The driving source is a driving motor 43 electrically connected to a controller (not shown) of the cooking apparatus, the sliding mechanism 4 further includes a transmission assembly 45, the transmission assembly 45 includes a driving gear 451, a driven gear 452, a transmission belt 455, a driving pulley 453, and a driven pulley 454, the driving gear 451 is mounted on an output shaft of the driving motor 43, the driven gear 452 is engaged with the driving gear 451 and is coaxially disposed with the driving pulley 453, the driving pulley 453 and the driven pulley 454 are disposed forward and backward along a limiting window 441, the transmission belt 455 is connected to the driving pulley 453 and the driven pulley 454 and has an open loop structure, and both ends of the transmission belt 455 are connected to both forward and backward ends of the sliding base 41. Thus, the driving motor 43 rotates to drive the driving gear 451 to rotate, so as to drive the transmission belt 455 to move through the driven gear 452, the driving pulley 453 and the driven pulley 454, thereby realizing the back and forth movement of the buckle 3 in the limit window 441 along with the sliding seat 41. The transmission belt 455 is used for transmission, so that a user can push the water tank 1 by hand with a certain sliding amount, and the use experience of the user can be improved. In addition, when the water tank 1 is pushed in and pushed out, the water tank 1 can be directly pushed in except that the operation is realized through the keys on the control panel, the sliding seat 41 is moved through the matching action of the convex block 111 and the buckle 3, the transmission assembly 45 is further driven, the driving motor 43 is further driven, the controller obtains signals and controls the driving motor 43 to continuously rotate in the direction, the operation effect of sucking the water tank 1 into the water tank seat 2 is further obtained, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the water tank pushing process (as shown in figures 12-14):
when the water tank 1 is in a closed state, the controller of the cooking device outputs a push-out signal of the water tank 1, the driving motor 43 starts to work, and the rear contact surface 312 of the buckle 3 abuts against the bump 111 of the water tank 1 to drive the water tank 1 to be pushed out along the length direction of the water tank base 2. When the contact surface 30 of the buckle 3 moving to the buckle 3 offsets with the contact convex rib 22 at the bottom of the water tank base 2, the contact convex rib 22 extrudes the buckle 3 downwards, the return spring 52 is compressed, the buckle 3 moves downwards to the lowest position, the buckle 3 stops moving at the moment, the current of the driving motor 43 detected by the controller reaches the preset value, the driving motor 43 stops working, and at the moment, the front contact surface 311 of the buckle 3 is pressed downwards, so that the water tank base 2 in the water tank 1 can be easily taken out.
Water tank pushing process (as shown in FIGS. 15-19):
insert water tank 1 from the opening part of water tank seat 2, with pushing water tank 1, because reset spring 52 still is in by compression state this moment, buckle 3 still is located its lowest, lug 111 on the water tank 1 directly offsets with the back contact surface 312 of buckle 3 to drive buckle 3 inward movement, the touching face 30 of buckle 3 breaks away from touching protruding muscle 22 this moment, reset spring 52 kick-backs, buckle 3 resets upwards, lug 111 is located the draw-in groove 31 of buckle 3 completely. Meanwhile, the driving belt 455 drives the driving motor 43 to work, a current is generated in the driving motor 43, the controller controls the driving motor 43 to rotate in the direction after detecting the current change of the driving motor 43, and then the front contact surface 311 of the buckle 3 abuts against the bump 111 to further drive the water tank 1 to move inwards, so that the water tank 1 is completely accommodated in the water tank seat 2, and the water tank 1 is closed.

Claims (12)

