本发明涉及一种张紧器,更特别是,涉及一种有扭转弹簧的张紧器,该扭转弹簧包括成一体地形成在该扭转弹簧的端部中的平面柱形部分。
背景技术
皮带张紧器用于在皮带上施加负载。该皮带负载防止皮带在操作过程中在一个或多个输送带轮上滑动。通常,皮带用于发动机应用中,用于驱动与发动机相连的多种附件。例如,空调压缩机和交流发电机是可以由皮带驱动系统来驱动的两个附件。
皮带张紧器包括带轮,该带轮与臂进行轴颈连接。弹簧连接在臂和基部之间。弹簧也可以接合阻尼机构。阻尼机构包括彼此接触的摩擦表面。阻尼机构对由于皮带驱动器的操作而引起的臂的振荡运动进行阻尼。这又提高了皮带的预期寿命。

本发明包括一种张紧器,该张紧器包括:基部;枢转臂,该枢转臂与基部可枢转地接合;带轮,该带轮轴颈连接在枢转臂上;扭转弹簧,该扭转弹簧接合在基部和枢转臂之间,该扭转弹簧包括平面柱形部分,该平面柱形部分成一体地形成在扭转弹簧的端部内;以及阻尼部件,该阻尼部件与平面柱形部分接合,该阻尼部件与基部摩擦接合,并沿展开方向加载。

图1是张紧器的透视图。张紧器100包括基部10和枢转臂20。该枢转臂20绕基部10枢转。带轮30轴颈连接在枢转臂20的端部上。带轮30与皮带(未示出)接合。
图2是弹簧和阻尼器的透视图。弹簧40是包括多个涡旋41的扭转弹簧。端部42包括柱形区段44,阻尼部件43附接在该柱形区段44上。端部42的柱形区段44是平坦的,并有弓形曲线,其中,曲率中心大致位于枢转臂的枢转轴线A-A上。区段44具有小于大约180度的弧长,优选是弧长在大约90度至大约120度的范围内。区段44通过本领域中已知的任何合适方法来锻造或者(可选地)冲压、机加工或制造成弹簧40的端部,因此,端部42是弹簧40的整体部分。
阻尼部件43压配合或覆盖模制在端部42和区段44上。阻尼部件43包括适于提供与配合表面(例如基部)摩擦接合的材料。阻尼部件在操作时对枢转臂20的振荡运动进行阻尼。阻尼部件43和弹簧40构成整体组件。
图3是弹簧和阻尼器的透视图。区段44使得阻尼部件43能够均匀负载。这又通过利用法向力来加载阻尼部件43的整个摩擦表面而增强了阻尼部件43的操作,该法向力再产生了所希望的摩擦力。
弹簧40的端部47支承在基部10上。弹簧40在使用时沿展开方向负载。
图4是弹簧的透视图。区段44包括肋45,该肋45向区段44的表面提供了浮凸部。肋45使得阻尼部件43牢固固定在端部42上。

轴25通过部分22而压配合装入基部10中。枢转臂20在衬套23上绕轴25枢转。防尘罩24防止碎屑进入衬套23。
枢转臂20的部分27与区段44的端部46接合。力F通过枢转臂的枢转作用而施加至端部46。反作用力F2由基部10施加至弹簧40的另一端。力F使阻尼部件43与基部10摩擦接合。
图6是张紧器的分解透视图。阻尼部件43摩擦接合基部10的内表面11。
可拆卸部件26接合在枢转臂20中的孔28和在基部10中的接收部分12。部件26使得枢转臂20能够在张紧器的安装过程中保持在预负载位置。在安装过程中,皮带(未显示)布线在附件驱动器(未显示)上。在安装过程中,皮带与带轮30接触。一旦安装了皮带,就拆卸部件26,从而使得枢转臂20能够与皮带接触和使得皮带加载。这样加载皮带防止皮带在操作时打滑,从而保证合适的无噪音操作。
一种张紧器包括:基部;枢转臂,该枢转臂与基部可枢转地接合;带轮,该带轮轴颈连接在枢转臂上;位于基部和枢转臂之间的可拆卸部件;扭转弹簧,该扭转弹簧接合在基部和枢转臂之间,用于偏压所述枢转臂,该扭转弹簧沿展开方向加载;以及阻尼部件,该阻尼部件成一体地固定在扭转弹簧的平坦端部上,该阻尼部件与基部接合,并对枢转臂的振荡运动进行阻尼。

Claims (8)
1.一种张紧器,包括:
基部;
枢转臂,所述枢转臂与所述基部可枢转地接合;
带轮,所述带轮轴颈连接在枢转臂上;
扭转弹簧,该扭转弹簧接合在所述基部和枢转臂之间,用于偏压所述枢转臂;
该扭转弹簧包括平坦柱形部分,该平坦柱形部分成一体地形成在所述扭转弹簧的端部内;以及
阻尼部件,该阻尼部件与所述平坦柱形部分接合,该阻尼部件阻尼所述枢转臂的振荡运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中:所述平坦柱形部分包括用于固定所述阻尼部件的肋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中:所述扭转弹簧沿展开方向加载。
4.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中:所述平坦柱形部分有绕枢转臂的枢转轴线A-A的曲率中心。
5.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中:所述阻尼部件与所述基部摩擦接合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中:所述阻尼部件包覆模制在所述平坦柱形部分上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,还包括:可拆卸部件,该可拆卸部件布置在所述基部和枢转臂之间。
8.一种张紧器,包括:
基部;
枢转臂,该枢转臂与所述基部可枢转地接合;
带轮,该带轮轴颈连接在所述枢转臂上;
可拆卸部件,该可拆卸部件布置在所述基部和枢转臂之间;
扭转弹簧,该扭转弹簧接合在所述基部和枢转臂之间,用于偏压所述枢转臂,该扭簧沿展开方向加载,并有弓形的平坦端部;以及
阻尼部件,该阻尼部件成一体地固定在所述扭转弹簧的平坦端部上,该阻尼部件摩擦接合所述基部,并阻尼所述枢转臂的振荡运动。
