Description

Weft-knitted cut pile knitted fabric with double-sided structure and knitting method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile product production, and particularly relates to a double-sided weft-knitted cut pile knitted fabric and a knitting method thereof.
Background
Currently, weft-knitted pile fabrics are mainly formed by a method of raising a pad set knitted fabric, a loop stitch knitted fabric, or a plush stitch knitted fabric, or by combining a pile fabric with other fabrics. The pile fabric formed by the napping method has the problems of easy napping, exposed bottom of pile yarn and unstable size, and the napping treatment has the problems of complex process parameter setting and high production cost. In addition, the safety of the composite reagent used by adopting the composite process is difficult to guarantee, and the produced fabric has not soft hand feeling.
In addition, the chinese patent application with publication number CN 108930089a discloses a double-sided weft knitting method of turn-up cut loop pile, in which pile formation on the pile face layer and pile formation on the cut loop are completed separately, thus increasing the complexity of the knitting process; the density of the turn-up cloth surface is consistent with that of the loop of the suede, so that the diversity of the suede fabric knitted by the method is reduced, and the application range of the suede fabric is limited; and the possibility of thread shedding and loop shedding exists in the process of cutting the loop by the knife needle.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a knitting method for simultaneously forming pile loops on the pile face layer and cutting the loops to form pile.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems and the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the double-sided structure weft-knitted cut pile knitted fabric with the pile face layer, the plane layer and the connecting layer and the knitting method thereof, which can realize the simultaneous formation of pile loops on the pile face layer and the loop formation, avoid the possibility of thread and loop shedding in the loop cutting process of a cutter needle, widen the application range of the weft-knitted cut pile knitted fabric, solve the problems of hair shedding, bottom exposure and unstable size of the conventional weft-knitted cut pile knitted fabric, and have the advantages of simple production process, low cost, soft handfeel of the produced fabric and high safety.
The invention provides a technical scheme that a double-sided structure weft-knitted cut pile fabric comprises a pile surface layer, a plane layer and a connecting layer, wherein the pile surface layer of the weft-knitted cut pile fabric is formed by knitting ground yarns and pile yarns, the ground yarns form a base fabric of the pile surface layer, the pile yarns form piles of the pile surface layer, and pile loop formation of the pile surface layer and cut loop formation are completed in one step; the plane layer is woven by veil; the connecting layer is a middle layer for connecting the plane layer and the pile surface layer and is formed by weaving connecting yarns.
The fabric is knitted on a double-sided circular knitting machine having a cylinder latch needle and a corresponding knitting needle cam, a cylinder cutter needle and a corresponding knitting needle cam, and a carrier having two yarn guide holes.
In one embodiment, the material of the pile yarn, the ground yarn, the connecting yarn and the face yarn is one or more of cotton, wool, viscose, terylene, chinlon and acrylic fiber.
In one embodiment, the face yarns, ground yarns and connecting yarns have a linear density of 50-300D, and the pile yarns have a linear density of 300-1500D.
As a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a knitting method of a double-sided structure weft-knitted cut pile fabric, comprising the steps of:
(1) the method for weaving the fabric pile surface layer comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps that (1) pile yarns and ground yarns are fed into a yarn guide with two yarn guide holes from different angles, the ground yarn laying position is high and is far away from a needle cylinder latch needle, the pile yarn laying position is low and is close to the needle cylinder latch needle, the needle cylinder latch needle rises to the ground yarn laying height, the ground yarn and the pile yarn are hooked simultaneously, the ground yarn and the pile yarn are looped, the needle cylinder cutter needle rises to the pile yarn laying height, only the pile yarn is hooked, the ground yarn is not woven, the pile yarn descends along with the needle cylinder cutter needle and descends to the blade position of the needle cylinder cutter needle, and the pile yarn is cut off by the needle cylinder cutter needle to form pile;
(2) weaving the fabric plane layer by the following method:
the surface yarn is fed into a common yarn carrier, a knitting needle on a dial extends outwards to the outermost end, and a loop on the plane layer retreats from a needle hook of the knitting needle to a needle rod; the knitting needle retracts inwards to hook the veil; with the continuous inward retraction of the knitting needle, the old loop of the plane layer pushes the latch to close, and the new face yarn completes the processes of looping, yarn bending and loop releasing to form a new plane layer loop;
(3) weaving the fabric connecting layer by the following method:
connecting yarns are fed into a common yarn carrier, knitting needles on a dial extend outwards to a tucking position, old coils of the plane layer are still hung on a latch, the connecting yarns are hooked, the knitting needles retract inwards, the new connecting yarns and the old coils of the plane layer enter a needle hook together, and the new connecting yarns form a suspended arc in the fabric plane layer; the latch needle on the needle cylinder extends upwards to a tucking position, the old loop of the suede layer is still hung on the latch, the connecting yarn is hooked, the latch needle moves downwards, the new connecting yarn and the old loop of the suede layer enter the needle hook together, and the new connecting yarn forms a suspended arc in the suede layer of the fabric; the fabric connecting layer is knitted by a dial or a needle cylinder according to a certain rule, so that the front side and the back side of the fabric are connected.
Preferably, the connecting layer is formed by two complementary knitting tucks, namely, the two tucks are respectively knitted in the same group of cylinder needles and dial needles.
It can be understood that the height of the circular knitting machine needle cylinder knife needle rising along the needle jack triangle is lower than the height of the needle cylinder latch needle rising along the needle jack triangle.
Furthermore, another knitting method for knitting the fabric pile surface layer is to knit by using latch needles and knife needles which do not rise, knitting needles which do not hook yarns and ground yarns and pile yarns which are all floating.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the weft-knitted cut pile knitted fabric with the double-sided structure, pile yarns on the pile face layer are bound on the base fabric of the pile face layer through the ground yarns and the connecting yarns, and the problem of fabric hair falling is solved.
2. The double-sided circular weft knitting machine is used for weaving the fabric, and the needle cylinder cutter needle directly cuts off the pile yarns in the weaving process, so that the link of raising treatment is omitted, the production cost is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.
3. The cylinder needle of the double-sided circular knitting machine adopts the configuration of the cutter needle and the latch needle, the dial needle adopts the configuration of the latch needle, the density of coils on the front side and the back side of the fabric can be different, the density of the coils on the fabric plane layer is greater than that of the coils on the fabric suede layer, and meanwhile, the existence of the connecting layer plays a role in fixing and isolating the plane layer and the suede layer, so that the stability of the fabric structure size is improved, and the phenomenon that fabric cashmere yarns or connecting yarns expose out of the bottom is reduced.
4. The connecting layer plays a role in connecting the plane layer and the suede layer, and meanwhile, the connecting yarns are wide in application range, so that fluffy and soft handfeel of the fabric is guaranteed.
5. The double-sided weft-knitted cut pile knitted fabric has two different appearances of a composite process, but the knitting method omits the link of the fabric composite process, so that the fabric pile surface layer is full and fluffy, the fabric plane layer is flat and compact, the safety of the fabric is ensured, and the double-sided weft-knitted cut pile knitted fabric has wide application prospects in the aspects of garment fabrics, home textile fabrics, industrial fabrics and the like.
