Therefore, the two-stage sealing matching relation between the connecting ring 70 and the flexible sealing ring 107 can be realized, the reliability of sealing matching between the flexible sealing ring 107 and the connecting ring 70 is improved, the problem of poor sealing is further effectively solved, the problem of water leakage or air leakage of the clothes treatment equipment 1 is avoided, and the use experience of a user is further improved.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 11, the coupling ring 70 includes a first plate 701, a second plate 702, and a beading plate 703, the first plate 701 extends in a ring shape in a circumferential direction of the front nozzle 201 and is coupled to the outer cylinder 20, one end of the second plate 702 is coupled to an inner circumferential wall of the first plate 701 and the second plate 702 extends forward, the beading plate 703 is coupled to a front end of the second plate 702 and surrounds the second plate 702, and in a closed state of the door assembly 10, referring to fig. 16, the first leg 10721 abuts the second plate 702 and the second leg 10722 abuts the beading plate 703.

In the process of matching the connecting ring 70 with the flexible sealing ring 107, a possible deformation process of the flexible sealing ring 107 is as follows:
15-16, during the gradual movement of the door assembly 10 from the open condition to the closed condition, the raised edge panel 703 first contacts the second leg 10722, and the force of the raised edge panel 703 against the second leg 10722 causes the second leg 10722 to deform and gradually deform obliquely forward in a direction away from the outer barrel 20, the second leg 10722 bearing against the top piece 10712, thereby causing inward collapsing deformation of the flexible seal 107; therefore, the abutting bead 10711 is provided at the front end of the flexible seal ring 107, which reduces the intrusion of the deformation space and reduces the opening/closing resistance of the door assembly.
According to some alternative embodiments of the invention, the second flexible segment 1073 is formed in a bent shape. Specifically, one end of the second flexible section 1073 is connected to one end, i.e., the front end, of the body 1071 far away from the outer cylinder 20, the other end of the second flexible section 1073 extends in a direction far away from the central axis of the body 1071 and then is close to the outer cylinder 20, i.e., is bent backward, the second flexible section 1073 and the body 1071 define a positioning groove 1074, and a protruding portion at the inner peripheral edge of the door inner ring 105 is clamped in the positioning groove 1074. Therefore, the mounting reliability of the flexible sealing ring 107 and the door inner ring 105 is improved, and meanwhile, as a part of the flexible sealing ring 107 is hidden between the door inner ring 105 and the door glass 104, the problem of poor appearance caused by the defects of blackening, scale deposition, mould and the like of the flexible sealing ring 107 is avoided at least to a certain extent, and the use experience of a user is improved at least to a certain extent.
In some specific examples of the present invention, the protruding portion of the inner peripheral edge of the door inner ring 105 is clamped in the clamping groove 1074, the top block 10712 is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the body 1071, the top block 10712 is located at the rear side of the second flexible section 1073, and the rear surface of the door inner ring 105 abuts against the front surface of the top block 10712. Thereby, it is advantageous to further improve the reliability of the installation of the flexible seal ring 107 with the door inner ring 105.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, the abutment rib 10731 is provided on the front surface of the radially extending portion of the second flexible segment 1073, the front end of the abutment rib 10731 abutting the rear surface of the annular collar 1042. Thereby, the method is used for the treatment of the heart disease. The sealing device is beneficial to further improving the reliability of sealing fit between the flexible sealing ring 107 and the door glass 104, further effectively solving the problem of poor sealing, avoiding the problem of water leakage or air leakage of the clothes treatment equipment 1 and further improving the use experience of users. Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, since the abutment ribs 10711 are only provided as a single piece, in order to improve the sealing effect, the abutment ribs 10731 are provided on the front surface of the second flexible section 1073, and the setting position of the abutment ribs 10731 does not affect the deformation space of the flexible sealing ring, and meanwhile, the abutment ribs 10731 and the abutment ribs 10711 are mutually matched, so as to realize multiple sealing between the flexible sealing ring 107 and the door body assembly 10, thereby ensuring the sealing effect without affecting the opening and closing process of the door body assembly 10.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, the stop bead 10731 is integrally formed with the second flexible segment 1073. Therefore, the structure of the integral piece not only can ensure the structure and performance stability of the stop rib 10731 and the second flexible section 1073, but also is convenient to form and manufacture, redundant assembly parts and connecting procedures are omitted, the assembly efficiency of the stop rib 10731 and the second flexible section 1073 is greatly improved, the connection reliability of the stop rib 10731 and the second flexible section 1073 is ensured, and moreover, the integral strength and stability of the integrally formed structure are higher, the assembly is more convenient, and the service life is longer.
