Therefore, by arranging the movable connecting shaft 212, the elastic element 62 can move towards the direction of the open hole 214 by constantly driving the connecting shaft 212, and further, the trigger element 61 is driven to move by the movement of the connecting shaft 212, when the trigger element 61 is pressed to move, the elastic element 62 can be compressed by the movement of the connecting shaft 212, and the movable arrangement of the connecting shaft 212 can ensure the reliability of the operation of the locking component.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, the body portion 211 includes a fixing portion 2111, a pressing plate 2112, and a sleeve 2113, an outer circumferential wall of the fixing portion 2111 being connected to an inner circumferential wall of the roll brush 2, the pressing plate 2112 being provided on a side of the fixing portion 2111 facing the open opening 214, the sleeve 2113 being located on a side of the pressing plate 2112 away from the fixing portion 2111 and connected to the fixing portion 2111, and the sleeve 2113 cooperating with the pressing plate 2112 to define a movement chamber 2114. Specifically, for example, the mounting portion 21 includes a body portion 211 and a connecting shaft 212, the body portion 211 includes a fixing portion 2111, a pressing plate 2112 and a sleeve 2113, an outer peripheral wall of the fixing portion 2111 is connected to an inner peripheral wall of the roller brush 2, the pressing plate 2112 is disposed on a right side of the fixing portion 2111, the sleeve 2113 is disposed on a right side of the pressing plate 2112, the sleeve 2113 cooperates with the pressing plate 2112 to define a moving cavity 2114, a left end of the connecting shaft 212 penetrates through the pressing plate 2112, a right end of the connecting shaft 212 penetrates through a right end surface of the sleeve 2113 to cooperate with the second bearing 7, the elastic member 62 is disposed in the moving cavity 2114, a ring-shaped limiting rib 2121 is disposed on a portion of the connecting shaft 212 located in the moving cavity 2114, and two ends of the elastic member 62 respectively abut against a left side wall of the limiting rib 2121 and a right side wall of the pressing plate 2112. Thus, the structure is simple. It is understood that the elastic element 62 may be sleeved on the connecting shaft 212, and of course, the elastic element 62 may not be sleeved on the connecting shaft 212.
In some embodiments of the invention, the pressure plate 2112, the sleeve 2113 and the fixation portion 2111 are removably attached. For example, the pressure plate 2112, the sleeve 2113 and the fixing portion 2111 are respectively connected by a snap structure, specifically, the pressure plate 2112 is provided with a first snap portion and a second snap portion, the fixing portion 2111 is provided with a second snap portion engaged with the first snap portion, and the sleeve 2113 is provided with a third snap portion engaged with the second snap portion. For another example, the pressing plate 2112, the sleeve 2113 and the fixing portion 2111 are connected by a fastener, specifically, the pressing plate 2112 is provided with a first threaded hole, the sleeve 2113 is provided with a first second threaded hole, the fixing portion 2111 is provided with a third threaded hole, and the fastener penetrates through the first threaded hole to the third threaded hole. Therefore, the processing and the installation are convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic member 62 is a spring, or other elastic material, such as rubber, silicone. Therefore, the elasticity is good, and the reliability is high.
In some embodiments of the invention, the coupling member 3 comprises a drive motor for driving the rotation of the roller brush 2. Therefore, the connecting part 3 comprises the driving motor for driving the rolling brush 2 to rotate, the problems of complex structure and high cost caused by additionally arranging the driving motor are avoided, the structure is simplified, and the compactness of the structure of the floor brush 100 can be realized. It can be understood that the invention is particularly suitable for the floor brush structure with the rolling brush driving motor arranged in the rolling brush, and is particularly beneficial to the disassembly and assembly of the rolling brush in the floor brush structure.
In some specific examples of the present invention, the connection member 3 includes: a motor housing 33 for driving the motor and for housing the driving motor, the motor housing 33 being rotatably connected to the floor brush housing 1, the motor housing 33 being rotatably connected to the above-mentioned shaft sleeve 12, for example.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the driving motor may be an outer rotor type driving motor or an inner rotor type driving motor. Thus, the structure is simple.
Specifically, the driving motor includes a motor body 31 and a motor shaft 32, the motor shaft 32 is connected to the roller brush 2, and a first bearing 5 is disposed between an outer peripheral wall of the motor body 31 and an inner peripheral wall of the roller brush 2. Specifically, referring to fig. 4-6, the left end of the motor housing 33 is pivotally connected to the shaft sleeve 12 on the left side wall of the floor brush housing 1, the motor body 31 is located in the motor housing 33, the motor shaft 32 is located at the left end of the motor body 31 and penetrates out of the left side of the motor housing 33, and the first bearing 5 is arranged between the outer peripheral wall of the motor housing 33 and the inner peripheral wall of the roller brush 2. Therefore, the first bearing 5 is arranged, so that relative rotation of the rolling brush 2 relative to the connecting part 3 is guaranteed, and the reliability of driving the rolling brush 2 to rotate by the driving motor is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the roller brush 2 is provided with a mounting portion 21 on an inner circumferential wall thereof, and a motor shaft 32 is coupled to the mounting portion 21. For example, the motor shaft 32 is connected to the fixing portion 2111 described above. Therefore, the structure is simple, and the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the mounting portion 21 is provided with a mounting hole 213 (e.g., a blind hole or a through hole) adapted to the motor shaft 32, and a cross section of a portion of the motor shaft 32 fitted to the mounting hole 213 is non-circular. This is advantageous in improving the reliability of the fit between the mounting portion 21 and the motor shaft 32.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the motor shaft 32 that mates with the mounting hole 213 is configured as a spline shaft. Therefore, the reliability of matching between the motor shaft 32 and the mounting hole 213 is improved, the integral length of the motor shaft 32 can be shortened due to the spline shaft, and the structure is more compact.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the above-mentioned connecting component 3 may not include a driving motor, but a driving motor is additionally provided, the driving motor is located in the floor brush housing 1 and is located at the outer side of the rolling brush 2, and the driving motor is used for driving the rolling brush 2 to rotate. This improves the reliability of driving the roller brush 2 by the driving motor.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rolling brush 2 is a brush with brush, fluff, or roller, thereby facilitating use and saving cost.
A vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the floor brush 100 of the vacuum cleaner.
According to the dust collector provided by the embodiment of the invention, the connecting part 3 which is pivotally connected with the floor brush shell 1 is arranged, and the rolling brush 2 is sleeved on the connecting part 3, so that the rolling brush 2 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the connecting part 3, the rolling brush 2 can be conveniently detached and installed, and the use of a user is facilitated. Particularly, when the opening 11 is a dust suction opening, the roller brush 2 can be disassembled and assembled by using the original dust suction opening, and an installation opening for disassembling and assembling the roller brush 2 and a cover body for sealing and covering the installation opening are not required to be additionally arranged, so that frequent disassembling and assembling of the cover body and the like are avoided, and the cover body damage caused by frequent disassembling and assembling of the cover body is avoided.

