Technical Field

The invention relates to a knitting method of a circular knitting machine, in particular to a method for knitting double-sided cloth with cut loops by using the circular knitting machine.

Background

However, the fabrics woven by the above patents only have one side, so that the manufacturers need to make a double-sided fabric with cut loop pile by bonding another single-sided fabric in order to increase the fullness, heat retention or tissue diversity of the fabrics.

In addition, the adhesion of the two single-sided fabrics needs to be implemented by glue, and in order to meet the basic requirements that the fabrics can be cleaned for multiple times, the glue needs to have stronger viscosity. As a result, the phase change leads to increased toxicity of the glue, which makes it more sensitive to skin and sensitive consumers more likely to develop allergic problems. The invention mainly aims to solve the problem that the double-sided cloth with cut loop pile cannot be woven at one time and needs additional processing.

knitting a first surface layer: knitting the first surface layer by using one of the needle beds;

an interweaving step: the two needle beds are used for knitting simultaneously, and the first surface layer is connected with the second surface layer by a plurality of connecting yarns to knit the double-sided cloth with the cut loop velvet.

In one embodiment, in the step of knitting the second face layer, two yarns are fed to one of the needle beds in knitting, one of the two yarns is knitted into the ground yarn weave, and the other yarn is connected with the ground yarn weave and subjected to yarn hooking and yarn hanging to form one of the loops.

In one embodiment, one of the yarns forming the loops is a wool yarn.

In addition to the above embodiments, the present invention also provides another method for knitting the double-sided cloth with cut loops, the method comprising the steps of:

knitting a second surface layer: knitting a bottom yarn tissue and a plurality of yarn rings connected with the bottom yarn tissue by using one needle bed, driving a plurality of cutters arranged on the same needle bed to cut yarns of the yarn rings to form a plurality of cut loop velvet respectively connected with the bottom yarn tissue, and forming the second surface layer by the cut loop velvet and the bottom yarn tissue;

In summary, the method 10 (or 40) of the present invention enables the double-sided cloth 20 with cut loops to be directly knitted by the circular knitting machine 30, thereby solving the problem of complicated production process derived from the conventional manufacturing method. In addition, the double-sided cloth 20 with cut loop pile of the invention does not need to use glue to adhere two cloth layers, thereby avoiding the harm of glue residual substances to the health of human body.

Claims

1. A method of knitting a double-sided cloth with cut loops, the double-sided cloth with cut loops consisting of a first face layer and a second face layer connected to the first face layer, the second face layer forming a plurality of cut loops on a side remote from the first face layer, the circular knitting machine having two needle beds disposed correspondingly, the method comprising the steps of:

knitting a first surface layer: knitting the first face layer using one of the needle beds;

knitting a second surface layer: knitting a bottom yarn tissue and a plurality of yarn rings connected with the bottom yarn tissue by using the other needle bed, driving a plurality of cutters arranged on the same needle bed to cut yarns on the yarn rings to form a plurality of cut loop velvet connected with the bottom yarn tissue respectively, wherein the cut loop velvet and the bottom yarn tissue form the second surface layer; and

an interweaving step: and simultaneously knitting by using the two needle beds, and connecting the first face layer with the second face layer by using a plurality of connecting yarns to form the double-sided cloth with the cut loop pile.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein in the step of knitting the second face layer, two yarns are fed to one of the needle beds in knitting, one of the two yarns is knitted into the ground yarn structure, and the other of the two yarns is connected to the ground yarn structure and provided with a hook yarn and a hang yarn to form one of the loops.

3. The method of knitting double-sided cloth with cut loop pile with a circular knitting machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein one of the yarns forming the loop is a wool yarn.

4. A method of knitting a double-sided cloth with loop cut pile with a circular knitting machine, the double-sided cloth with loop cut pile being composed of a first face layer and a second face layer connected to the first face layer, the second face layer being formed with a plurality of loop cut piles on a side away from the first face layer, the circular knitting machine having two needle beds disposed correspondingly, the method comprising the steps of:

knitting a second surface layer: knitting a bottom yarn tissue and a plurality of yarn rings connected with the bottom yarn tissue by using one needle bed, driving a plurality of cutters arranged on the same needle bed to cut yarns on the yarn rings to form a plurality of cut loop velvet respectively connected with the bottom yarn tissue, and forming the second surface layer by using the cut loop velvet and the bottom yarn tissue;

knitting a first surface layer: knitting the first face layer using the other needle bed; and

The method of claim 4, wherein in the step of knitting the second face layer, two yarns are fed to one of the needle beds in knitting, one of the two yarns is knitted into the ground yarn weave, and the other of the two yarns is connected to the ground yarn weave and provided with a hook yarn and a hang yarn to form one of the loops.

6. The method of knitting double-sided cloth with cut loop pile with a circular knitting machine according to claim 4 or 5, wherein one of the yarns forming the loop is a wool yarn.