According to some alternative specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the door assembly 10 includes an annular pressure plate 109, the pressure plate 109 and the door inner ring 105 being respectively provided at both sides of the annular flange 1042, the pressure plate 109 and the door inner ring 105 being fastened by fasteners such as screws. Thereby, the reliability of the fit between the door inner ring 105, the second flexible section 1073, the annular flange 1042 and the pressure plate 109 is facilitated to be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the door assembly 10 is rotatably coupled to the outer tub 20 or the coupling ring 70 by the hinge 30 to open or close the front tub opening 201. As shown in fig. 4, the door lock 40 of the laundry treating apparatus 1 is mounted on the front side wall or the connection ring 70 of the outer tub 20, such as the first plate 701 described above, the door lock 40 is disposed opposite to the hinge 30 in the radial direction of the front tub mouth 201, and as shown in connection with fig. 6 and 7, the door assembly 10 has the locking portion 102, and in the fully closed state of the door assembly 10, the locking portion 102 is engaged with the door lock 40. Thus, in the fully closed state, the door lock 40 cooperates with the locking portion 102 and the hinge 30 to limit the axial movement of the door assembly 10 relative to the outer tub 20, which is advantageous for improving the reliable sealing of the door assembly 10 against the front tub opening 201, thereby ensuring the operational reliability of the laundry treating apparatus 1.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7 and 9, the door assembly 10 is provided with a first positioning portion 101, and the hinge 30 is provided with a second positioning portion 301, and the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 cooperate in the process that the door assembly 10 faces the front nozzle 201 to be closed.
Specifically, the door assembly 10 has a fully open state in which the door assembly 10 fully opens the front nozzle 201 such that the entire front nozzle 201 is exposed, and a fully closed state in which the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 may be in a fully disengaged state; in the fully closed state, the door assembly 10 fully closes the front nozzle 201 to block the front nozzle 201, and at this time, the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 are engaged, so that when the door assembly 10 is in the fully closed state, the engagement of the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 can improve the reliability of the engagement of the door assembly 10 and the outer cylinder 20, and in the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus 1, the shaking of the door assembly 10 can be suppressed, and the problem of vibration noise can be reduced.
Further, since the pivot shaft of the door assembly 10 is located at the hinge 30, and meanwhile, since the second positioning portion 301 is disposed on the hinge 30, the second positioning portion 301 is closer to the hinge 30, in the process of the door assembly 10 from the fully opened state to the fully closed state, the first positioning portion 101 is engaged with the second positioning portion 301 before the door lock 40 is engaged with the locking portion 102, that is, the engagement of the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 is prior to the engagement of the door lock 40 with the locking portion 102, so that in this process, the engagement of the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 is beneficial to ensure the alignment accuracy between the door lock 40 and the locking portion 102, at least to some extent, and further ensure the alignment accuracy between the door assembly 10 and the outer cylinder 20.
It will be appreciated therein that during the transition of the door assembly 10 from the fully closed condition to the fully open condition, the first detent 101 is disengaged from the second detent 301 after the door lock 40 is disengaged from the locking portion 102, i.e., the disengagement of the first detent 101 and the second detent 301 is later than the disengagement of the door lock 40 from the locking portion 102.
In the related art, since the door assembly 10 is hinged to the outer tub 20 through the hinge 30 at one side, there is a problem in that the door assembly 10 is inaccurately aligned with the outer tub 20 when the door assembly 10 is closed because the door assembly 10 sags to some extent due to the gravity in the opened state of the door assembly 10.
In view of this, according to the laundry treating apparatus 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the first positioning portion 101 on the door assembly 10 and the second positioning portion 301 on the hinge 30, the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 cooperate in the process of closing the front nozzle 201 of the door assembly 10, thereby facilitating to ensure the alignment accuracy between the door lock 40 and the locking portion 102, and thus the alignment accuracy between the door assembly 10 and the outer tub 20, at least to some extent. In addition, in the fully closed state, the door assembly 10 fully closes the front nozzle 201 to block the front nozzle 201, and at this time, the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 are engaged, so that when the door assembly 10 is in the fully closed state, the engagement of the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 can improve the reliability of the engagement of the door assembly 10 and the outer tub 20, and in addition, during the operation of the laundry treating apparatus 1, the relative shaking between the door assembly 10 and the outer tub 20 can be suppressed, and the problem of vibration noise can be reduced.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 6-7 and 9, a positioning notch is provided at one side of the hinge 30 adjacent to the central axis of the front nozzle 201, the positioning notch defining a second positioning portion 301, the positioning notch having an insertion opening 3013 provided adjacent to the central axis of the front nozzle 201, the first positioning portion 101 being a boss formed on the door assembly 10, the boss being provided on an inner surface of the door assembly 10, the boss being engaged with the positioning notch through the insertion opening 3013, or the boss being disengaged from the boss through the insertion opening 3013. Therefore, the structure is simple, and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.
