Fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of the spare tire cover after finishing the machining, wherein the second bent portion 31 is formed in parallel with the spare tire cover. The spare tire cover plate after the secondary bending processing is convenient to insert the second bending part 31 into a gap between the automobile seat and the inner bottom surface of the automobile, and the second bending part 31 of the spare tire cover plate is inserted at the lower side of the automobile seat, so that the possibility of dislocation of the spare tire cover plate is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a first chamfer 9 is provided at the upper side edge of the second lower die 8 close to the first lower die 5, and a second chamfer 10 is provided at the lower side edge of the first upper die 6 close to the second upper die 7. When the first upper die 6 slides downwards, the spare tire cover plate is pushed to be bent, the lower side of the bent spare tire cover plate forms an inclined plane at the first guide angle 9, and the second guide angle 10 enables the spare tire cover plate to form an inclined plane at the second guide angle 10 when the first lower die 5 ascends to push the spare tire cover plate to be bent for the second time, so that the first bent part 30 of the spare tire cover plate is obliquely arranged.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, spare tyre cover is through the secondary bending processing back, in order to make the quick cooling of spare tyre cover stereotype to first go up mould 6 and be equipped with the spare tyre cover who is used for after the shaping and carry out refrigerated cooling subassembly, the cooling subassembly includes two tuber pipes 12 and air compressor machine 13 deviating from one side of pressure strip 3. After the spare tire cover plate is bent and formed, the heat is still remained on the surface, the spare tire cover plate is still not formed, two air pipes 12 are supplied with air through an air compressor 13, the air pipes 12 blow the formed spare tire cover plate, and therefore the spare tire cover plate is cooled quickly, the spare tire cover plate is formed quickly, the processing quality of the spare tire cover plate is improved, and the processing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the lower side of the bottom plate 26 is fixed with two square pipes, the length direction of the two square pipes is consistent with the length direction of the machine table 1, and the inner walls of the two square pipes form two forklift slots 25. The two forklift slots 25 facilitate the lifting of the forklift, thereby facilitating the movement of the bending machine.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
when the spare tire cover plate is bent, the spare tire cover plate is placed on the upper side of the machine table 1, the lifting assembly drives the pressing plate 3 to slide downwards to press and fix the spare tire cover plate, at the moment, the lower sides of the first upper die 6 and the second upper die 7 are abutted to the upper side of the spare tire cover plate, the upper sides of the first lower die 5 and the second lower die 8 are abutted to the lower side of the spare tire cover plate, the upper die assembly and the lower die assembly are heated by the heating element, so that heat is conducted to the processing position of the spare tire cover plate, the spare tire cover plate is heated and softened, after the spare tire cover plate is heated, the first lower die 5 slides downwards under the driving of the first driving air cylinder 20, the second driving air cylinder 23 drives the first upper die 6 to slide downwards to push the spare tire cover plate, and therefore the spare tire cover plate is bent for; after the first bending process is completed, the first driving cylinder 20 drives the first lower mold 5 to ascend to push the first bending portion 30, when the upper side of the first bending portion 30 is pushed to abut against the lower side of the first upper mold 6, the second bending process of the spare tire cover plate is completed, and a second bending portion 31 is formed after the second bending process. After the secondary processing is finished, the spare tire cover plate is cooled through the cooling assembly, so that the spare tire cover plate is rapidly cooled and shaped. The spare tire cover plate after the secondary bending processing is convenient to insert the second bending part 31 into a gap between the automobile seat and the inner bottom surface of the automobile, and the second bending part 31 of the spare tire cover plate is inserted at the lower side of the automobile seat, so that the possibility of dislocation of the spare tire cover plate is reduced.
