In one embodiment, the bolt 1 is a socket head cap screw. Specifically, the inner hexagonal socket head cap screw is in the specification of M36 in GB/T70.1-2008 standard. The length of the bolt 1 can be selected according to the distance between the transfer screw sleeve 4 and the cold box bottom flange 8. The material of the socket head cap screw is A2-70. The bolt 1 is used to apply pressure to the washer assembly to secure the device.
In one embodiment, the inner diameters of the first washer 2, the second washer 5, and the third washer 3 are each slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt 1. The inner circumferences of the first, second, and third washers 2, 5, and 3 are in contact with the outer circumference of the bolt 1. The first, second and third washers 2, 5, 3 have the same inner diameter. At this time, a more precise connection structure can be better formed between the bolt 1 and the washer assembly composed of the first washer 2, the second washer 5 and the third washer 3.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the inner circumference of the first gasket 2 is provided with a cross-shaped groove 22. The length of the groove 22 of the first gasket 2 is determined according to the outer diameter of the second gasket 5. Specifically, in one embodiment, the length of the groove 22 is greater than the outer diameter of the second gasket 5. At this time, when the second gasket 5 is pressed toward the first gasket 2, the second gasket 5 acts on the first gasket 2, so that the first gasket 2 is depressed along the groove 22 and the second gasket 5 is fitted into the groove 22 of the first gasket 2.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the first gasket 2 is 4-6 mm. The material of the first gasket 2 is S30408. It is understood that the material of the first gasket 2 may be other materials, and the material of the first gasket 2 may be selected according to actual situations.

In one embodiment, the pressure washer is a washer having a cylindrical configuration. The pressure washer does not deform under the action of external force.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the third gasket 3 is 4-6 mm. The material of the third gasket 3 is S30408. It is understood that the material of the third gasket 3 may be other materials, and the material of the third gasket 3 may be selected according to actual situations.
In one embodiment, the inner diameter of the third washer 3 is the same as the inner diameter of the first washer 2 and the outer diameter of the third washer 3 is the same as the outer diameter of the first washer 2. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments the outer diameter of the third washer 3 may be different from the outer diameter of the first washer 2. The outer diameter of the third gasket is the same as that of the first gasket, so that the third gasket is convenient to manufacture, and the third gasket can be directly grooved to form the first gasket.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the fixing device further includes a transfer plate 7, the bottom of the transfer screw sleeve 4 is fixedly connected to the transfer plate 7, and the transfer plate 7 is fixedly connected to the structure to be fixed.
Referring to fig. 1, the cold box of an embodiment includes a cold box body, a heat exchanger 6 and a fixing device, the heat exchanger 6 is disposed in the cold box body, and the bottom of the cold box body is connected to the heat exchanger 6 through the fixing device.
The transfer plate 7 is fixedly connected with the heat exchanger 6. Specifically, the transfer plate 7 is fixedly connected with the heat exchanger 6, and one end of the transfer threaded sleeve 4 is fixedly connected with the transfer plate 7. Further, it is fixed with heat exchanger 6 that transport board 7 passes through the screw, transports the one end of swivel nut 4 and transports board 7 welded fastening, transports the other end of swivel nut 4 and passes through threaded connection with hexagon socket head cap screw and fix.
The flange 8 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the cold box.
