a manufacturing method of a damp-proof, mildew-proof and insect-proof bamboo arrangement batten comprises the steps of selecting fresh mao bamboos, cutting the mao bamboo pieces into pieces, preliminarily planing the fresh mao bamboos, putting the mao bamboo pieces into a carbonization furnace, treating the mao bamboo pieces at the pressure of 0.12MPa for 110 minutes to obtain bamboo pieces subjected to preliminary carbonization treatment, drying the bamboo pieces subjected to preliminary carbonization treatment to obtain primary drying bamboo pieces, putting the primary drying bamboo pieces into the carbonization furnace after being placed for curing for 2-3 days, treating the primary drying bamboo pieces at the pressure of 0.07MPa60 minutes to obtain mao bamboo battens in a carbon return state, carrying out secondary drying on the mao bamboo battens, finely planing the mao bamboo battens subjected to secondary drying, and then painting to obtain a bamboo arrangement batten semi-; the paint is a mixture of 100 parts by weight of paint and 1 part by weight of moisture-proof, mildew-proof and insect-proof agent; the moisture-proof, mildew-proof and insect-proof agent is prepared by mixing 100 liters of sodium bicarbonate with the concentration of 1.5%, 100 liters of alkaline silica sol with the concentration of 1.0%, 100 liters of fluorocarbon resin with the concentration of 2.5% and 100 liters of benzoic acid with the concentration of 1.5%; and (3) sleeving plastic sleeves at two ends of the two or more than two semi-finished products of the bamboo arranged bone strips to obtain the finished products of the bamboo arranged bone strips with the functions of moisture prevention, mould prevention and insect prevention.
The primary carbonization treatment is a primary carbonization state obtained by removing sugar and starch and softening the moso bamboo chips by the carbonization furnace at the pressure of 0.12MPa for 110 minutes.
According to the manufacturing method of the bamboo arranged splints with the characteristics of moisture resistance, mildew resistance and insect prevention, the moisture content of the primarily baked bamboo splints obtained after the bamboo splints are baked is below 16%.
According to the manufacturing method of the moisture-proof, mildew-proof and insect-proof bamboo arranged bamboo ribs, the bamboo ribs in the carbon return state are formed by the fact that the bamboo ribs in the carbon return state are primarily dried bamboo chips with a certain bending radian after being placed and maintained for 2-3 days, and after the primarily dried bamboo chips with the certain bending radian are treated in a carbonization furnace for 60 minutes at 0.07MPa, the primarily dried bamboo chips in the certain bending radian are changed into the bamboo ribs in the carbon return state in a flat and straight plate shape.

According to the manufacturing method of the dampproof, mildewproof and mothproof bamboo arranged bone strips, the bamboo arranged bone strip semi-finished product is packaged and stored before being used, the package is removed when the bamboo arranged bone strip semi-finished product is used, and plastic sleeves are sleeved at two ends of two or more than two bamboo arranged bone strip semi-finished products according to needs to manufacture the dampproof, mildewproof and mothproof bamboo arranged bone strip finished product.
According to the manufacturing method of the bamboo arranged bone strips with the moisture resistance, the mildew resistance and the insect resistance, at least two bamboo arranged bone strip semi-finished products are sleeved with the plastic sleeves at two ends of the bamboo arranged bone strip semi-finished product.

Claims (7)
1. A method for manufacturing bamboo arranged bone strips with moisture resistance, mildew resistance and insect prevention is characterized in that: selecting fresh moso bamboo, cutting, primarily planing, putting the moso bamboo into a carbonization furnace, treating the bamboo at the pressure of 0.12MPa for 110 minutes to obtain bamboo chips subjected to primary carbonization treatment, drying the bamboo chips subjected to primary carbonization treatment to obtain primary dried bamboo chips, placing the primary dried bamboo chips into the carbonization furnace for curing for 2-3 days, treating the primary dried bamboo chips at the pressure of 0.07MPa for 60 minutes to obtain moso bamboo ribs in a carbon return state, performing secondary drying on the moso bamboo ribs, finely planing the moso bamboo ribs subjected to secondary drying, and painting to obtain a semi-finished product of bamboo arranged ribs; the paint is a mixture of 100 parts by weight of paint and 1 part by weight of moisture-proof, mildew-proof and insect-proof agent; the moisture-proof, mildew-proof and insect-proof agent is prepared by mixing 100 liters of sodium bicarbonate with the concentration of 1.5%, 100 liters of alkaline silica sol with the concentration of 1.0%, 100 liters of fluorocarbon resin with the concentration of 2.5% and 100 liters of benzoic acid with the concentration of 1.5%; and (3) sleeving plastic sleeves at two ends of the two or more than two semi-finished products of the bamboo arranged bone strips to obtain the finished products of the bamboo arranged bone strips with the functions of moisture prevention, mould prevention and insect prevention.

The method for manufacturing the bamboo arranged bone strips with the characteristics of moisture resistance, mildew resistance and insect prevention as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the preliminary carbonization treatment is a preliminary carbonization state obtained by removing sugar and starch and softening the moso bamboo chips by the carbonization furnace at the pressure of 0.12MPa for 110 minutes.

The method for manufacturing the bamboo arranged bone strips with the characteristics of moisture resistance, mildew resistance and insect prevention as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the moisture content of the primarily dried bamboo chips obtained after drying the bamboo chips is below 16%.

The method for manufacturing the bamboo arranged bone strips with the characteristics of moisture resistance, mildew resistance and insect prevention as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the bamboo splints in the carbon recovery state are prepared by treating primary dried bamboo splints with a certain bending radian after being placed and maintained for 2-3 days in a carbonization furnace at 0.07MPa60 minutes, so that the primary dried bamboo splints with a certain bending radian are changed into the bamboo splints in the carbon recovery state of a flat and straight strip shape.

The method for manufacturing the bamboo arranged bone strips with the characteristics of moisture resistance, mildew resistance and insect prevention as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the bamboo arranged semi-finished product of the bone strips is packaged and stored before use, the package is removed when the bamboo arranged semi-finished product of the bone strips is used, and two or more than two bamboo arranged semi-finished products of the bone strips are sleeved with plastic sleeves to manufacture the finished product of the bamboo arranged bone strips with moisture resistance, mould resistance and insect resistance.
