5. The intelligent community management service platform of claim 2, wherein the property management module comprises advertisement management, living payment, and public facilities.
6. The intelligent community management service platform of claim 2, wherein the intelligent community modules comprise intelligent entrance guard, intelligent parking, perimeter anti-crossing alarm system, visitor reservation, video security, self-service storage cabinet, and smart home.
7. The intelligent community management service platform according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the property version APP system comprises a business announcement module, a public facility maintenance module, a house renting module and a vehicle registration module.

The intelligent community management service platform according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the merchant service system comprises a store information module, a commodity service module, an order information module, a statistical analysis module, a delivery and gate-entering module, and a gate-entering service module.
9. The intelligent community management service platform of claim 1, wherein the business home version APP system is bi-directionally connected to the business service system and the property version APP system through data transmission lines.
