the two pin shafts, and a rubber plug used for plugging the radial vent hole is arranged on the bimetallic strip corresponding to the radial vent hole; the invention realizes that when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard rises, the gas can be automatically exhausted outwards by utilizing the bolt; when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard is reduced, the gas can be automatically stopped to exhaust by utilizing the bolts; and the special requirements of special fields on the bolt are met.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a bolt with a thermosensitive element, and belongs to the technical field of bolts.
Background
The bolt is a mechanical part, is a cylindrical threaded fastener with a nut, and is a fastener consisting of a head part and a screw rod, wherein the screw rod is a cylinder with external threads and needs to be matched with the nut for tightly connecting two parts with through holes; at present, the traditional bolt and nut are of a single structure, have a single structure and a single function, and have various special requirements in some special fields, such as nuclear facilities, aerospace and the like, when the bolt and nut are adopted, the traditional bolt and nut cannot meet the special requirements of the bolt and nut, the special requirements cause that the bolt and nut completely exceed the structure and the matching connection form of the bolt and nut used in the common field, and the bolt and nut are redesigned and manufactured according to the special requirements so as to meet the special requirements of the special fields on the bolt and nut; at present, a special connection requirement is met, a bolt is required to penetrate through a hollow wallboard, gas is filled in the hollow wallboard, when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard is increased, the bolt is required to be used for automatically exhausting outwards, when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard is reduced, the bolt is required to be used for automatically stopping exhausting, and the bolt is not available at present to achieve the functions, so the technical scheme of the invention is designed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the bolt with the thermosensitive element, so that when the temperature of gas in the hollow wallboard is increased, the bolt can be used for automatically exhausting gas outwards; when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard is reduced, the gas can be automatically stopped to exhaust by utilizing the bolts; and the special requirements of special fields on the bolt are met.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a bolt with a thermosensitive element comprises a bolt and an exhaust assembly, wherein an axial exhaust hole is formed in the screw rod of the bolt, the outlet of the axial exhaust hole is positioned at the end part of the screw rod far away from a nut, the exhaust assembly comprises a groove arranged on the screw rod of the bolt, the groove extends along the length direction of the screw rod of the bolt, a radial exhaust hole is formed in the inner bottom of the groove, and the groove is communicated with the axial exhaust hole through the radial exhaust hole; the inside both ends of recess are provided with the round pin axle respectively, are connected with the bimetallic strip between two round pin axles, the both ends of bimetallic strip rotate respectively to cup joint at two round pin axles, are provided with the rubber buffer that is used for the shutoff to go out the hole in the radial direction on the bimetallic strip that corresponds with radial exhaust hole.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, two exhaust assemblies are provided, and the two exhaust assemblies are respectively located on both sides of the bolt screw.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the exhaust assembly is provided in plurality, and the plurality of exhaust assemblies are arranged circumferentially and uniformly on the bolt screw.
As a further preferable mode of the present invention, the bimetal is of an arc structure, and the inner bottom of the groove is an arc surface which is matched with the bimetal of the arc structure.
As a further preferable mode of the present invention, the rubber plug is of a cylindrical structure, and the diameter of the rubber plug of the cylindrical structure is greater than that of the radial vent hole; the rubber buffer shutoff is convenient for radially vent.
As a further optimization of the invention, the top of the rubber plug is of a spherical structure, so that the top of the rubber plug can better block the radial vent hole.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, a connection portion that engages with an external member is formed at an end of the screw remote from the nut, the connection portion has a diameter smaller than that of the screw, and a slope step structure is formed between the connection portion and the screw.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion is formed with a thread or an annular groove for engaging with an external component; the screw rod of the bolt can be better matched and connected with an external part.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard is increased, the gas can be automatically exhausted outwards by utilizing the bolts; when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard is reduced, the gas can be automatically stopped to exhaust by utilizing the bolts; and the special requirements of special fields on the bolt are met.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1-4: the embodiment is a bolt with a thermosensitive element, which comprises a bolt 1 and an exhaust assembly, wherein an axial exhaust hole 6 is arranged in a screw rod of the bolt 1, an outlet of the axial exhaust hole 6 is positioned at the end part of the screw rod far away from a nut, the exhaust assembly comprises a groove 2 arranged on the screw rod of the bolt 1, the groove 2 extends along the length direction of the screw rod of the bolt 1, a radial exhaust hole 7 is arranged at the inner bottom part of the groove 2, and the groove 2 is communicated with the axial exhaust hole 6 through the radial exhaust hole 7; the inside both ends of recess 2 are provided with round pin axle 3 respectively, are connected with bimetallic strip 4 between two round pin axles 3, and the both ends of bimetallic strip 4 rotate respectively and cup joint on two round pin axles 3, are provided with the rubber buffer 5 that is used for shutoff radial exhaust hole 7 on bimetallic strip 4 that corresponds with radial exhaust hole 7.
