The embodiment further provides a locking device, which includes a sliding member 100, a first limiting member 200 and a mating member 300; the fitting 300 comprises a bottom wall 310 and two side walls 320 respectively arranged at two sides of the bottom wall 310, wherein the bottom wall 310 comprises a notch 311 and a limiting part 312; the sliding member 100 includes a shifting member 110 and a locking member 130, and the shifting member 110 can drive the locking member 130 to slide between an unlocking position and a locking position; when the catch member 130 is in the unlocked position, the catch member 130 is aligned with the notch 311 so that the slider 100 can be mounted to the mating member 300; when the locking member 130 is located at the locking position, the locking member 130 is disposed above the position-limiting portion 312 to limit the upward displacement of the mating member 300; the toggle piece 110 is connected with the locking piece 130 through the connecting rod 111 and the second limiting piece 120; the side edge of the second limiting member 120 is provided with a limiting protrusion 121, the first limiting member 200 is provided with a first limiting groove 210 and a second limiting groove 220, the limiting protrusion 121 slides from the first limiting groove 210 to the second limiting groove 220, and the locking member 130 slides from the unlocking position to the locking position; the side walls 320 of the first limiting members 200 facing the second limiting members 120 are wavy, the number of the first limiting members 200 is two, and the two first limiting members 200 are strip-shaped and are arranged in an up-and-down corresponding manner; arm parts 124 extend from both sides of the limiting protrusion 121 along the sliding direction, and a strip-shaped hole 125 is formed between the limiting protrusion 121 and the arm parts 124 on both sides and the main body of the second limiting member 120.
The locking device of this embodiment can be applied to the connection between the grain barrel 500 and the base 400 of the feeder, and can also be applied to the connection between two components of other devices, and this embodiment is not repeated.
In the installation process of the locking device of this embodiment, the limiting protrusion 121 of the second limiting member 120 is located in the first limiting groove 210, the locking member 130 is pushed into the mating member 300 through the notch 311, then the toggle member 110 is toggled to move the locking member 130 and the second limiting member 120 from the unlocking position to the locking position, because the strip-shaped hole 125 is disposed to make the limiting protrusion 121 have elasticity, and the first limiting groove 210 and the second limiting groove 220 are in wavy arc transition, so that the catching protrusion 121 can be moved from the first catching groove 210 into the second catching groove 220 by elastic deformation, meanwhile, the locking element 130 moves in the mating element 300 correspondingly and contacts and pushes against the limiting part 312, so that the locking element 130 is connected with the mating element 300 in a buckling manner, the operation is simple, and moreover, a spring is omitted, and the accident that the poking piece 110 is easy to clamp fingers due to the resilience force of the spring is avoided.
More specifically, two connecting rods 111 are provided, and the two connecting rods 111 are provided in parallel on the dial 110. Because the second limiting member 120 is provided with the through hole 122 for the connecting rod 111 to pass through, and the aperture of the through hole 122 is larger than the outer diameter of the connecting rod 111, if only a single connecting rod 111 is provided, the second limiting member 120 can rotate around the connecting rod 111, which is not beneficial to the normal use of the second limiting member 120; through the arrangement of the two parallel connecting rods 111, the second limiting member 120 can be prevented from rotating around the connecting rods 111, the connecting strength among the toggle member 110, the second limiting member 120 and the locking member 130 can be effectively enhanced, the whole sliding member 100 can be ensured to move together more reliably, and the requirement that the grain barrel 500 and the base 400 can be switched between the unlocking state and the locking state is met.

Claims (12)

1. A feeder comprising a grain bucket (500) and a base (400), characterized in that: the grain barrel (500) is provided with a fitting piece (300), and the bottom wall (310) of the fitting piece (300) comprises a notch (311) and a limiting part (312);
the base (400) is provided with a sliding part (100), the sliding part (100) comprises a stirring part (110) arranged on the outer side of the base (400) and a locking part (130) arranged on the inner side of the base (400), and the stirring part (110) can drive the locking part (130) to slide between an unlocking position and a locking position;
when the locking catch piece (130) is located at the unlocking position, the locking catch piece (130) is aligned with the notch (311) so that the grain bucket (500) can be installed on the base (400);
when the locking piece (130) is positioned at the locking position, the locking piece (130) is arranged above the limiting part (312) to limit the grain bucket (500) to move upwards.
2. The feeder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base (400) is provided with a groove (422) for matching with the matching member (300);
the matching piece (300) further comprises two side walls (320) which are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom wall (310), and front and back limiting positions are formed between the two side walls (320) and the inner wall of the groove (422) to limit the forward and backward displacement of the grain bucket (500).
3. The feeder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the notch (311) of the fitting (300) is offset from the centre line of the bucket (500) by a distance to avoid the bucket (500) being knocked over.

