Abstract
本申请提供一种随机接入方法及装置,该方法包括:终端确定待传输数据的业务属性,所述业务属性包括下述一种或多种:业务类型属性、业务数据包属性、业务时延属性;若所述业务属性满足预设数据早传条件,所述终端通过早传专用资源向网络设备发送随机接入请求。实现了在业务属性满足预设数据早传条件后,再发起早传,这样就会减少发起早传的情况,从而节约资源;另外,也可以提高早传的成功率。
