Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of project management and discloses a data-driven external cooperation management and control method in product development. The method comprises the steps of establishing a data source for external cooperation by providing a structured document; the uniqueness and the legality of the data source are ensured by reasonably changing the control rule; the data items which are cooperated with the outside drive the task execution, the relationship between the data source and the executed task is established, the manager is helped to evaluate and manage the content and the executed process of the cooperation with the outside in the product development process, and the management requirement of the cooperation with the outside in the product development process is met. The method can effectively manage and control the source of external cooperation, and can further improve the overall planning effect of external cooperation of projects; and the control granularity of external cooperation and the control strength of external cooperation can be effectively improved.

Background

The invention provides a product development external cooperation management and control method based on data driving. The structured document is used for editing and storing structured data of three types of documents, namely an external cooperation summary table, an external cooperation application form and an external cooperation summary change form, and is also used for extracting and transmitting data in the external cooperation management and control process; the task management is to manage external cooperation tasks, provide authority and operation entrance for processes of external cooperation application, execution, change and the like, and serve as a service carrier for data transmission; the change control is to control the change process of external cooperation and ensure the data uniqueness and effectiveness of the external cooperation summary table.

step 2: confirming the information of the external cooperation summary table, submitting examination and approval after no errors are confirmed, entering a release state if the examination and approval is passed, and returning to the step 1 for modifying the external cooperation summary table if the examination and approval is not passed;
and step 3: receiving project tasks and starting work to execute external cooperation tasks;
and 4, step 4: establishing an incidence relation between each item of data in the external cooperation summary table and the external cooperation task, if the external cooperation summary table does not have data corresponding to the external cooperation task, changing the external cooperation summary table, and if the external cooperation summary table does not have the data corresponding to the external cooperation task, applying for the external cooperation;
and 5: filling an external cooperation application form, and synchronizing data in an external cooperation summary table related to the external cooperation task into an external cooperation application form;
step 6: submitting an external cooperation application form for auditing, and entering an external cooperation task execution state if the auditing is passed; if the audit is not passed, modifying the external cooperation application form;
and 7: executing an external cooperation task and monitoring the process of the external cooperation task;
and 8: and warehousing the product, triggering the completion of an external cooperation task, and finishing an external cooperation control closed loop.