The feeder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sliding member (100) further comprises a second limiting member (120), a limiting protrusion (121) is disposed on a side of the second limiting member (120), a first limiting member (200) cooperating with the limiting protrusion (121) is disposed on the base (400), the first limiting member (200) is provided with a first limiting groove (210) and a second limiting groove (220), the limiting protrusion (121) slides from the first limiting groove (210) to the second limiting groove (220), and the locking member (130) slides from an unlocking position to a locking position.
5. The feeder according to claim 4, wherein the side wall (320) of the first stop (200) facing the second stop (120) is wavy.
6. The feeding apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein there are two first limiting members (200), and each of the two first limiting members (200) is in the shape of a strip and is disposed corresponding to the top and bottom of the strip.

The feeder as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein arm portions (124) extend from both sides of the limiting protrusion (121) along the sliding direction, the limiting protrusion (121) and the arm portions (124) on both sides are provided with a strip-shaped hole (125) together with a main body portion of the second limiting member (120) so that the limiting protrusion (121) has elasticity, the limiting protrusion (121) is squeezed in a region between the first limiting groove (210) and the second limiting groove (220) during the sliding of the second limiting member (120), and the limiting protrusion (121) has resilience after sliding past a point where the first limiting member (200) is closest to the second limiting member (120).

The feeding apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the base (400) comprises a housing (410) and an inner barrel (420), the second retaining member (120) is disposed between the housing (410) and the inner barrel (420), and the first retaining member (200) is disposed on an outer wall of the grain barrel (500).
9. The feeding apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein a horizontal rib (126) is provided at an upper and lower side of the second limiting member (120) facing the inner barrel (420) to reduce friction.
10. The feeder as claimed in claim 8, wherein the slider (100) and the fitting member (300) are both two;
the two sliding parts (100) are respectively arranged on two sides of the base (400);
the two matching pieces (300) are respectively arranged on two sides of the grain barrel (500).

The feeding apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein the housing (410) is provided with a first sliding hole (411), the toggle member (110) is slidably mounted in the first sliding hole (411), the inner barrel (420) is provided with a second sliding hole (421), and the second limiting member (120) is provided with a protrusion slidably mounted in the second sliding hole (421);
the toggle piece (110) is connected with a second limiting piece (120) and the lock catch piece (130) through a connecting rod (111), one surface, close to the lock catch piece (130), of the second limiting piece (120) is provided with a clamping piece (123), and the lock catch piece (130) is provided with a first clamping groove (131) in clamping fit with the connecting rod (111) and a second clamping groove (132) in clamping fit with the clamping piece (123).

A locking device is characterized by comprising a sliding part (100), a first limiting part (200) and a matching part (300); the fitting piece (300) comprises a bottom wall (310) and two side walls (320) which are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom wall (310), and the bottom wall (310) comprises a notch (311) and a limiting part (312); the sliding piece (100) comprises a shifting piece (110) and a lock catch piece (130), and the shifting piece (110) can drive the lock catch piece (130) to slide between an unlocking position and a locking position; when the catch member (130) is in the unlocked position, the catch member (130) is aligned with the notch (311) to allow the slider (100) to be mounted to the mating piece (300); when the locking piece (130) is positioned at the locking position, the locking piece (130) is arranged above the limiting part (312) to limit the upward displacement of the mating piece (300);
the shifting piece (110) is connected with the locking piece (130) through a connecting rod (111) and a second limiting piece (120); a limit protrusion (121) is arranged on the side edge of the second limit part (120), the first limit part (200) is provided with a first limit groove (210) and a second limit groove (220), the limit protrusion (121) slides from the first limit groove (210) to the second limit groove (220), and the locking part (130) slides from an unlocking position to a locking position; the side walls (320) of the first limiting pieces (200) facing the second limiting pieces (120) are wavy, the number of the first limiting pieces (200) is two, and the two first limiting pieces (200) are strip-shaped and are arranged up and down correspondingly; arm parts (124) extend from two sides of the limiting protrusion (121) along the sliding direction, and a strip-shaped hole (125) is formed between the limiting protrusion (121) and the arm parts (124) on the two sides and the main body part of the second limiting part (120).
