Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a PCB bar code reading device and an adjusting method thereof, relating to the technical field of PCB bar code acquisition. The PCB bar code reading device comprises a light source, a plane mirror, a PCB, a CCD lens and a polarizer; the light emitted by the light source enters the CCD lens after being reflected by the plane mirror and the PCB in sequence; the polarizer is arranged on the front side of the CCD lens. The embodiment of the invention changes the directional direct lighting and polishing in the prior art into small-deflection-angle reflection and polishing, thereby reducing the reflection intensity; meanwhile, a polarizer is added between the PCB and the CCD lens to filter diffuse reflection light, so that the interference of the diffuse reflection light of the PCB on visual detection during code reading is eliminated, the chromatic aberration between the bar code and the copper surface can be improved, the image capturing quality of the visual detection is optimized, and the yield of code reading is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PCB bar code acquisition, in particular to a PCB bar code reading device and an adjusting method thereof.
Background
The existing CCD code reader adopts a directional direct light-striking technology, and the code reading yield is about 95 percent; the PCB board that leads to of part PCB board because of palm alligatoring liquid medicine, polish-brush machine polish-brush etc. is too coarse, and the dazzling facula can appear after the light source penetrates directly when CCD code reading machine reads the sign indicating number, and the clear sign indicating number on the PCB board can't be gathered to the vision software, leads to the code reading yield to unable the promotion, brings very big puzzlement for the quality management and control.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a PCB bar code reading device and an adjusting method thereof, aiming at solving the problem of low reading rate of PCB bar codes in the prior art.
In order to solve the above problem, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a PCB barcode reading apparatus, where the PCB barcode reading apparatus includes a light source, a plane mirror, a PCB board, a CCD lens, and a polarizer; light emitted by the light source sequentially passes through the plane mirror and the PCB board for reflection and then enters the CCD lens through the polarizer.
The further technical scheme is that after light emitted by the light source is reflected by a plane mirror, the incident angle of the light irradiating the PCB is 4-6 degrees.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention can achieve the following technical effects:

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a PCB barcode reading apparatus. As can be seen from the figure, the PCB barcode reading apparatus includes a light source 1, a plane mirror 2, a PCB board 3, a CCD lens 4, and a polarizer 5.
The light emitted by the light source 1 enters the CCD lens 4 after being reflected by the plane mirror 2 and the PCB 3 in sequence. The polarizer 5 is arranged in front of the CCD lens 4.
It will be appreciated that the light is reflected by the PCB 3 and enters the CCD lens 4 via the polarizer 5.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the directional direct lighting and polishing in the prior art are changed into small-deflection-angle reflection and polishing, so that the reflection intensity is reduced; meanwhile, the polarizer 5 is additionally arranged between the PCB 3 and the CCD lens 4 to filter diffuse reflection light, so that the interference of the diffuse reflection light of the PCB 3 on visual detection during code reading is eliminated, the chromatic aberration between the bar code and the copper surface can be improved, the image capturing quality of the visual detection is optimized, and the yield of code reading is improved.
Further, in some embodiments, for example, in the present embodiment, the light emitted from the light source 1 is reflected by the plane mirror 2, and then the incident angle θ 1 of the light irradiated to the PCB 3 is 4 ° to 6 °. For example, the incident angle θ 1 may take 4 °, 5 °, or 6 °.

The CCD lens is a photosensitive element and can convert optical signals into electric signals, and then the electric signals are transmitted to a computer for processing and imaging.
The incidence angle and the reflection angle are controlled to be 4-6 degrees because the imaging is clearer when the angle is smaller, but the imaging cannot be too small, and the recognition is strongly influenced by too small reflection.
Accordingly, the present invention provides an adjusting method of a PCB barcode reading apparatus, which is applied to the PCB barcode reading apparatus according to the above embodiments, and the adjusting method of the PCB barcode reading apparatus includes the following steps S1-S4.

And S3, adjusting the position of the CCD lens so that the light reflected by the PCB can be irradiated into the CCD lens at a preset reflection angle.
And S4, arranging a polarizer on the front side of the CCD lens.

controlling a light source to horizontally irradiate light to the plane mirror;
adjusting the angle of the plane mirror to enable the light reflected by the plane mirror to irradiate the area to be measured of the PCB at a preset incident angle;
adjusting the position of a CCD lens to enable light reflected by the PCB to irradiate the CCD lens at a preset reflection angle;
and a polarizer is arranged in front of the CCD lens.
8. The PCB barcode reading device adjusting method of claim 7, wherein the incident angle is 4 ° -6 °.
9. The PCB barcode reading device adjusting method of claim 7, wherein the reflection angle is 4 ° -6 °.
10. The method of adjusting a PCB barcode reading device of claim 7, wherein the light source is a bar light source.
