Description

Spice for filter tip and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarettes, in particular to a preparation method and application of a spice for a filter tip.
Background
The tobacco leaves are modulated and naturally fermented, and although the smoking quality is greatly improved, the fragrance has some defects. In order to keep the relative stability of the quality of cigarette products, the flavor defect is overcome by adding essence and spice substances for smoking while reasonably designing a leaf group formula, namely, the flavoring is also an important measure for improving the quality of the products. The cigarette flavoring can supplement elegant fragrance, endow the cigarette with unique characteristic fragrance, and coordinate fragrance, so that different types and grades of tobacco fragrance are combined and coordinated with each other organically. Covering up or diluting miscellaneous qi. The cigarette can also increase the sweetness, improve the smoking taste, lighten the irritation of smoke and weaken some miscellaneous gas by adding the fragrance, thereby improving the quality.
With the rapid development of the tobacco industry in China, the formation of large brands, the requirement of reducing tar and harm of cigarettes and the further improvement of tobacco products, the demand of essence and spice for high-quality cigarettes is increasing day by day. Generally, the perfume is classified into two categories, i.e., natural perfume and synthetic perfume, according to the source of the perfume, 3000 kinds of natural perfume are known, 7000 kinds of synthetic perfume are more known, and new varieties are still emerging. Among them, the flavors developed from the original sources of tobacco leaves have been considered as a class of products having the best harmony with smoke.
In recent years, the non-burning cigarette is more and more popular abroad, and once in Japan, the non-burning cigarette occupies about 35 percent of the cigarette consumption market. Because the main components of the smoke of the heating non-combustible cigarette are glycerin and propylene glycol, and the heating temperature is lower, the sensory quality of the smoke is greatly different from that of the traditional cigarette, and the consumers of the two products can hardly communicate with each other. However, the cigarette which is not burnt after being heated has certain advantages in certain aspects, such as small smoke irritation and better moistening feeling.
Through a large number of experiments, the glycerol polyol solvent can achieve the effect of preparing the cigarette fragrance of the extraction-type heating non-combustion cigarette, but has the defect that when the glycerol polyol solvent is used for flavoring a filter tip, the loss of top notes of the extracted flavor is large after the glycerol triacetate is mixed.
Based on the reasons, how to increase the smoke smell of the cigarette which is not burnt after being heated in the traditional cigarette and form better harmony with the smoke is a difficult problem which needs to be solved by the traditional cigarette enterprises to face new situation at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a spice for a filter tip, which can increase the special smoking taste of a cigarette which is not burnt when being heated in the traditional cigarette, does not cause great loss of the top aroma substances of the spice, and can reduce the irritation of smoke and improve the moist feeling.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: adding glycerol triacetate as a solvent into the aged tobacco leaves, performing pressure and concurrent thermal reaction together with the tobacco leaves in a closed system, and separating the solvent part, wherein the solvent is the required spice and can be added into the filter tip as a conventional additive in the filter tip processing process.
The technical scheme is greatly different from the prior common solvent extraction and thermal cracking aroma production technology:
1. the whole reaction process is carried out under high pressure, and aims to provide the glycerol triacetate with a temperature higher than the atmospheric boiling point of the glycerol triacetate so that the glycerol triacetate is partially decomposed into glycerol and acetic acid, wherein the characteristic fragrance of the cigarette which is not burnt when being heated is generated as a result of the co-heating action of the glycerol and the tobacco leaves. Because the whole perfume is generated by co-heating in the same system, the perfume does not have the problem of large head perfume loss which is often caused in the method of separately adopting glycerin for co-heating preparation and then mixing with glycerol triacetate;
2. the newly generated glycerin is a part of the characteristic smoking taste, and if the glycerin is extracted from the spice, the effect of simulating the smoking taste of the cigarette which is not burned by heating cannot be achieved;
3. compared with common conventional extraction solvents such as water, ethanol, organic solvents and the like, the glycerol has the atomizing and refluxing effects, and the characteristic is favorable for capturing aroma components in a closed co-heating system by liquid fog drops, so that the retention rate of small molecular substances with high aroma values is greatly improved;
4. the tobacco leaves are chemically reacted in the solvent, so the process is not a simple extraction process, but is a little similar to the thermal cracking of the tobacco leaves to produce the aroma;
5. however, unlike thermal cracking, the process is carried out in a specific solvent, and the solid is substantially isolated from air and is in full contact with the solvent; the reaction temperature is also low, generally only at a temperature slightly higher than the boiling temperature, and attention is paid to simulating the aroma characteristics generated by heating non-combustible cigarettes.
The preparation method of the spice for the filter tip comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the aged tobacco raw material into a closed reactor, adding a certain volume of glycerol triacetate liquid solvent, pressurizing to 0.5-1atm, heating to 300-350 ℃, and stirring for 10-30 min;
wherein the adding amount of the solvent takes the completely submerged solid raw materials as a lower limit volume amount, and 3 times of the lower limit volume as an upper limit volume amount;
(2) after cooling, releasing the pressure of the reactor to normal pressure, filtering and separating the mixed reactant obtained in the step (1), and collecting a liquid part;
(3) adding a small amount of solid sodium hydroxide into the liquid part obtained in the step (2), stirring for 10 min, filtering, removing residual acetic acid in the liquid, and filtering out unreacted sodium hydroxide to obtain liquid, namely the required tobacco original perfume;
the obtained spice is added into the filter tip as an additive in the filter tip processing process, the adding amount is determined by the cigarette sense and the design requirement of the filter tip hardness, and the adding amount is generally not different from that of the normal glyceryl triacetate.
The invention has the advantages and effects that:
(1) the special smoking flavor of the conventional cigarette which is not burnt after being heated can be generated, and the range of consumer groups is expanded;
(2) the fragrance integrity is strong, and the problem of serious top fragrance loss of the conventional mixing method is solved;
(3) the smoke irritation can be reduced, the moistening feeling can be improved, and the sensory evaluation score can be improved by 0.5-1 point;
(4) the method is simple and feasible in treatment, and related equipment is the existing equipment in the market and is low in price.
