Abstract
本发明提供了一种竹粉淋膜纸,所述淋膜纸包括原纸和复合淋膜材料;所述复合淋膜材料包括淋膜层,所述淋膜层的制备成份包括竹粉和可降解塑料;所述可降解塑料的组成包括聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物。本发明利用竹粉和可降解塑料,包括聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物(PBAT)为主要原料经过共混、挤出或压制等过程成型制得的复合材料。通过这种方式制得到的材料淋膜防水防油,改善了竹材变异性以及强度低等缺点,具有吸水性小、易再生回收、耐腐蚀等优良特征,具有广泛的市场前途。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及淋膜纸领域,尤其涉及淋膜纸的生物降解技术。
背景技术
目前,生物降解塑料推广的最大障碍是价格较高、力学性能及热稳定性较差,可见,低成本化及高性能化是推动降解塑料广泛应用的关键所在。
而可降解改性高分子聚合物由于价格相对较低、用途十分广泛、加工性能,耐热性能及力学性能较好,迅速成为最具推广使用潜力的生物降解塑料 。
另一方面,发明人发现:竹粉资源丰富、价格低廉、同时具有可降解性及可再生性,用它来填充改性塑料,不但会降低材料成本,同时还可以保留材料的可降解性及力学性能,这是其他填充材料所无法比拟的。
需要指出的是中国是竹资源丰富的国家,国内有约 300 种竹材,占世界竹材种类的 25%。竹材产量高达每年 770多万吨,占世界总产量的 33%。因此,如何有效利用竹材资源将成为一个新兴课题。在各类植物纤维中,竹纤维具有明显的优势。与木材相比较,竹材材质细密、耐磨损、光滑坚硬、抗弯抗拉强度都很高,同时竹材的生长较快,比木材生长速度平均要快 10 倍左右,而价格却比木材要低,所以是一种较为优良的新材料。纤维素作为竹纤维的主要成分之一,其含量比木材的纤维素含量高 5% ~ 10%,并且具有更高的排列取向度以及更高的强度。竹材的木质素也与木材不同,能改善耐久性。竹材在力学性能上也有相当好的表现,它的强度高于一般木材 50% ~100%,强重比是中碳钢的 2~3 倍,是杉木的 1.5~2.5倍。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供了一种由以竹粉为原材料的生物降解塑料复合而成的淋膜纸,以具备低成本、生物降解,并同时又具有优异的防水性能、耐热性能及力学性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种竹粉淋膜纸,其特征在于:所述淋膜纸包括原纸和淋膜层,所述淋膜层的制备成份包括竹粉和可降解塑料;所述可降解塑料的组成包括聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物。
所述淋膜层的制备成份按重量百分比包括:聚乳酸15%-25%、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯15%-25%、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物35%-45%和竹粉15%-25%。
所述淋膜层的制备成份按重量百分比包括:聚乳酸20%、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯20%、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物40%和竹粉20%。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于:
本发明的可降解改性高分子聚合物复合淋膜材料利用竹粉和可降解塑料,包括聚乳酸(PLA) 、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯 (PBS) 、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物(PBAT) 为主要原料经过共混、挤出或压制等过程成型制得的复合材料。通过这种方式制得到的材料淋膜防水防油,改善了竹材变异性以及强度低等缺点,具有吸水性小、易再生回收、耐腐蚀等优良特征,具有广泛的市场前途。竹粉与塑料之间的相容性较木粉要好一些,并且竹塑复合材料表现出的拉伸强度要比木塑复合材料要高。
本发明所述的制备工艺随着加工时间的增加,可降解高分子聚合物的分子链逐渐向竹粉的孔隙中迁移,形成以竹粉粒子为物理交联点的缠结结构;随剪切作用的增强,体系网络结构的有序度增加,分子链运动受限,导致模量及黏度升高。 改性后材料弯曲强度和弯曲模量显著提,其生物降解速率明显大于未添加竹粉材料的降解速。
下面将结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种竹粉淋膜纸,所述淋膜纸包括原纸和淋膜层,所述淋膜层的制备成份包括竹粉和可降解塑料;所述可降解塑料的组成包括聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物。
所述淋膜层的制备成份按重量百分比包括:聚乳酸20%、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯20%、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物40%和竹粉20%。
本实施例中淋膜液所对应的竹塑复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)先把竹粉放入 100 ℃ 干燥箱中干燥 24 h;
2)然后把将三种可降解塑料粒子和竹粉放入密炼机中共混10 min,温度为 170 ℃;
3)然后将共混物粉碎,用注塑机注塑成粒子。
实施例2
如实施例1所述的一种竹粉淋膜纸,其中淋膜层还可以采用以下方案:
所述淋膜层的制备成份按重量百分比包括:聚乳酸15%%、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯25%、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物35%%和竹粉25%,其它原材料0%。
实施例3
如实施例1所述的一种竹粉淋膜纸,其中淋膜层还可以采用以下方案:
所述淋膜层的制备成份按重量百分比包括:聚乳酸25%、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯15%、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物45%和竹粉15%,其它原材料0%。
实施例4
如实施例1所述的一种竹粉淋膜纸,其中淋膜层还可以采用以下方案:
所述淋膜层的制备成份按重量百分比包括:聚乳酸15%%、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯15%%、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物35%和竹粉15%,其它原材料20%。
上述实施例中,以实施例1所记载方案制得淋膜纸的品质最佳,具体如下表所示:

1.一种竹粉淋膜纸,其特征在于:所述淋膜纸包括原纸和淋膜层,所述淋膜层的制备成份包括竹粉和可降解塑料;所述可降解塑料的组成包括聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种竹粉淋膜纸,其特征在于:所述淋膜层的制备成份按重量百分比包括:聚乳酸15%-25%、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯15%-25%、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物35%-45%和竹粉15%-25%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种竹粉淋膜纸,其特征在于:所述淋膜层的制备成份按重量百分比包括:聚乳酸20%、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯20%、与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物40%和竹粉20%。