Claims (10)

1. A floor brush of a dust collector, comprising:
a floor brush housing having an opening;
the rolling brush assembly comprises a rolling brush and a connecting part, one end of the connecting part in the axial direction of the rolling brush is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the floor brush shell, the connecting part can rotate towards the direction close to the opening and the direction close to the inner part of the floor brush shell relative to the floor brush shell, the rolling brush is sleeved on the connecting part,
the rolling brush component is provided with a working position and a dismounting position, the rolling brush component is positioned in the floor brush shell in the working position, the rolling brush component extends out of the floor brush shell through the opening in the dismounting position, and the rolling brush can be taken down from the connecting component along the axial direction of the rolling brush,
the rolling brush assembly is switched between the working position and the dismounting position by rotation of the connecting part.
2. A brush according to claim 1, wherein the brush housing and the connecting part are pivotably connected by a pivoting part, wherein,
the pivoting member includes: the first pivot hole is arranged on the floor brush shell, the second pivot hole is arranged on the connecting component, and the connecting component is arranged in the first pivot hole and the second pivot hole in a penetrating manner; or
The pivoting member includes: a pivotally engaged ball head disposed on one of the floor brush housing and the connecting member, and a socket disposed on the other of the floor brush housing and the connecting member.
3. A floor brush for a vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, wherein said coupling member comprises a driving motor for driving said drum brush in rotation.
4. The vacuum cleaner floor brush of claim 1, further comprising a capture member for capturing the brush assembly within the floor brush housing when the brush assembly is in the operating position.
5. The floor brush of a vacuum cleaner according to claim 4, wherein an end of the drum brush remote from the connecting member has an open mouth, and the catch member comprises: the elastic piece is positioned in the rolling brush, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the rolling brush, the elastic piece drives the trigger piece to move towards the direction penetrating out of the open hole, a pressing hole is formed in the part, opposite to the open hole, of the floor brush shell,
when the rolling brush assembly is in the working position, the trigger part at least partially penetrates out of the open opening and extends into the pressing opening under the elastic force of the elastic part, and the trigger part can overcome the elastic force of the elastic part to leave the pressing opening under the action of external force.

The floor brush of a vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 5, wherein the inner peripheral wall of the rolling brush is provided with a mounting portion, the mounting portion includes a connecting shaft extending in an axial direction of the rolling brush, the elastic member is sleeved on the connecting shaft, and an outer peripheral wall of the connecting shaft adjacent to one end of the open opening is connected to the inner peripheral wall of the trigger member through a second bearing.

The floor brush of a vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 6, wherein the connecting shaft is immovably disposed in the roller brush, an annular positioning rib is disposed on an outer circumferential wall of the connecting shaft, and both ends of the elastic member are respectively abutted against the positioning rib and the trigger member.

The floor brush of a vacuum cleaner according to claim 6, wherein the mounting portion further comprises: the body part is connected with the inner wall of the rolling brush in an immovable mode, a moving cavity is formed in the body part, the connecting shaft is partially arranged in the moving cavity in a movable mode along the axial direction of the rolling brush, one end, close to the opening, of the connecting shaft penetrates through the moving cavity and is connected with the trigger piece, the elastic piece is located in the moving cavity, and the elastic piece drives the connecting shaft to move towards the direction penetrating through the opening.
9. A floor brush for a vacuum cleaner according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the opening is a suction opening, and the brush roller is adapted to contact the floor through the opening when the brush roller assembly is in the operative position.
10. A vacuum cleaner, comprising: a floor brush for a vacuum cleaner according to any one of claims 1-9.
