When the binding block 4 leaves the upside of the lower pressing plate 3, because the PP honeycomb plate 8 is fixed and a gap is left between the binding strip 10 and the binding block 4, the binding block 4 is convenient to leave the lower pressing plate 3, the possibility that the binding block 4 drives the binding strip 10 to turn up is reduced, and the binding quality is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the PP honeycomb panel 8 itself has a four-layer structure and a five-layer structure after the carpet face 9 is adhered. Thus, the PP honeycomb plate 8 pressed with the carpet surface 9 sequentially comprises the carpet surface 9, the PP plate, the PP honeycomb core, the PP plate and the non-woven fabric from top to bottom.
