As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, the material loading groove 24 on the material loading platform 21 of the present invention is a groove with a semicircular cross section, and a groove with a semi-polygonal cross section, specifically a groove 38 with a semi-hexagonal cross section, for fixing the bar material to be cut is provided at a corresponding position of the upper platen 16, and the polygonal cross section can effectively prevent the bar material from adhering to the upper platen 16. The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, it should be noted that the invention is a process component in the preparation process of viscoelastic bar, before this, the raw material of viscoelastic bar is roughly cut into different sizes, the equipment of the invention is used to finely cut these bar materials with known sizes, and after cutting, there is a deburring treatment of the next process to obtain qualified viscoelastic bar materials, before the end cutting begins, the bar materials 40 to be processed are put into the semicircular section groove on the material carrying platform 21 by manpower or other stations on the production line, and are pressed by the material pressing clip 39 on the top surface of the material carrying platform 21, then the end cutting process is carried out, firstly the length of the required end cutting is set in the control system, the cylinder which is operated during cutting is selected according to the length of the end cutting, then the device is started, firstly the pressing plate cylinder 4 extends downwards to drive the tool plate 15 and the upper pressing table 16 at the bottom of the tool plate to move downwards, when the pressure plate cylinder 4 is completely extended, the upper pressure table 16 is completely combined with the material carrying platform 21 through the guiding action of the guide pin 35 and the guide hole 36, at this time, the material taking needles 18 on the two sides of the upper pressure table 16 are pricked into the two ends of the viscoelastic bar, then two selected telescopic driving cutters 11 and the switch knives 14 in the cutter cylinder 7 and the switch knife cylinder 8 reciprocate downwards for one time to complete cutting, after the cutting is completed, the pressure plate cylinder 4 retracts upwards, the material taking needles 18 lift the tails along with the contraction of the pressure plate cylinder 4, the nozzle cylinder 9 extends downwards while the pressure plate cylinder 4 rises, the air blowing nozzle 17 is opened to blow air, the discharging rod 19 sleeved on the material taking needles 18 is driven to descend on the way of descending of the nozzle cylinder 9 to pull the tails on the material taking needles 18, the pulled tails and residues on the surface of the material carrying platform 21 fall into the material receiving box 23 or the material receiving chute 22 under the action of the air blowing nozzle 17 and then slide into the material receiving box 23, the material receiving box 23 is provided with a quick-release structure, when residues inside the material receiving box are more, the material receiving box can be quickly taken down and poured into a garbage can, finally, the nozzle blowing cylinder 9 retracts to reset, the cut bars are taken down, and the end cutting process is completed.