Specifically, the boss may be formed on an inner surface of the door inner ring 105 facing the outer cylinder 20. Therefore, the structure is simple, and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.
Alternatively, the door inner ring 105 and the boss may be one piece. Therefore, the structure of the integral part not only can ensure the structure and performance stability of the door inner ring 105 and the convex column, but also is convenient to form and simple to manufacture, and omits redundant assembly parts and connecting procedures, so that the assembly efficiency of the door inner ring 105 and the convex column is greatly improved, the reliability of the connection of the door inner ring 105 and the convex column is ensured, and moreover, the integral strength and stability of the integrally formed structure are higher, the assembly is more convenient, and the service life is longer.
As some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the hinge 30 may be a metal piece. Accordingly, the hinge 30 made of metal has higher structural strength, so that the reliability of the connection between the door assembly 10 and the outer tub 20 is improved when the hinge 30 connects the outer tub 20 and the door assembly 10.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, the positioning notch has opposing first and second sidewalls 3011, 3012, with an insertion opening 3013 defined between an end of the first sidewall 3011 adjacent the central axis of the front nozzle 201 and an end of the second sidewall 3012 adjacent the central axis of the front nozzle 201, the first and second sidewalls 3011, 3012 being inclined away from each other in a direction toward the central axis of the front nozzle 201. Thus, in the direction toward the central axis of the front nozzle 201, by inclining the first side wall 3011 and the second side wall 3012 in the direction away from each other, guiding can be performed, which is advantageous in ensuring that the stud smoothly enters the positioning notch.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 are respectively plural, and the plural first positioning portions 101 and the plural second positioning portions 301 are in one-to-one correspondence. For example, the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 are three, four, five, or six, respectively. Therefore, in the process that the door assembly 10 faces to the front cylinder opening 201, the first positioning part 101 and the second positioning part 301 which are in one-to-one correspondence are arranged, so that in the process, the matching of the first positioning part 101 and the second positioning part 301 is beneficial to further ensuring the alignment accuracy between the door lock 40 and the locking part 102, and further ensuring the alignment accuracy between the door assembly 10 and the outer cylinder 20.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of first positioning portions 101 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the front nozzle 201, and therefore the plurality of second positioning portions 301 are also arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the front nozzle 201 and correspond to the plurality of first positioning portions 101 one by one. For example, the plurality of first positioning portions 101 are arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the front nozzle 201. Thus, the cooperation of the first positioning portion 101 and the second positioning portion 301 is beneficial to further ensure the alignment accuracy between the door lock 40 and the locking portion 102, and further ensure the alignment accuracy between the door assembly 10 and the outer cylinder 20.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the laundry treating apparatus 1 includes a first connection plate 50, the first connection plate 50 being disposed at a front side of a first plate 701 and connected with the outer tub 20, the first connection plate 50 being disposed opposite to the hinge 30 in a radial direction. By providing the first connecting plate 50, the structural strength of the outer tube 20 is improved by the reinforcing action of the first connecting plate 50.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the laundry treating apparatus 1 includes a second connection plate 60, the second connection plate 60 being disposed at a front side of the first plate 701 and being connected to the outer tub 20, the second connection plate 60 being disposed opposite to the first connection plate 50 in a radial direction of the front tub mouth 201, the hinge 30 being mounted on the second connection plate 60, that is, the hinge 30 being mounted at a side of the second connection plate 60 facing away from the outer tub 20, that is, a front side, whereby by providing the second connection plate 60, on one hand, a reinforcing effect of the second connection plate 60 can be utilized to enhance a structural strength of the outer tub 20, and on the other hand, an installation location of the hinge 30 can be facilitated.
As some alternative embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the first connection plate 50 and the second connection plate 60 is a metal piece. That is, the first connection plate 50 is a metal piece, or the second connection plate 60 is a metal piece, or both the first connection plate 50 and the second connection plate 60 are metal pieces. Therefore, the structural strength of the metal material is higher, so that the service life is prolonged more favorably.
According to some further embodiments of the present invention, the first connection plate 50 and the second connection plate 60 are each metal pieces. Thereby, the structural strength of the first and second connection plates 50 and 60 is facilitated to be improved, and the service lives of the first and second connection plates 50 and 60 can be improved.
In some specific examples, the first connection plate 50 and the second connection plate 60 are each stainless steel pieces. It can be appreciated that the mechanical performance of the stainless steel material is better, the first connecting plate 50 and the second connecting plate 60 can be made thinner on the premise of meeting the structural firmness of the first connecting plate 50 and the second connecting plate 60, the first connecting plate 50 and the second connecting plate 60 can be conveniently installed and fixed, the assembly space can be saved, the whole structure of the clothes treating apparatus 1 is more compact, and meanwhile, the first connecting plate 50 and the second connecting plate 60 which are made of the stainless steel material have good corrosion resistance and higher reliability in use. It should be understood that the material of the first connection plate 50 and the second connection plate 60 is not limited to one stainless steel material, for example, the first connection plate 50 and the second connection plate 60 may be hard plastic members.
