It will be appreciated that the stop 3 is spaced from the inner barrel 10 to ensure that rotation of the inner barrel 10 is not interfered with, whilst also avoiding wear of the stop 3 by rotation of the inner barrel 10.
As shown in fig. 8, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the stopper 3 is plural or one, and plural stoppers 3 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the front nozzle 1a, whereby the stopper effect of the stopper 3 can be improved. It can be understood that the plurality of stoppers 3 are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the front opening 1a, so as to effectively prevent the laundry in the inner tub 10 from entering the outer tub 1, and ensure the washing effect of the laundry. For example, as shown in fig. 8, there are two stoppers 3, and the two stoppers 3 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the front cylindrical opening 1a and symmetrically with respect to the diameter in the vertical direction of the front cylindrical opening 1 a.
As shown in fig. 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the projection of the stopper 3 is formed in a polygonal shape in a plane perpendicular to the rotation center line of the inner cylinder 10 (in a vertical plane where the front end surface or the rear end surface of the outer cylinder 1 is located), whereby the stopper angle and the stopper area of the stopper 3 can be increased, and a better stopper effect can be obtained.
As shown in fig. 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the stopper 3 is provided with a positioning hole 31, and the outer barrel 1 is provided with a positioning rib 111 engaged with the positioning hole 31 to pre-position the stopper 3, so that the difficulty of assembling the stopper 3 can be reduced, and the assembling efficiency of the stopper 3 can be improved. Specifically, when the stopper 3 is assembled with the outer barrel 1, the stopper 3 is pre-positioned by matching the positioning hole 31 with the positioning rib 111, and then the front baffle 2 is installed on the outer barrel 1, so that the stopper 3 is clamped between the front baffle 2 and the outer barrel 1, and the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the inner wall of the front nozzle 1a is provided with a fixing plate 11 extending toward a direction close to the center of the front nozzle 1a, and a front surface of the fixing plate 11 is provided with a positioning rib 111. Specifically, one end of the fixing plate 11 is fixed to the inner wall of the front barrel opening 1a, and the other end of the fixing plate 11 extends in a direction close to the central axis of the front barrel opening 1 a. A positioning rib 111 is provided on a surface of the fixing plate 11 on a side close to the front baffle 2, and the positioning hole 31 of the stopper 3 is engaged with the positioning rib 111, thereby positioning the stopper 3 on the outer tub 1 through the fixing plate 11. Optionally, the positioning hole 31 is in interference fit with the positioning rib 111, so that the fit structure between the stopper 3 and the fixing plate 11 is firmer, and the pre-positioning effect can be improved.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning rib 111 includes two sub-positioning ribs 111a, and the two sub-positioning ribs 111a are connected in a crossing manner. As shown in fig. 6, the positioning hole 31 also includes two sub-positioning holes 31, and the two sub-positioning holes 31 are also arranged to intersect. When the positioning rib 111 and the positioning hole 31 are assembled, the two sub-positioning ribs 111a can extend into the corresponding sub-positioning holes 31, so that relative rotation between the stop block 3 and the fixing plate 11 can be prevented, the matching structure of the stop block 3 and the fixing plate 11 is firmer, and the positioning effect is better. It should be noted that the structural design of the positioning rib 111 is not limited to this. For example, the positioning rib 111 may be formed in a triangular prism shape, and the positioning rib 111 may be formed in a polyhedral shape (for example, a rectangular parallelepiped shape).
Alternatively, a plurality of positioning ribs 111 are provided on the fixing plate 11, and the plurality of positioning ribs 111 are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the fixing plate 11. The stopper 3 is provided with positioning holes 31 corresponding to the plurality of positioning ribs 111 one by one, and each positioning rib 111 can extend into the corresponding positioning hole 31. Therefore, multipoint connection can be achieved between the stop block 3 and the fixing plate 11, and the positioning effect between the stop block 3 and the fixing plate 11 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the front baffle 2 and the tub 1 are hermetically connected by the first sealing ring 9, so that the fitting structure between the front baffle 2 and the tub 1 can be more compact, and the sealing effect of the laundry treating apparatus 100 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, a receiving groove 12 is formed on a front side wall of the outer cylinder 1, the receiving groove 12 is disposed around the front cylinder opening 1a, the first sealing ring 9 is disposed in the receiving groove 12, an annular rib 23 protruding backward is disposed on the front baffle 2, and the annular rib 23 abuts against the first sealing ring 9, so that, by the above arrangement, the receiving groove 12 facilitates the positioning of the first sealing ring 9, and the annular rib 23 abuts against the first sealing ring 9 to make a fitting structure between the front baffle 2 and the outer cylinder 1 tighter.
Alternatively, the compression of the first sealing ring 9 is ≧ 20%. It will be appreciated that the first sealing ring 9 may be an elastomeric or flexible material piece. When the annular rib 23 stops against the first sealing ring 9, the first sealing ring 9 is deformed by force, and the compression amount of the first sealing ring 9 is the deformation amount generated by the overall force of the first sealing ring 9. When the compression amount of the first seal ring 9 is too small, the force of the annular bead 23 acting on the first seal ring 9 is too small, thereby affecting the fitting tightness between the front bezel 2 and the outer cylinder 1. The compression amount of the first sealing ring 9 is controlled to be more than or equal to 20%, the compressed part of the first sealing ring 9 can be firmly abutted to the annular convex rib 23 under the action of elastic force, so that the annular bulge and the first sealing ring 9 can be matched more tightly, and the sealing effect between the front baffle 2 and the outer barrel 1 can be ensured.
