Description

Method for measuring width dimension of high-temperature plate blank on line
Technical Field
The invention relates to a continuous casting slab measurement technology, in particular to a method for measuring the width dimension of a high-temperature slab on line.
Background
The slab caster is oriented to a wide and thick slab rolling mill to produce slabs, the wide and thick slabs receive continuous casting slabs, the length of the slabs is cut to length, and the wide and thick slab rolling mill can directly roll the slabs by using the length. The number of the existing thick plate rolling lines in China is large, but the difference between the thick plate secondary cutting line equipment and the international advanced level still exists.
In the existing production line of 5m wide and thick plates in China, flame cutting is adopted for cutting the steel plates of the two tangent lines, contact type length measuring rollers and gratings are adopted for measuring the lengths of the steel plates, and the cutting precision is different from that of foreign countries. However, the continuous casting slab is not provided with a slab width measuring device after being sent to the thick plate, the width value of the slab is derived from the width of the continuous casting machine, and the width of the continuous casting machine is also defaulted to be the width of the slab during the secondary cutting of the slab, so that the slab is secondarily cut according to the width. Once the width of the continuous casting machine is wrong in production, a thick plate production line cannot know the width, short length and width out-of-tolerance are caused in the rolling process, and finally batch quality accidents are caused.
In the conventional patent application, as disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN1307224A (on-line width measurement method), the width of the target to be measured can be calculated by measuring 4 edge positions of the target image through two-lens imaging and further calculating two-dimensional coordinates of the edge of the target to be measured. Meanwhile, the active light source technology is applied to irradiate two edges of the measured target. The width measured by the method is not influenced by the inclination and swing of the measured target and the temperature change of the measured target, and the measured target in any cold and hot states can be measured.
However, the above-mentioned patent technology uses the projection edge measurement of the image to obtain the width dimension, which is complicated in calculation and high in investment cost, and the measured object needs to be stopped in the measurement area for a certain time during the measurement, which may have a certain influence on the production line.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for measuring the width dimension of a high-temperature slab on line, which can monitor the continuous casting incoming material on line in real time, reasonably adjust the secondary cutting length of the slab, greatly improve the cutting precision and improve the yield of products.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for measuring the width dimension of a high-temperature plate blank on line comprises a conveying roller way and a centering device arranged on the conveying roller way,
firstly, mounting a pair of laser range finders on a subsequent station of the centering device, wherein the laser range finders are connected with a computer;
secondly, when the continuous casting plate blank passes through the centering device on the roller conveyor, the roller conveyor runs at a constant speed;
then, when the head of the continuous casting slab moves to the position of the laser range finder, a pair of the laser range finders generates jump data, at the moment, the computer starts data recording after delaying time and calculates, the data of the laser range finder is recorded once every several seconds until the data of the laser range finder jumps again, and at the moment, the recording is stopped;
and finally, the computer performs data processing on the measured data to obtain an actual width value, the actual width value is compared with the width value of the continuous casting incoming material, and if the difference value exceeds a set value, an alarm signal appears on an operation picture of the computer.
The two laser range finders are required to be on the same horizontal plane when being installed and are perpendicular to the central line of the conveying roller way.
And the correlation points of the two laser range finders need to be overlapped.
The distance between the two laser range finders is set to a constant value.
When the continuous casting plate blank passes through the centering device on the roller conveyor, the roller conveyor runs at a constant speed of 0.1-0.5 m/s.
And recording the data of the laser range finder once every 1-5 s.
And the computer carries out data processing on the measured data, specifically, one data, a maximum value and a minimum value which are recorded last are removed, and the rest data are averaged to obtain an average value which is the actual width value.
In the technical scheme, the method for measuring the width and the size of the high-temperature slab on line provided by the invention has the advantages that continuous casting incoming materials are monitored on line in real time, abnormity is found in time, the secondary cutting length of the slab is reasonably adjusted, and the continuous casting production line can be informed of the inspection reason in time and processed in time, so that batch accidents are avoided, the cutting precision is greatly improved, and the yield of products is improved.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the drawings and the embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the method for measuring the width dimension of the high-temperature slab on line provided by the present invention includes a rollgang 1 and a centering device 5 installed on the rollgang 1, which are described above in the prior art and will not be described again here. Different from the prior art:
firstly, a pair of laser range finders (a left laser range finder 2 and a right laser range finder 3) is installed on a subsequent station of the centering device 2, and the left and right laser range finders 2 and 3 are both connected with a computer. The left and right laser range finders 2 and 3 are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the conveying roller way 1, the requirements of the left and right laser range finders 2 and 3 during installation are on the same horizontal plane and are vertical to the central line of the conveying roller way 1, the opposite points of the left and right laser range finders 2 and 3 are required to be coincident, and the installation can be assisted by other detection elements during installation.
Secondly, when the continuous casting slab 4 passes through the centering device 5 on the rollgang 1, the rollgang 1 runs at a constant speed of 0.1-0.5 m/s.
Then, when the head of the continuous casting slab 4 moves to the laser line irradiation position, the left and right laser distance meters 2 and 3 each generate jump data, the jump value jumps to a distance value from infinity, at this time, the computer delays for 1s and starts data recording and calculation, the calculation principle is as shown in fig. 2, the distance between the left and right laser distance meters 2 and 3 is a fixed value B, the distance between the left and right laser distance meters 2 and 3 and the edge of the continuous casting slab 4 is X, Y respectively, and the width dimension a of the continuous casting slab 4 is a-B-X-Y. And recording the data of the left and right laser distance meters 2 and 3 once after every interval of 1-5 s until the data of the left and right laser distance meters 2 and 3 jump again (one distance value jumps to infinity), and stopping recording at the moment.
Finally, the computer processes the measured data, removes the last recorded data, a maximum value and a minimum value, and averages the rest of the data to obtain an average value, which is the actual width value. The width value is compared with the width value of the continuous casting incoming material, the plate blank number and the plate blank width data of the continuous casting incoming material are read into a computer, the actual width value and the incoming material width value are subtracted to obtain a difference value, the absolute value of the difference value error exceeds 5-20 mm (the difference value is adjustable according to the actual situation on site), an alarm signal appears on an operation picture, an operator can correspondingly adjust the length of secondary cutting, or the plate blank is off line for confirmation and reuse, meanwhile, the inspection reason of a continuous casting production line is informed, the operation speed of the conveying roller way 1 is released, the plate blank is operated at a normal conveying speed, and the next continuous casting plate blank is waited.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention and are not to be used as a limitation of the present invention, and that changes and modifications to the above described embodiments are within the scope of the claims of the present invention as long as they are within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