In some examples, the first connection plate 50 is connected to the outer tub 20 by screws. Thereby, the disassembly and the assembly are facilitated, thereby facilitating the maintenance and the replacement of the first connecting plate 50, and the reliability of the screw connection is higher than that in the manner of adopting the clamping.
In some examples, the second connection plate 60 is connected to the outer tub 20 by screws. Thereby, the disassembly and the assembly are facilitated, thereby facilitating the maintenance and the replacement of the second connecting plate 60, and the reliability of the screw connection is higher than that in the manner of adopting the clamping.
According to some specific examples of the invention, the coupling ring 70 is removably disposed with the outer barrel 20. Specifically, the connection ring 70 is connected to the outer cylinder 20 by screws. Thereby facilitating disassembly and assembly, and thus facilitating maintenance and replacement of the connection ring 70.
Optionally, the connection ring 70 is a steel ring. Thus, the cost is low and the strength is high.

It will of course be appreciated that the coupling ring 70 is not limited to one of stainless steel materials, for example, the coupling ring 70 may also be a rigid plastic piece.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the outer cylinder 20 is hermetically connected to the connection ring 70 through a sealing ring (not shown), so that the matching structure between the connection ring 70 and the outer cylinder 20 can be more compact, and the sealing effect between the outer cylinder 20 and the connection ring 70 can be improved.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, the sealing ring is a rubber or silicone member. Thus, not only a good sealing effect can be ensured, but also the cost is low.
As some alternative embodiments of the present invention, a receiving groove (not shown) is provided on the front sidewall of the outer cylinder 20, the receiving groove extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the front nozzle 201 and is disposed around the front nozzle 201, and the sealing ring is interference fit in the receiving groove. Therefore, the positioning effect on the sealing ring is improved, the deviation or displacement of the sealing ring in the long-term use process is avoided, and the sealing effect is further ensured.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the first connecting plate 50 is provided with a positioning hole 202 and the door lock 40, and the door assembly 10 is provided with a protrusion 103, and in the fully closed state of the door assembly 10, the positioning hole 202 is engaged with the protrusion 103. Therefore, on the one hand, on the basis of utilizing the matching of the door lock 40 and the locking part 102, the matching of the positioning hole 202 and the protruding part 103 is further utilized, so that the axial movement of the door assembly 10 relative to the outer cylinder 20 can be further limited, on the other hand, on the basis of utilizing the matching of the first positioning part 101 and the second positioning part 301 and the matching of the door lock 40 and the locking part 102, the matching of the positioning hole 202 and the protruding part 103 is further utilized, the position of the door assembly 10 can be further limited in the radial direction, so that the matching reliability of the door assembly 10 and the outer cylinder 20 is improved, the reliability of the clothes treatment equipment 1 during working is further ensured, the relative shaking problem between the door assembly 10 and the outer cylinder 20 during the working process of the clothes treatment equipment 1 can be avoided, the purpose of shock absorption can be effectively realized, and the noise is reduced.
According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the door lock 40 is fixed to the first connection plate 50 by a screw, that is, the door lock 40 is connected to the first connection plate 50 by a screw. Thereby, the door lock 40 is convenient to disassemble and assemble, thereby being convenient for the maintenance and replacement of the door lock 40, and compared with the mode of adopting clamping, the reliability of screw connection is higher, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the clothes treatment equipment 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a pin sleeve is provided on the first connecting plate 50, the pin sleeve defining the locating hole 202.

Alternatively, the pin bush is detachably provided on the first connection plate 50. For example, the pin bush is clamped on the first connecting plate 50 through a clamping structure. Therefore, the pin bush is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and is convenient to maintain and replace.
Specifically, a buckle is arranged on one of the pin sleeve and the first connecting plate 50, a clamping groove matched with the buckle is arranged on the other of the pin sleeve and the first connecting plate 50, and the pin sleeve and the first connecting plate 50 are detachably arranged through matching of the buckle and the clamping groove.
In some specific examples, the first connecting plate 50 is provided with a clamping groove, and the pin sleeve is provided with a buckle, and the buckle and the pin sleeve are integrated. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the laundry treating apparatus 1 includes an annular decorative plate 80, the decorative plate 80 being located at a rear side of the hinge 30 and covering the first and second connection plates 50 and 60, and the decorative plate 80 being provided with a first escape hole for escaping the door lock 40, a second escape hole for escaping the positioning hole 202, and a third escape hole for escaping a connection screw between the hinge 30 and the second connection plate 60. Thus, by providing the decorative plate 80, it is advantageous to improve the external appearance of the laundry treating apparatus 1.
