For example, as shown in fig. 4, two stoppers 2 are provided on the bottom of the second plate 12, the two stoppers 2 are symmetrically provided with respect to a vertical plane passing through the central axis of the second plate 12, the number of the water pipes 5 is two, and the two water pipes 5 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with and communicate with the two stoppers 2. This is advantageous in that the washing effect on the inner peripheral wall of the connecting ring 1 and/or the laundry in the inner tub can be improved.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the connector ring assembly 10 further includes a multi-way valve 6, the multi-way valve 6 having an inlet 61 and a plurality of outlets connected in one-to-one correspondence with the inlets of the plurality of water pipes 5. For example, as shown, the multi-way valve 6 may be three-way, the multi-way valve 6 having an inlet 61 and two outlets connected in one-to-one correspondence with the inlets of the two water pipes 5. It will be appreciated that the inlet 61 of the multi-way valve 6 may be in communication with the inlet 61 of the laundry treating apparatus 100, and when the inlet 61 of the multi-way valve 6 is supplied with water via the inlet pipe, each water pipe 5 may supply water to the corresponding stopper 2, respectively, and spray the water to the inner wall of the connection ring 1 via the spray hole 22, thereby realizing spray washing of the inner wall of the connection ring 1, with simple structure and convenient control.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the water pipe 5 is located on the outer circumferential wall of the connection ring 1 and extends in the circumferential direction of the connection ring 1. Thereby, the space in the washing chamber of the laundry treating apparatus 100 is not occupied, and the installation of the water pipe 5 is facilitated, which is advantageous in ensuring the reliability of the operation of the water pipe 5.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, two water pipes 5 are each located on the outer peripheral wall of the second plate 12 and extend in the circumferential direction of the second plate 12, a multi-way valve 6 is located on top of the outer peripheral wall of the connection ring 1, and two outlets of the multi-way valve 6 are connected to inlets of the two water pipes 5 in one-to-one correspondence, respectively.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, a plurality of positioning buckles (not shown) are provided on the outer circumferential wall of the connection ring 1, and the plurality of positioning buckles are arranged along the circumferential direction of the connection ring 1 and engaged with the water pipe 5. Thereby, reliable positioning of the water pipe 5 can be realized, which is beneficial to ensuring that the water pipe 5 reliably supplies water to the stop block 2, thereby providing the reliability of the operation of the connecting ring assembly 10. Alternatively, the positioning buckle may be connected to the outer circumferential wall of the connection ring 1 by welding or bonding.
Further, each positioning buckle comprises elastic buckles oppositely arranged along the axial direction of the connecting ring 1, and a part of the water pipe 5 is clamped between two adjacent elastic buckles. Thereby realizing reliable fixing of the water pipe 5 and being beneficial to preventing the water pipe 5 from loosening.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, a surrounding wall of the connection ring 1 is provided with a relief hole (not shown), the stopper 2 is provided with a connection post (not shown), the connection post is formed with a communication channel communicating with the receiving cavity, and the connection post passes through the relief hole to be connected with the water pipe 5. From this, through making the spliced pole pass dodge the hole and link to each other with water pipe 5 to be convenient for realize the holding chamber intercommunication of water pipe 5 and dog 2, simple structure, it is convenient to connect.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, a sealing ring 4 may also be disposed between the stop block 2 and the connection ring 1, where the sealing ring 4 is disposed around the avoidance hole, so that sealing at the mating position of the stop block 2 and the connection ring 1 may be achieved, thereby being beneficial to preventing wash water from flowing through a gap between the stop block 2 and the connection ring 1 to the avoidance hole, being beneficial to avoiding wash water flowing out through the avoidance hole from damaging other components in the laundry treatment apparatus 100, and being beneficial to ensuring the reliability of the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the peripheral wall of the connection ring 1 is provided with avoidance holes and through holes 121 which are arranged at intervals, the stop block 2 is provided with connection columns and fixing columns 21 which are arranged at intervals, the connection columns are formed with communication channels communicated with the accommodating cavity, the connection columns pass through the avoidance holes to be connected with the water pipe 5, meanwhile, the fixing columns 21 pass through the through holes 121, the connection piece 3 is positioned at the peripheral wall of the connection ring 1, the connection piece 3 is provided with fastening holes 31 which are opposite to the through holes 121, and the fastening pieces pass through the fastening holes 31 and the fixing columns 21 to be connected in a threaded manner. Therefore, the baffle block 2 is convenient to connect with the water pipe 5, the baffle block 2 is convenient to fix to the connecting ring 1, and the structure is simple and the cost is low.