Through the implementation of the invention, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics: the method of the invention leads the double-sided cloth with the cut loop velvet to be directly woven by the circular knitting machine, thereby simplifying the production procedure of the double-sided cloth with the cut loop velvet. In summary, the method 40 disclosed in the present embodiment and the method 20 disclosed in the previous embodiment only differ in the weaving sequence of the first surface layer 21 and the second surface layer 22, which can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art, and thus, the description thereof is omitted herein.
In summary, the method 10 (or 40) of the present invention enables the double-sided cloth 20 with cut loops to be directly knitted by the circular knitting machine 30, thereby solving the problem of complicated production process derived from the conventional manufacturing method. A method of knitting a double-sided cloth with cut loops, the double-sided cloth with cut loops consisting of a first face layer and a second face layer connected to the first face layer, the second face layer forming a plurality of cut loops on a side remote from the first face layer, the circular knitting machine having two needle beds disposed correspondingly, the method comprising the steps of:
knitting a first surface layer: knitting the first face layer using one of the needle beds;
knitting a second surface layer: knitting a bottom yarn tissue and a plurality of yarn rings connected with the bottom yarn tissue by using the other needle bed, driving a plurality of cutters arranged on the same needle bed to cut yarns on the yarn rings to form a plurality of cut loop velvet connected with the bottom yarn tissue respectively, wherein the cut loop velvet and the bottom yarn tissue form the second surface layer; and
an interweaving step: and simultaneously knitting by using the two needle beds, and connecting the first face layer with the second face layer by using a plurality of connecting yarns to form the double-sided cloth with the cut loop pile.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in the step of knitting the second face layer, two yarns are fed to one of the needle beds in knitting, one of the two yarns is knitted into the ground yarn structure, and the other of the two yarns is connected to the ground yarn structure and provided with a hook yarn and a hang yarn to form one of the loops.

A method of knitting a double-sided cloth with loop cut pile with a circular knitting machine, the double-sided cloth with loop cut pile being composed of a first face layer and a second face layer connected to the first face layer, the second face layer being formed with a plurality of loop cut piles on a side away from the first face layer, the circular knitting machine having two needle beds disposed correspondingly, the method comprising the steps of:
knitting a second surface layer: knitting a bottom yarn tissue and a plurality of yarn rings connected with the bottom yarn tissue by using one needle bed, driving a plurality of cutters arranged on the same needle bed to cut yarns on the yarn rings to form a plurality of cut loop velvet respectively connected with the bottom yarn tissue, and forming the second surface layer by using the cut loop velvet and the bottom yarn tissue;
knitting a first surface layer: knitting the first face layer using the other needle bed; and
an interweaving step: and simultaneously knitting by using the two needle beds, and connecting the first face layer with the second face layer by using a plurality of connecting yarns to form the double-sided cloth with the cut loop pile.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein in the step of knitting the second face layer, two yarns are fed to one of the needle beds in knitting, one of the two yarns is knitted into the ground yarn weave, and the other of the two yarns is connected to the ground yarn weave and provided with a hook yarn and a hang yarn to form one of the loops.
6. The method of knitting double-sided cloth with cut loop pile with a circular knitting machine according to claim 4 or 5, wherein one of the yarns forming the loop is a wool yarn.
