Meanwhile, the first slider 105 drives the third link 113 to move, and the negative pressure structure 302 moves along with the movable frame under the driving of the third link 113 to generate negative pressure, thereby enhancing the negative pressure suction effect of the capturing folding structure 301. Meanwhile, the moving member retracts to sequentially drive the first slider 105, the third slider 111, the third link 113 and the second link 112, the second link 112 drives the closing door 114 to rotate along the middle of the closing door 114 to close the closing door 114, and the closing door 114 gradually changes from the open state to the closed state to prevent the biological sample from escaping (shown in fig. 2).
Similarly, when the moving element moves in a relaxation mode and drives the moving element to drive the capturing device to reset, the fixed element 101 drives the moving element to move in a downward relaxation mode, the compression spring 1014 stores energy, meanwhile, the capturing folding structure 301 and the negative pressure structure 302 contract under the driving of the moving element, and the closing door 114 rotates under the driving of the moving element and gradually changes from a closed state to an open state, so that preparation is made for the next capturing (shown in fig. 1).