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the peripheral wall of the connection ring 1 is provided with a through hole 121, the stopper 2 is provided with a fixing post 21, the fixing post 21 passes through the through hole 121, and the connection ring assembly 10 includes: the connecting piece 3 and fastener, connecting piece 3 are located the periphery wall department of go-between 1, connecting piece 3 has the fastening hole 31 just right with through hole 121, the fastener passes fastening hole 31 and fixed column 21 threaded connection, be formed with the conduction passageway on the fastener, conduction passageway and holding chamber intercommunication, the export and the fastener conduction passageway intercommunication of water pipe 5, therefore, the fastener not only plays fixed dog 2 and connecting piece 3's effect, still be formed with the export and the holding chamber of conduction passageway in order to communicate water pipe 5 on the fastener simultaneously, compact structure, convenient assembling.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: the outer tub 20, the coupling ring assembly 10 and the door assembly 30 according to the above-described embodiments of the present invention.
Specifically, the coupling ring 1 is provided on the outer tube 20 and around the front nozzle 201, and the door assembly 30 is movably provided on the outer tube 20 or the coupling ring 1 to open or close the front nozzle 201, and the coupling ring 1 abuts against the door assembly 30 in a state where the door assembly 30 is closed.
According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the connecting ring assembly 10 according to the embodiment of the invention, in the working process of the clothes treatment device 100, the stop block 2 can prevent foreign matters such as coins, buttons and the like from entering the gap between the rear edge 111 of the connecting ring assembly 10 and the inner cylinder, so that the foreign matters are prevented from falling between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder 20, the problem of abnormal sound of the clothes treatment device 100 is solved, the drain pump of the clothes treatment device 100 is prevented from being blocked, meanwhile, water sprayed out of the spray holes 22 of the stop block 2 can spray and wash the inner wall of the connecting ring 1, dirt accumulation on the inner wall of the connecting ring 1 is avoided, and in addition, the connecting ring 1 is a non-flexible piece, the effective sealing time can be prolonged to improve the sealing effect, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In some examples, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes an tub 20, an inner tub (not shown), and a door assembly 30.
Specifically, the outer tube 20 has a front nozzle 201, the inner tube is disposed in the outer tube cavity of the outer tube 20, the coupling ring 1 is disposed on the outer tube 20 and around the front nozzle 201, and the door assembly 30 is movably disposed on the outer tube 20 or the coupling ring 1 to open or close the front nozzle 201, that is, the door assembly 30 may be disposed on the outer tube 20 or on the coupling ring 1. Specifically, the outer tube 20 defines an outer tube cavity, a front tube opening 201 communicating with the outer tube cavity is provided on a front side wall of the outer tube 20, the inner tube is provided in the outer tube cavity, and an outer peripheral wall of the inner tube and an inner peripheral wall of the outer tube 20 are provided at an interval. Thus, when the laundry treating apparatus 100 is required to be made, the door assembly 30 may be opened first, so that laundry is conveniently placed into the inner tub through the front drum opening 201, and then the front drum opening 201 is closed by the door assembly 30, so that the laundry treating apparatus 100 can be operated normally; after the laundry treatment is completed, the door assembly 30 can be opened to facilitate the removal of the laundry from the drum through the front drum opening 201. When the laundry treating apparatus 100 is not required to be used, the opened state of the door assembly 30 may be maintained or the front nozzle 201 may be closed with the door assembly 30 according to the use habit of the user.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the door assembly 30 includes a door glass 301, a door inner ring 302, a door outer ring 303, and a flexible seal ring 304, the door inner ring 302 being located on the rear side of the door outer ring 303, i.e., the side close to the outer cylinder 20. The outer peripheral edge of the door glass 301 is clamped between the door inner ring 302 and the door outer ring 303, the flexible seal ring 304 is sleeved on the outer peripheral wall of the door glass 301 and seals the gap between the door inner ring 302 and the door glass 301, and the connecting ring 1 abuts against the flexible seal ring 304 to close the front nozzle 201 in the state that the door assembly 30 is closed, that is, in the state that the door assembly is completely closed.