1. A water tank pushing and pushing structure comprises a water tank seat (2) with an opening at the front end and a water tank (1) arranged in the water tank seat (2) in a front-back sliding fit mode, and is characterized by further comprising a buckle (3) with a clamping groove (31), wherein the buckle (3) can slide back and forth along the length direction of the water tank seat (2) under the action of a sliding mechanism (4) and can lift up and down along the height direction of the water tank seat (2) under the action of an elastic lifting mechanism (5), a convex block (111) is convexly arranged at the bottom of the water tank (1) downwards, the convex block (111) can be clamped into the clamping groove (31) of the buckle (3) or separated from the clamping groove (31),
a sliding opening (21) extending along the length direction is formed in the bottom wall of the water tank seat (2), a touch convex rib (22) is arranged at the front end of the sliding opening (21), a convex block (111) of the water tank (1) is exposed out of the bottom of the water tank seat (2) through the sliding opening (21), the buckle (3) is arranged below the water tank seat (2) and the opening of the clamping groove (31) faces the sliding opening (21),
the part of the top surface of the buckle (3) which is positioned at the front side of the clamping groove (31) uniformly rises from front to back to form a touch surface (30) which can be abutted against the touch convex rib (22), when the touch convex rib (22) is abutted against the touch surface (30), the buckle (3) moves downwards, the convex block (111) can be separated from the clamping groove (31), when the touch convex rib (22) is separated from the touch surface (30), the buckle (3) rebounds under the action of the elastic lifting mechanism (5), and the convex block (111) can be clamped into the clamping groove (31),
the front groove wall of the clamping groove (31) of the buckle (3) is lower than the rear groove wall thereof, the front groove surface forms a front contact surface (311), and the rear groove surface forms a rear contact surface (312).

The water tank pushing-in and pushing-out structure as recited in claim 1, wherein a distance between a front port edge of the sliding port (21) and a front end of the water tank seat (2) is smaller than a distance between a rear port edge of the sliding port (21) and a rear end of the water tank seat (2).
3. The structure of pushing water tank into and out of claim 1, wherein the contact rib (22) extends along the width direction of the sliding opening (21) and has a rounded longitudinal section, and the contact surface (30) of the protrusion (111) has an arc shape.
4. The water tank pushing-in and pushing-out structure is characterized in that the height difference between the front tank wall and the rear tank wall of the clamping groove (31) is 3 mm-10 mm.

A water tank pushing-in and pushing-out structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom of the water tank (1) is provided with an installation groove (11) which is concave upwards, the installation groove (11) is exposed through the sliding opening (21), the projection (111) is convexly arranged in the installation groove (11), and at least the highest part of the groove wall of the clamping groove (31) can be positioned in the installation groove (11).
6. A water tank push-in and push-out structure as defined in claim 5, wherein said mounting groove (11) extends along the length direction of the water tank base (2), and said catch (3) can slide back and forth along the mounting groove (11).

The water tank pushing-in and pushing-out structure of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the sliding mechanism (4) comprises a sliding seat (41), a sliding rail (42) arranged along the length direction of the water tank seat (2), and a driving source, the buckle (3) is mounted on the sliding seat (41), and the driving source can drive the sliding seat (41) to move back and forth along the sliding rail (42) through a transmission assembly (45).

The water tank pushing-in and pushing-out structure as recited in claim 7, wherein the sliding mechanism (4) further comprises a mounting frame (44), the sliding rail (42) is mounted on the mounting frame (44), a limiting window (441) extending along the length direction of the water tank base (2) is formed on the mounting frame (44), and the sliding base (41) is limited in the limiting window (441) and can move back and forth along the limiting window (441).

The water tank pushing-in and pushing-out structure as recited in claim 8, wherein the driving source is a driving motor (43), the sliding mechanism (4) further comprises a transmission assembly (45), the transmission assembly (45) comprises a driving gear (451), a driven gear (452), a transmission belt (455), a driving pulley (453) and a driven pulley (454), the driving gear (451) is installed on the output shaft of the driving motor (43), the driven gear (452) is engaged with the driving gear (451) and is coaxially arranged with the driving pulley (453), the driving pulley (453) and the driven pulley (454) are arranged in the front and rear direction of the limit window (441), the belt (455) is connected to the driving pulley (453) and the driven pulley (454) and has an open-loop structure, and two ends of the transmission belt (455) are respectively connected with the front end and the rear end of the sliding seat (41).

The water tank pushing-in and pushing-out structure as recited in claim 7, wherein the sliding rail (42) is a rod, and a side surface of the sliding seat (41) is provided with a snap sliding groove (412) extending in a front-back direction, and the sliding seat (41) is connected to the sliding rail (42) through the snap sliding groove (412) and can slide back and forth along the sliding rail (42).

The water tank pushing-in and pushing-out structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein the elastic lifting mechanism (5) comprises a guide post (51) and a return spring (52), the guide post (51) vertically extends to the bottom of the buckle (3), the sliding seat (41) is provided with a guide hole (411) through which the guide post (51) passes and moves up and down, and the return spring (52) is sleeved on the guide post (51) and is limited between the buckle (3) and the upper end hole edge of the guide hole (411).