In the embodiment, two exhaust assemblies are arranged and are respectively positioned on two sides of the screw rod of the bolt 1; in practical application, the exhaust assemblies can also be provided in plurality, and the exhaust assemblies are uniformly and circumferentially arranged on the screw rod of the bolt 1.
The bimetallic strip 4 in this embodiment is an arc-shaped structure, and the inner bottom of the groove 2 is an arc-shaped surface matched with the bimetallic strip 4 with the arc-shaped structure.
In this embodiment, the rubber plug 5 is a cylindrical structure, and the diameter of the cylindrical structure rubber plug 5 is greater than the diameter of the radial vent hole 7; the rubber stopper 5 is convenient to block the radial exhaust hole 7.
In this embodiment, rubber buffer 5's top is spherical structure, and the radial exhaust hole 7 of shutoff that makes rubber buffer 5's top can be better.
In the embodiment, a connecting part 11 matched with an external component is formed at the end part of the screw rod far away from the screw cap, the diameter of the connecting part 11 is smaller than that of the screw rod, and an inclined-plane step structure is formed between the connecting part 11 and the screw rod; the outer circumference of the connecting part 11 is formed with a screw thread which is matched and connected with an external component; in practical application, the outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion 11 may also be provided with an annular clamping groove for matching and connecting with an external component; so that the screw rod of the bolt 1 can be better matched and connected with an external part.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
the bimetallic strip is a composite material composed of two metals or other materials with appropriate properties; the bimetallic strip is also called as a thermal bimetallic strip, and because the thermal expansion coefficients of all component layers are different, when the temperature changes, the deformation of the active layer is larger than that of the passive layer, so that the whole bimetallic strip can bend towards one side of the passive layer, and the curvature of the composite material changes to generate deformation; in the embodiment, the bolt 1 is arranged on the hollow wallboard 9 and is locked by the nut 8, and at the moment, the exhaust component on the screw rod of the bolt 1 is just positioned at the hollow position of the hollow wallboard 9; in a normal state, namely when the temperature of gas in the hollow wallboard 9 is lower, the bimetallic strip 4 is in an initial state, and the rubber plug 5 on the bimetallic strip 4 blocks the radial vent hole 7; in an abnormal state, namely when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard 9 is increased, the bimetallic strip 4 is heated to deform, the rubber plug 5 on the bimetallic strip 4 does not block the radial vent hole 7 any more, and the gas in the hollow wallboard 9 is exhausted outwards through the radial vent hole 7 and the axial vent hole 6; when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wall plate 9 is reduced, the bimetallic strip 4 deforms again and returns to the initial state, and the gas in the hollow wall plate 9 stops exhausting outwards.
The invention realizes that when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard rises, the gas can be automatically exhausted outwards by utilizing the bolt; when the temperature of the gas in the hollow wallboard is reduced, the gas can be automatically stopped to exhaust by utilizing the bolts; and the special requirements of special fields on the bolt are met.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present patent, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the inventive concept, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present patent.
Claims (8)
1. A bolt with a thermosensitive element is characterized in that: the exhaust assembly comprises a groove arranged on the bolt screw, the groove extends along the length direction of the bolt screw, a radial exhaust hole is arranged at the inner bottom of the groove, and the groove is communicated with the axial exhaust hole through the radial exhaust hole; the inside both ends of recess are provided with the round pin axle respectively, are connected with the bimetallic strip between two round pin axles, the both ends of bimetallic strip rotate respectively to cup joint at two round pin axles, are provided with the rubber buffer that is used for the shutoff to go out the hole in the radial direction on the bimetallic strip that corresponds with radial exhaust hole.
2. The bolt with the heat-sensitive element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the exhaust assemblies are provided in two numbers, and the two exhaust assemblies are respectively located on two sides of the bolt screw.
3. A bolt with a heat sensitive element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vent assembly is provided in plurality, the vent assemblies being arranged circumferentially and uniformly on the bolt screw.
4. A bolt with a heat-sensitive element according to claim 1, wherein the bimetal is of an arc structure, and the inner bottom of the groove is an arc surface which is matched with the bimetal of the arc structure.
5. A bolt with a heat-sensitive element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rubber stopper is of cylindrical structure, and the diameter of the rubber stopper of cylindrical structure is greater than that of the radial vent hole.
6. A bolt with a heat-sensitive element as claimed in claim 1 or 5, wherein the top of the rubber stopper is of spherical structure.
7. A bolt with a heat-sensitive element as claimed in claim 1, wherein a connecting portion for engaging with an external member is formed at an end portion of the shank remote from the nut, the connecting portion having a diameter smaller than that of the shank, and a slope step structure is formed between the connecting portion and the shank.
8. A bolt with a heat-sensitive element according to claim 7, wherein the outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion is formed with a thread or a ring-shaped groove for engaging with an external member.