In the closed state of the front nozzle 201 before the door assembly 30 is closed, the flexible sealing ring 304 is in sealing contact with the connecting ring 1, and the purpose of closing the front nozzle 201 can be achieved through the sealing contact between the flexible sealing ring 304 and the connecting ring 1, and on the other hand, a good sealing effect can be achieved.
Generally, a door gasket is provided on a body of a laundry treatment apparatus in the market, such as a drum washing machine, and the door gasket cooperates with a door assembly to achieve a sealing purpose. The door sealing ring is mostly made of rubber. After long-term use of laundry treatment apparatuses such as drum washing machines, door seals are prone to blackening, fouling, mold and other defects. These drawbacks can lead to a very poor user experience for the user.
According to the laundry treatment apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting ring 1 is disposed on the outer cylinder 20, such that the connecting ring 1 is disposed around the front cylinder opening 201, and meanwhile, the flexible sealing ring 304 is disposed in the door assembly 30, such that the flexible sealing ring 304 seals a gap between the door inner ring 302 and the door glass 301, and seals and abuts against the connecting ring 1 in a state where the door assembly 30 is closed, so that a problem of poor sealing is effectively solved, a problem of water leakage or air leakage of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 is avoided, and meanwhile, a problem of poor appearance due to defects such as blackening, scale deposition, mold and the like of the flexible sealing ring 304 is avoided at least to some extent, which is beneficial to improving a use experience of a user to at least some extent.
Other constructions and operations of the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A coupling ring assembly of a laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
the connecting ring is a non-flexible piece;
the stop block is arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the connecting ring, part of the stop block backwards exceeds the rear edge of the connecting ring, a containing cavity is formed in the stop block, and a spray hole communicated with the containing cavity is formed in the stop block;
the water pipe is arranged on the connecting ring, and the outlet of the water pipe is communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the connecting ring is characterized in that a through hole is formed in the peripheral wall of the connecting ring, a fixed column is arranged on the stop block, and the fixed column penetrates through the through hole.
2. The coupling ring assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the stopper is plural, and plural stoppers are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction of the coupling ring.
3. The connecting ring assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the water pipe is plural, and plural water pipes are provided in one-to-one correspondence with and communicate with plural stoppers.
4. A coupling ring assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising a multi-way valve having an inlet and a plurality of outlets connected in one-to-one correspondence with inlets of the plurality of water pipes.
5. The coupling ring assembly of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the water pipe is located on an outer peripheral wall of the coupling ring and extends in a circumferential direction of the coupling ring.
6. The connecting ring assembly of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of positioning buckles are provided on an outer peripheral wall of the connecting ring, the plurality of positioning buckles being arranged along a circumferential direction of the connecting ring and engaged with the water pipe.
7. The connection ring assembly of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 6, wherein each of the positioning buckles comprises elastic buckles disposed opposite to each other in an axial direction of the connection ring, and a portion of the water pipe is clamped between two adjacent elastic buckles.
8. The connecting ring assembly of clothes treating apparatus of claim 5 wherein the peripheral wall of the connecting ring is provided with a relief hole, the stopper is provided with a connecting post, the connecting post is formed with a communication channel communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the connecting post passes through the relief hole and is connected with the water pipe.
9. The coupling ring assembly of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the coupling ring assembly comprises: the connecting piece is located at the peripheral wall of the connecting ring, the connecting piece is provided with a fastening hole opposite to the through hole, and the fastening piece penetrates through the fastening hole and is in threaded connection with the fixing column.
10. A laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
an outer barrel having a front barrel opening;
the coupling ring assembly of any one of claims 1-9, the coupling ring being disposed on the outer barrel and around the front barrel port;
the door assembly is movably arranged on the outer cylinder or the connecting ring so as to open or close the front cylinder opening, and the connecting ring is abutted with the door assembly in the state that the door assembly is closed.
